Oooh I've been waiting for one of these to show up again!! Also, I'd love reasons.

Briarclaw   (Name I imagine I'd see pretty often in the Warrior books, nothing special)
Sandstone   (Never seen -stone combined with sand before!)
Hazelroot   (Nice and original name, but doesn't have much interest to my mind.)
Sedgecurl   (Ehhhh. -curl is just hard to use in a name.)
Thriftpetal   (I like it. It sounds very pretty. Also the two halves seem like a good match.)

Ambershine   (I like it! Also seen it once or twice, so doesn't seem as original.)
Goldenblaze   (I don't see the name too often but still crops up.)
Wildfire   (I like most things with the -fire part, but Wild- is a bit obvious.)
Nettlestep   (Generic name you'd see pretty often.)
Swancall   (Seems a pretty likely paring for Swan- but I don't see Swan used very often.)
Morningdew   (Just doesn't seem very interesting when it comes to name format.)

Doveshine   (I like it, not sure why.)
Martinfeather   (Seems pretty run-of-the-mill name as birds go.)
Warblershine   (Why it's different than Doveshine, I don't know. Just doesn't click as well.)
Cardinalfeather   (Also not sure why it's different. Maybe it's the sound? C sound over M sound, plus the fact I recognize cardinals over martins more easily.)
Sparrowfrost   (Eh, frost is hard to pull off when coupled with an animal, in my opinion.)
Gullsplash   (Just doesn't seem to do much.)
Bramblefrost   (Seen it used a lot.)
Splashflower   (Cute! But doesn't stand out.)
Aspenstorm   (Similar to above.)
Duskcloud   (It's similar to a name of my oc, so I'm biased.)
Wrendapple   (Eh. Dapple seems a bit awkward here.)

Rainfall   (Even though it seems like a pretty classic conclusion, I still like it)
Whisperwing   (I have a special love for Whisper-)
Strike-eye   (Hum, not sure to the connection, but I like the hyphen.)
Warblersong   (Cute name, but pretty classic conclusion to come to.)

Okay so a few names which I found while scavenging through my old notebooks:
Swimfisher (this one's completely irrational and a bit cracky, in my opinion)   (Okay, but I like it. But it reminds me of a bird and I don't know why.)
Heathervine   (-vine is hard to use from what I've seen.)
Heatherbloom   (Pretty sounding name. Like 'b' sound.)
Palerose   (I think this is my favorite name here.)
Sunwater   (I also like this name. Might just be solely based on the fact I have a story that features this.)
