((asking for some clarification before I reply but wasn't there an elf ridding on the horse near the lake?))

He approached the edge of the water , getting off his horse to squat by the edge. Seeing the water he couldn't help but reach out to feel the water , and take a sip. Treating the water with care he dipped his hands in to collect a bit, taking a sip he couldn't help but smile in refreshment. His attention was suddenly snapped as he had zoned out and not realized there was anyone else presnet. Hearing the sound of trotting his head turned to see a horse with an individual rider. He tensed up, with a defensive gaze foot across his blue eyes. Slowly he stood up, but found himself standing in place as his anxiety and worry kicked into overdrive.

The rider of the speckled horse looked at him, "Are you lost?" She asked.

Paul simply nodded his head unsure of what else to say. He glanced back at Petunia wondering what they would do next.

The newcomer rose to close proximity, yet they didn't seem armed. Perhaps a trvaler, a local or a merchant? Still standing in place he was conflicted internally as to run or pretend he had an appointment elsewhere. to late! concern was pounding his panic button. He felt a shiver crawl down his spine , as the newcomer addressed him. He swallowed seeing as there was no choice in the matter. "N-N-No." Was all he could force out , attempting to sound confident but instead revealing his own uncertainty. Unfortunately that was all the sound he could produce , or at least that he could willingly produce . This confrontation was already difficult , let alone being asked a question.

In hesitation Kaden, slightly turned his head off to the side as if he had herd something in the distance. To his dismay it was nothing more then the desperation of panic thumping him on the head. He struggled to speak up, confusion and dismay with a tint of fear as this individual was asking for clarification. "I-I'm....sure." He replied with a pause between his two words. There was something about being in direct of others that made him uneasy, whereas working for people meant that orders and results can easily be provided without the face to face. He felt the cold wind blow against his back, this was daunting. "I'm sure..." He softly repeated, trying to eliminate the pause.

Seeing how he did not feel like talking the elf just nodded. "Alright then..." She pulls on her horse's reigns gently and walked further down the lake.
