{Okay feel free to! I'll add you when you do (: } {Fawnstep}
The she-cat took the lead, careful to watch her paws in front of her as she made her way down the mountain side to the ground below. "Willowpaw, stay close to me until we reach Twin trees okay? Once we reach there we can branch of in search of prey but if you find yourself lost in the fog, don't panic. Just call out for us, okay? It's better to lose a few pieces of prey than an apprentice!" She reached the bottom of the mountain and looked at the patrol behind her, feeling a bit confident in their ability to fill the fresh-kill pile today. Fogstar will be shocked when he sees all the prey we bring break. She quickly turned her attention to the task at hand, leading the cats into the forest ahead. She knew her way to Twin Trees pretty easily by now, she had been the one to help Fogstar find it not too long ago. When she saw the two white trees looming not so far off in the distance, she started to pick up her pace. "Willowpaw, out here you rely on scent." {Fogstar} The tom narrowed his eyes as he watched the hunting patrol but he hid any concern, turning to his own patrol he was setting up. "Let's head out then, stay together." He took the lead and went along a path opposite of Fawnstep, knowing he would be heading to the Flowing Stream. "Be very careful while out here, we might run into a two-leg. Don't want to lose any warriors." He called back to his patrol as he hit the ground below. He was walking at a leisure pace, trying to see if there was anything worth their while of making a territory landmark. "If you see anything, feel free to speak up." He tried to make out some shapes in the fog but he couldn't see too deeply in the fog. He looked to the two warriors with him, hoping maybe their eyesight would be better but he knew that was laughable, in the fog it wouldn't really matter.

Willowpaw nodded, already moving closer to her mentor. A bit of gravel gave way slightly beneath her paws and the she-cat gasped, her fur standing on end. Although she had been down the mountain this way a few times before, she was still not very sure of foot and was always a little scared of falling from the path. When they reached the bottom she breathed a sigh of relief and picked up her pace, trotting after Fawnstep with elongated strides and her posture a lot more relaxed. "Is that because the fog is so thick? But doesn't that mean the prey will all have really good senses of smell, too? What if they smell us coming?"
Tigerstripe followed close behind Fogstar, eyes narrowed as he concentrated on the pathway underpaw. He couldn't really see very well in the fog - he supposed it would be something they'd all have to get used to - but he liked to think he had a fairly excellent pair of ears. "If I were a twoleg, I wouldn't want to be out in all this fog," he pointed out jokingly, "their eyesight has to be way worse than ours; they don't even hunt for their food." He was relieved to reach the bottom of the mountain and the feel of dewy grass beneath his paws almost brought tears of joy to his eyes. "If we find any possible landmarks, do we get to name them?" he asked Fogstar, peering owlishly at his leader. The young warrior thought it would be pretty cool to be the cat who named a part of their territory; the other warriors would have to respect him more, and when he was an elder he'd have so many cool stories to tell. He might even get a story of his own all about him! The thought made him giddy, and he grinned to himself, ears pricked and whiskers twitching.

{Fawnstep}
"That's why we stay downwind of most prey, but it seems there's not a lot of wind out here with the fog so I wouldn't worry too much about prey scenting you. You should be okay." She gave her apprentice a soft purr before stopping in front of the tree. "Before I let you try to hunt anything on your own, I'd like to see your hunter's crouch." Fawnstep watched Willowpaw carefully, her tail tip flicking every so often as she waited for her to begin so she could help her fix any messed up paw placement. {Fogstar} "You're right, their eyesight is worse but that doesn't seem to stop them from trying to settle out here like us." He didn't seem to get the joke fully, trying to explain to the warrior why they were out here. He did, however, let his whiskers twitch in amusement in the warriors mentioning of naming the landmarks. "Why, of course you'd be able to name any landmarks you'd find. I'm not very creative, I mean I was the one who named the clan after myself and a literal flowing stream...flowing stream" He chuckled, remembering how the look Snaketooth had given him when the name was brought up. It was a rare sight for him to be laughing but he felt comfortable around a warrior from his past life then he quickly remember Waterfur was behind him and he tried to go back to his stern leader appearance. I can't seem weak in front of these new cats, I can't risk them thinking I'm not fit to run a clan! "Make sure while we are at the Flowing Stream to mark the border too, we don't want any unwanted cats straying on our borders. Prey is already scarce right now until we find more hunting spots."

Badgerpaw nodded, glancing up at his mentor with rounded eyes. He didn't want to take his eyes off the way forward for too long in case he stumbled or tripped, or veered off in the wrong direction, so he flitted his gaze quickly between Palemouse and the path ahead. "Palemouse, how big is our territory?" he asked, his eyes drawn to the shapes of the treetops below them as they descended. With the of shrug of her shoulders, she responded,βIt's hard to say for now as much of the terrain has yet to be explored.βOnce the group made it down the mountain Palemouse led Badgerpaw away. She stopped when they managed to create some distance from the other members.Palmouse lifted her nose in the air, inhaling the familiar scents of prey that made the forest their home. Her eyes flickered over to Badgerpaw.βA hunter should be able to differentiate the many prey scents. Tell me what do you smell?β

{Fogstar}
The tom lumbered over, staring into the surface of the stream and watching the water vapor rise up off it. "I don't believe it would be around this time, but you never know. I'd rather not test that out." He warned, stepping away from the stream now and fluffing out his fur. "I don't think it'd be wise for us to take a swim this close to the two-legs territory. Never know what they are thinking or doing." He tried to see the other side of the stream but he couldn't, he let out a low sigh and flicked his tail. "Let's mark the territory here and continue on our way, we back track a bit near the forest to see if we find anything of use to us." He tried to gesture for the she-cat to come to him away for the water's edge.

{Fogstar}
He thought back to Snaketooth in camp at her comment, wondering what the tom would be up to now. "I think our patrol is big enough for now." He soothed, trying to calm her down now. "We don't need all cats out and about right, they will surely join a later patrol Waterfur, don't worry." He padded a bit ahead of the two warriors, but not too far, as he followed alongside the outskirts of the trees and trying to get a scent along the tree line for any prey, hoping he could maybe find a new spot plentiful with prey for them to hunt beside the few they had now.

Willowpaw glanced nervously at her mentor, lowering herself into a rather stiff crouch. Although - according to Fogstar - she was almost old enough to technically become a warrior, she'd had less than a moon of training, and was still a poor hunter and fighter. She tried to remember what Fawnstep had told her about the hunter's crouch, and shifted her paws a little to balance herself better. Her tail was stuck out at a rather awkward angle as she didn't really know what to do with it, and her shoulders ached from the tension that had crawled into her limbs.
Tigerstripe mrrowed with laughter at his leader's remark and continued to follow the other tom, padding along at a fairly nippy pace. When they reached the stream, the dark tabby warrior peered into the water, watching the current as waves lapped at the banks, spray dusting his fur with moisture. "I doubt anyone in their right mind would try to cross that until the flow dies down, and even then not a lot of cats I know would bother," he called out, raising his voice slightly so he could be heard from where he had stopped a few tail-lengths away from Fogstar and Waterfur. He made sure the area around him smelled strongly of FogClan before making his way back to the others, bounding after his leader and denmate as they moved on. "I suppose we could try our paws at fishing," the tabby warrior suggested, "shouldn't be too hard, right? Especially when leafbare hits, as long as the stream isn't frozen over."
Badgerpaw frowned deeply as he tried to pick out one of the many scents that hit his nose. "Uh," he began hesitantly, parting his jaws to taste the air in case that helped, "I'm not sure." He spun around in a circle, sniffing keenly at the undergrowth around him. The black-and-white tom tried to remember how the different types of prey back in camp smelled, but he supposed the scent of a dead animal differed greatly from the scent of a living one. "I think that's a mouse? I don't know," he admitted, semi-flattening his ears sheepishly.

{Fawnstep}
She eyed her apprentice's technique, not saying anything. She walked around her and fixed her tail, making it stick out straight behind her. She noticed the tension in the shoulder's of Willowpaw and quickly nudged her softly with her paws, trying to test her balance to see if she would fall over. {Fogstar} "That's what I was thinking, we should try and find some more hunting spots along the forest or near the mountain. Perhaps when we circle our way back to camp we can explore more above camp, so far we have only found High rocks. Surely there is more spots up there or around here." He tasted the air for a moment, scenting nothing but the scent of the trees beside him. He huffed, grumbling to himself. "I also don't think there's many different types of prey, but it has to have a spot it likes to frequent." He continued along, reaching the further edge of their territory and staring out into the open space beyond them and the other mountains residing behind it. He had only chosen this to not be part of their territory because of how long it would take to patrol for them, he turned back to the cats. "I think we might need to extend our territory a bit into the field, not too much just enough to where there's a bit diversity for us."

Willowpaw gasped sharply as she wobbled under the pressure of Fawnstep's paws, and she quickly tried to adjust her stance so she wouldn't fall. She loosened her shoulders as best she could, realising that her tension was likely affecting her balance, and made sure her tail kept sticking straight out in the position that Fawnstep had just guided it into. She looked up at her mentor with round blue eyes. "Is this okay?" she asked, hoping that the answer she received would be positive.
Tigerstripe nodded along with Fogstar's words, ears pricked as he listened. "The only problem with going above the camp might be eagles or hawks or something like that," he mewed thoughtfully, "but I doubt they'd be great at hunting us in the fog." When Fogstar paused by the field, the tabby tom padded up to his leader's side, gazing out into the distance as far as he could before his vision was obscured by the thick mist. "There could be rabbits out there," he pointed out with a shrug, "I'm not very good at hunting them - I'm way too slow - but Waspwing and some of the others probably could. There are likely lots of field mice too. But we'd have to practice hunting without the cover of the forest." He winced a little at the thought; he'd grown up hunting in the woodlands, and had always relied on the undergrowth to hide him as his dark pelt blended in so well with the shadows. "We'd need a lot more cats to extend our territory, though."

{Fawnstep}
She nodded, purring slightly at her apprentice's approved stance. "Make sure to watch for anything that you may step on while you're hunting." She reminded her before disappearing off into the undergrowth in pursuit of her own prey. When she was far enough away that the different scented cats wouldn't muddle her senses, she began to open her mouth to taste the air. She instantly crouched down when she scented a squirrel not too far off from her. I hope Willowpaw can catch some prey of her own!{Fogstar} He looked over the tom, noticing his discomfort with hunting out in the open fields. "We won't always use this side if we do extend it, we will mainly use the forest. You do have a point though, we should worry about bringing up our ranks before we concern ourselves with extending our territory beyond the already marked border." He quickly remarked the scent at the border before continuing on. "Do you think we should explore the forest a bit more? See if we missed anything?"

Palemouse watched him,her whiskers twitching slightly in amusement.She reassuringly ran her tail along his flank.βWell, there was some traces of a mouse, but that scent is old.β Quickly Palemouse dropped to the ground stalking forward to the undergrowth. An idea had come to her which may be able to help the apprentice. Disappearing into the growth there was a few seconds of rustling and squeaking before she reappeared. A vole hung from her mouth still struggling to escape. She dropped it in front of him, placing a paw on its tail to prevent from escaping.βHere memorize this scentβ.

Willowpaw's eyes clouded with worry as her mentor disappeared into the undergrowth, but she had tried her best to appear confident in front of the older she-cat. "I can do this, it can't be that hard," she encouraged herself in a soft whisper. She began to move forwards, creeping slowly through the brush as she kept her eyes, ears and nose alert for any sign of prey.
Tigerstripe nodded, more than a little surprised that Fogstar had accepted his suggestions and advice so willingly. His paws tingled as he kept pace with the older tom, a spring in his stride. "Maybe there are more wanderers like Waspwing out there, or some kittypets who'd like to join? Perhaps we could head a little closer to the two-leg border if we have the time?" he suggested hopefully, wanting to continue being useful to his leader. He thought for a few moments about what Fogstar said. "That might be a good idea, but it's your decision," he dipped his head respectfully as he did not wish to overstep his boundaries.
Disheartened by the revelation that the mouse scent was old, Badgerpaw's shoulders drooped a little. He lifted his head with a curious frown when Palemouse crouched and stalked away into the undergrowth, disappearing from his view. His ears pricked at the sound of panicked squealing and he almost jumped out of his fur when Palemouse appeared again with a vole clamped between her teeth. "It's alive!" he observed with surprise evident in his voice, padding closer to the vole so he could sniff at it as his mentor had told him to. After a few moments, he raised his head again. "Okay, I think I've got it."

{Fawnstep}
She was hot on the trail of the squirrel, she could hear it scutter and dig through the grass beneath it. Probably for food, how ironic. She thought as she finally came upon the squirrel ahead, it had it's back to her as it was scavenging . She drew herself a few paw steps forward, careful of the ground below herself to make sure she wouldn't step on any fallen sticks. She bunched up her muscles, wiggling her back hips as she prepared to launch herself at the squirrel. When she finally did, she landed neatly on top of it, delivering it a quick nip to the neck to kill it. The smell being so close to her nostrils made them flare and her stomach begin growling. She felt wrong if she ate it now though, there was cats back in the camp who would probably need it more than. She covered it up with some torn grass and began her pursuit to find more prey for them. She decided that she would catch one more piece of prey before trying to sneak off to find her apprentice and see how well she was doing. {Fogstar} He thought over what Tigerstripe said, deciding it might be best if they did try and find more cats. "We could try that, if you two are up for it, then perhaps circle our way back to the forest to check it out?" He suggested, he knew he was leader but he wasn't wanting to make them trek all over the territory if they didn't wish to. "We still need to check the other side of the territory too, are you suggesting we make our ways back to the Flowing Stream? Should we try and cross it?" He wasn't trying to come across as though he was questioning the tom's plan, he genuinely was thinking of ways to inspect the area. "We might be able to find some kind of area in the stream where we can cross without getting our paws wet.." He trailed off, trying to remember if he had ever tried to cross the stream without swimming but none came to mind.

Palemouse gave a small laugh at the obvious statement. The vole still valued it's life as it was fighting despite being injured.βNow that you have the scent I'm going to release and it's up to you to catch it anyway you can.βEven though she hasn't taught Badgerpaw much on hunting some part of her believed in him. Raising her paw off the vole tail she watched the rodent take off. Taking a few steps behind, she fell back to observe Badgerpaw.

(howdy!)
Robinsong| She-cat | 22 moons | Bisexual| Warrior| Robinsong is a cream and white tabby with big, blue eyes. She has a broad build, ideal for fighting. She is a friendly and gentle cat. Because of her gentle nature, she is a favorite of the kits and apprentices of the clan. The starry-eyed warrior tends to daydream about one day having kits and a mate, though she tries not to let it affect her duties. Robinsong was a loner by the name of Bird before joining Fogclan. Because of her survival experience wandering by herself, Robinsong found it easy to fit into clan life and considers herself a clan cat through and through. |Sprinkles|
Ashpelt| Tom | 49 moons| Heterosexual | Deputy (if that's okay)| Named for his dark gray pelt, Ashpelt is a broad tom with golden eyes. He has bulky, powerful legs and a long tail, and a few scars scattered across his body. Ashpelt has an intense presence that could easily be considered intimidating by strangers, though his clanmates know he's not nearly as serious as he seems. He's a clever cat, always finding new and strange ways to do things. He's cautious of outsiders, maybe overly so, but a friendly jokester with his clanmates. Ashpelt followed Fogstar to the new territory without hesitation. |Sprinkles|

Ashpelt rose from where he was resting at the edge of camp and stretched. He had woken before the sun rose and did a bit of solo patrolling before returning to camp to nap. With a wide yawn, he looked around. With a small nod to himself, he began to trot around camp, closely examining the dens for any signs of wear.
Robinsong padded towards the camp entrance, tail waving. She stopped near the mouth of the cave and looked out at the large opening before her. It's so amazing! she thought, tilting her head slightly as she admired the work done to keep the wind out. Although she had been in the clan for a while now, she still found herself amazed at how well the cats worked together, and the amazing things they could do.

{Snaketooth}
He opened one green eye, noticing movement in camp. He yawned and leisurely rolled out of his nest, deciding it was time to get a start to his own day. All the patrols were out so he thought about just figuring out a nicer place for the warrior's or apprentice's to sleep beside out on the cold floor. As he scanned the walls of the camp, he noticed Ashpelt already examining dens. He trotted up to the tom and stopped beside him. "Hey, how do you feel about finding a place for maybe the apprentice's to sleep? We can try and look further into the camp walls.
{I just realized I doubled the Camp territory and the Clan territory I'm so sorry guys ; w ; the warriors and apprentice's sleep against a wall of the camp because they couldn't find a spot for them. I'll update the camp now! I'm so sorry again, sheesh I shouldn't try and rush creating my clan ^^; I had it wrote out, I just was trying to get the coding correct ahhh }

{You're fine! I was trying to complete it and I had no idea how coding worked, then my medicine makes me loopy and ahhh it was just a disaster but it's fixed now, I'll work on fixing other things I notice along the way haha. }
Snaketooth nodded, agreeing with him. "I think that might work, we can go check below the camp along the mountain or on the outskirts of the forest, I think I saw some things we could use there." He then proceeded to follow along the wall, searching for any low dips in the camp for the warrior's den, he knew they would need a sizable one for their growing clan so he kept going until he nearly tripped from a dip in the cave. It was where an apprentice had set up their own nest, right up against the wall. "I think I found one for the apprentices! It looks to be about the right size." He examined it for a moment before giving himself a mental congratulations.

Perking up, Ashpelt walked over to where Snaketooth was standing. He examined the dip, stepping into it briefly and looking around. With a nod of approval, he grinned. "This will work just fine," he declared, holding back a satisfied purr. "Good find, Snaketooth. Now we just need to find somewhere more comfortable for the warriors." Upon studying the cave more, he faced Snaketooth and hummed thoughtfully. Finally, he spoke. "Take a cat with you into the forest and collect as much bramble and ivy as you can carry." As he spoke, his eyes found Robinsong already near the camp entrance, and he flicked his tail in her direction. "Take Robinsong. While you're gone, I'll try to find another place for a real den." With a final nod, Ashpelt turned and began to walk further along edge of the cave.

Snaketooth happily walked over to Robinsong, finding the cream and white tabby at the entrance of the camp. "Hey Robinsong, I'm so glad you're already here at the camp entrance!" He waved his tail and paused beside her for a moment. "I was told you and I are going on den building material patrol. Wow, that a mouthful." He chuckled, opening his mouth to reveal his overbite more. "Let's get going, I'll race you." He joked, feeling rather happy to be outside of the camp, despite the foggy morning. The gray tom began his descent down the mountain side, sending a few loose rocks down the side of the mountain as he began to walk down.
