For District 10 I’m thinking something like this (with a male equivalent) but considerably more covered up. Any maybe more natural colours like browns? I would also add stuff like leather or furs to this outfit. For hair and makeup for Riley these are my thoughts: |

(Okay so for District 4 I have a few options, and I can totally change it depending on what you guys want changed. So this one is for the female, and I have a few options. This first one fits the deadly role of the Career’s by the sharp metal. Also fishnet stuff so :3. Or this one, because of the chains, and it reminds me of how District 4 is the fishing one and such. Or... And... I’ll find something for the male soon, but I plan for it to match?) |
