I really like it! <3 Just the idea sounds so cute to me. The sweet, kind, gentle tom that loves her but isn't overprotective and respects her independence. The kick-tail, tom-boyish, tough she-cat that is (possibly) a mom but that doesn't stop her from being independent and fulfilling her duties as a warrior. I would LOVE seeing that kind of pairing and for them to have kits, because I really wanna see how awesome Ivypool is as a mom.

the only interaction i've seen from them is ivy asking him to go hunt. not even the hunt just her asking him. i have no idea if their romance is good or not because the cats themselves haven't even reached that point yet.

It's pretty distant. They are only related through Firestar, unless I am forgetting something. |

They are only very distant cousins, which is pretty good for only taking mates inside the Clan. Plus I think the kits could turn out pretty cool looking. We have silver/white tabby and yellow tabby. There could be a Honeykit clone in that litter. |

kids don't make anyone less-cool, heck, my mother had kids, and she's the coolest person in the world. And not just because if she didn't have kids, I wouldn't exist.

There was so much emphasis put on the whole power of three, Dovewing fits in thing, that the blood ties are impossible to ignore. She was also training an apprentice-maybe he was even already a warrior-when Fernkit was born. I also just prefer Ivypool single.
