Stormpaw was curled up in the apprentices den, blinking in and out of sleep. He yawned quietly and snuggled into the moss.

As the deputy jumped down from the rock, she looked around for her apprentice, but with no luck. Robinfeather lashed her tail, now where is Stormpaw now? She scanned the camp, hopping over to the beaver dam.

At the sound of his mentors voice, Stormpaw was wide awake "A-Alright I didn't see you there Robinfeather!" He exclaimed, laughing nervously. He hoped that he would get in trouble for sleeping in.
