Lilith (Lily) Black a.k.a Angel Lily is a thin woman, who thanks to a dancers background is very well toned and flexible. Her hair is about as ginger as you can get. The red locks are a frizzy mass of curls, when she hasn't taken the time to tone them down that is. If she has, they are perfect ringlet curls that she will either tie up all together or tie half of it up. Even when it is up her hair is very long, when down it sits at almost the middle of her back. In contradiction to what most "bad guys" look like, Lily is in fact quiet innocent looking. Her face is round and her eyes are are almond shaped and pale gray with green toward the center and outer parts of her eyes. Her lips are full and are almost always in a pout when she doesn't get her way. She is usually dolled up with make up, that makes her look, more her age. But the truth of it is she has a baby face. Her height doesn't help either, she is only about 5'4. She has a tattoo of a lily all down the left side of her waist. It was her mothers favorite flower. She also has a giant set of angel wings on her back. Tattoos are dotted else where, some are quotes some are little animals or small things. But those are usually hidden by her clothing. Again, to throw people off of this whole, "villain" thing she wears a pale blue leotard, it has a somewhat low V cut and long lace sleeves and over it she wears a pair of black tightly fitted shorts. Of course the leotard is cut up, leaving her sides open and a nice spot on her back open. She has to show case her main tats right? Now, going with the whole innocence thing, there is a reason she is called the Angel. Because by far she has to be the sweetest murderer ever. Like her baby face she is sweet and gentle. Well when she isn't killing someone that is. But she loves to joke and have fun, she can almost always be seen clinging to someone, not respecting personal boundaries what so ever. She is prone to giggling and hugging. Constantly acting like a child. Someone so innocent couldn't possibly kill anyone right? For crying out loud she helps old ladies cross the street. But, then there is the "other side". She calls that her Demon. Sometimes something in her snaps, and her drive to kill becomes, over the top. Shes been known to be the meaning of over-kill. Usually, well at least before she was caught her victims would have angel wings, that looked to have been drawn on their backs. Of course with her "Demon" comes voices in her head. So she can be found talking to herself sometimes. Even when killing people though she says she is sorry. Our little Angel Lily has control over elements. This ranges from water to the smallest grain of sand. The only catch is it has to be near her. So if there is smoke near by she can use that. Dirty city water, great. Usually she keeps bottles of things, like sand and water, while others things like matches she keeps in her pockets. Of course since she can;t always have what she needs to fight Lily is trained in hand to hand combat. And she is quite good, as long as she has snapped. Any weapon she can find, she will use it. So anything from a rock to a giant gun (even if she doesn't know how to use it) Of course if something hasn't caused her to snap she isn't all that good at anything other then dodging and running around giggling. But lucky for her, its small things that cause her to break. For the longest time the only person in her life was her mother. But after a freak accident her mother was put in a coma. This is what pushed Lilith over the edge. The girl had always had a tendency for violence, beating up the boys and girls at school when the teased her for her red hair. But since her mother, the only good thing her life was taken she snapped. The already struggling girl dropped out of college and went on a rampage of crimes. She doesn't even remember how she got her abilities, something about her getting caught one day. But everything else was a blur. Her last name is different from her mothers, when she began he life of crime she changed her identity so her mother couldn't be found and used against her, at least that is what she planned. Now she spends her days in a cell, giggling, singing, dancing around. What ever she feels like doing really. (Sorry I've been really busy these past few days!!)

(sorry for the double post, I was on my phone but I can't give a decent reply on my phone cause I struggle with life xD)
Lilith had been stuck in that cell for a long time, she didn't really know how long, but it was long enough. Now the sun hit her and caused her eyes to water a bit. But a huge grin spread across her face as soon her eyes began to adjust to the harsh light. Moving to stretch her arms she realized they were bound. Right. Lily has been put in a straight jacket of sorts, it kept her from using her hands. There was also a lot of concrete so she didn't have access to anything but the air around her. As long as he hand were bound she couldn't do anything with the air. The smile that had dance across her lips was gone now, her pale grey gaze landed on the group on inmates who had gathered in the courtyard.
Being the child that she was she skipped over curiously, she stopped as she saw the little remote in the mans hand. What did that do? 'Obviously something bad you dim witted girl' The voice echoed in her mind and she glared at the ground.
"I'm not dim witted." She said before remembering there were other people here now. The woman paused to look at them, she flashed a bit smile their way and giggled. "Voices." Angel shrugged her shoulders, as best she could, like it was nothing. To her the voices were normal, they had been around a long time. Long enough to get nicknames from her, her little demons. It was perfect for someone who was called The Angel to have some demons right? Well in this case she had many. But it wasn't all the time that she talked to her, usually when she get really bored and has nothing else to distract her mind.
Her attention was drawn away from the group of villains and to the people who surrounded them. There were men and women, some wore uniforms, the same ones the guard who stood outside her door had worn. She had killed a few of them, that's why water bottles where allowed near her cell. Angel had drowned them for fun one day. Felt bad after, but it had gotten so boring. That was when the straight jacket had been put on, it blocked her ability to sense anything near by that she could use. The woman shook her had a bit, she had gotten lost in the memory. Back to what was around her. Guards, she assumed. But behind them she could see the same hideous bright orange color she wore. Why were the other inmates hiding from them. Then it hit her, why was this group of people outside?
She looked around at the people inside the circle. Familiar faces, these people had walked past her cell. They had to be just as bad as she was to be put in those cells. Special cells for special people, the murdering, evil people types. The Angel giggled softly and put her head on her own shoulder, her gaze was a bit vacant since she was busy thinking about everything that was happening. Quickly she snapped back though, "Hey. Mr~ " Lily giggled looking at the burly man who held the remote. She obviously had not listened to a word her said, because now she had started twirling around the group of people. Well as best she could with her arms strapped to her sides. "When ya gonna take off my jacket thingy." The woman was near him but far enough that she probably wouldn't get in trouble. She jumped up on her tippy toes to look over him, "Whats that remote for Mr? Do you have a toy helicopter?!" Her voice got very excited and her eyes lit up with life.
'Its for that bomb in your neck smart one.' Again a voice echoed through her mind and she giggled, rolling her eyes. To everyone else it would seem like she was rolling her eyes at the man.
"Ohhh. Its for the ticky thingy." Her voice was soft now, it had always been child-like but it was quieter now. "Ya gonna blow us up guard?" Her voice grew dark, like she switched to a new person, but it was the followed by a giggle as she dropped to sit down on the floor. "I'll be good, I mean there is nothing for me to drown anyone with this time." Yeah but she could cut off their breathing. Of course that remote thing meant she was going to be a good girl. Like when a child's parents came to school, they were on their best behavior. Same concept with Angel.
(Sorry it is short > . < )

[[Hnng, sorry if it's short xD I kinda just woke up from prom last night lol xD ]]
William Aldrich was not amused. The life he was currently living underground did not seem to phase him in the slightest. Besides, the dampener felt like gravity had increased on his body, keeping him pinned to the floor as if the muck inside him was trapped in his feet. Sure, the dampener around the cell and the gloved restraints around his hands kept him rooted to one place, but at least they didn't muzzle him until he let the muck corrupt his teeth. It wasn't his fault that new guard came too close, close enough for Will to lean forward and clamp his mouth around their throat, but it was bound to happen some day. It had been weeks, perhaps months, since that incident, and the usually quiet room was suddenly made alight with the sound of heavy footfalls. Making the matted haired man turn his mahogany gaze to the padded door. By the time the guards burst in, Will had gotten to his knees; the chains of his restraints rattling in question. Of course, the guards made a quiet ring around him; making him feel trapped, so he gave a small growl in reply. Will didn't see the dart behind him, however.
Will stayed down and out for a long time, dreaming of things he usually didn't seem to recall. While Ringmaster was known for his uncannily short sleeping hours, it was uncannily odd for him to know he was sleeping this long. He recalled waking up briefly, only for another dart to be inserted into his neck, so he quietly reminded himself to act asleep until they let him be. Unfortunately, his eyes snapped open at the sudden change of lighting: sunlight, for that matter. "I'm...outside." The muzzle around his face muffled the quiet murmur, but he flexed his hands under the restraints as his eyes took in the surroundings around him. Unlike some, Will had never been allowed into the outer compounds for reasons obvious, but he quickly made the connection as his eyes passed onto the confused inmates. The guards stepped back as he was wheeled to a specific group, closing the circle once he was de-muzzled and thrown into the fray; landing on his hands and knees. "...Oh." He stayed looking at the ground for a moment, before he shifted and sat, cross legged, on the ground. "I'm probably late; am I doing a show?" For the first time in ages, the theatric drawl of Ringmaster echoed around the area, his eyes making contact with as many people as he can. Of course, the people around him must be as dangerous, perhaps even more so, as he was; which explained the plethora of guards around them. The bulky man before them must have said something important, so he didn't direct any discontent towards him just yet; instead focusing on his orange-suited comrades. "I know some of you; and it is a joy to hear see the faces behind all those delightful screams." Lips curling into a smile, Will rolled his head and closed his eyes; popping whatever strains he had gotten from his stay. Honestly, it sounded like bones were snapping.

Lily looked at the new guy, he had arrived shortly after her and was seated on the ground with her. Clearly she was glad to have someone sitting with her. "I'd hold my hand out to introduce myself Mr, but ya know." The girl wiggled a bit, like the straight jacket wasn't rather obvious, the only think on her that wasn't white a full of straps was the bright orange pants she was forced to wear. "I'm Lilith. But the call me Angel." She said smiling at him happily. His first words to them had been rather odd ones, but it was kind of nice to see who had been behind the screams. So he had a point.
'He seems weird...you should kill them all Lily..' Again the voice echoed through her mind and she glared at the ground again.
"I will not. Well...I can't really. You know that." She replied, speaking to herself again for a moment she seemed to be having a very one side conversation. An argument with herself it seems, where only one side was vocalized. After a moment her restraints were removed, after she had gone silent for a little bit. Once this happens she stretched her arms over her head and down to the floor. She arched her back, going into a back bend. Odd, but this was the first thing she chose to do. So someone who had been locked up and not allowed to move to much she was still very limber. After holding it for a few seconds she flipped bringing herself back to her sitting position she had once been in.
Angel brought her hands to her face and ran them all over it was good to be able to use her hands again, of course there was nothing she could do to kill anyone right now. No matter how much she wanted to kill those scientist who stuck needles in her at every chance they got. "Oh would you feel that mess!" She exclaimed as she touched her hair and pouted, like a child who was told to put the toy back. "How long as it been since got to brush these wacky curls..." The woman looked like she was thinking hard about it, but quickly her gaze turned to William. Again she flashed him a big smile. "So show boy. Ya gotta name?" She asked tilting her head to the side as she continued to stretch happily on the ground.
(Are you still in school? Like summer hasn't happened for you this year yet?)

Anastasiya found this "Emelie" character to be quite amusing and intriguing, the commotion that the other female was making was quite difficult to ignore. The girl was taunting the other guards, but shouldn't she know better? She half-admired the other female, but was also worried for her. Sure, the people surrounding them could all be demolished within minutes if they all had the correct tools to use. But right now, they were rendered powerless. If she had the chance, Anastasiya would bash all their heads in for making her and her twin live underground again. She glanced over at her brother to see what he was doing, making a small face when she noticed him socializing with the strange man in front of them who had spoken a few words to her brother and herself. She allowed Illya to do the talking, not quite in the mood to socialize. She snuck another peek at the girl with the pointed teeth and the sharpened nails. They reminded her of her own and she glanced down at her own fingers before back up at the dangerous girl. She wouldn't mind having her in battle beside them, that would be nice to know she would have her back. To be quite honest, Anastasiya was still confused. Why were they all there, surrounded by both guards and inmates in the open courtyard? What purpose would they serve being clustered together? She hoped she wouldn't have to fight anyone, her abilities were limited in battle without any weapons. Well, they were limited in general. It's not like you can just touch someone in battle, y'know? She'd have to conjure up a random nightmare and hope that it would scare her opposer into believing it and either fleeing or distracting them enough to have Illya finish the job.
--
Illya glanced over at the strange man who called himself Ace, looking the figure up and down whilst having a brow raised. It wasn't as if he didn't find the other as a threat; he just didn't trust him. Yet, his muscles released the tension he had been holding all this time. Anastasiya's smaller frame beside his calmed him down immensely. It was nice to know that she was at his side once more, that she had his back again. He could also stop worrying about her well-being, seeing as how he could check on her whenever he wanted to for now. Seeing as how he could take in her appearance with his own eyes instead of with his ears and straining to hear her voice through a thick sheet of metal. "I'm Illya, and she's Anastasiya." He introduced the two of them, knowing full well his twin wasn't going to do it anytime soon. She was somewhat distracted with the other girl who wasn't too far away, much like a child obsessed with a puppy. He would've laughed if this were any other situation, if they weren't surrounded by people who could put them all down in a matter of minutes. His tone of voice was laced with his Russian accent; it was much thicker than usual, seeing as how he was speaking the language with his sister just moments ago. "Ah, you have no clue as to why we are here, yes? I'm guessing no one knows." He mused with a shrug of the shoulders, wishing he had a wall to lean against. He wasn't quite used to the warmth of the sun, being raised in an underground laboratory in the frozen tundra that was Russia. He enjoyed the heat it gave off of course, he just couldn't deal with it beating down on him like that. His pale skin couldn't take it well.

ok so I started replying to this last night but then I fell asleep because the first day of school totally wiped me out... Soooo, I had to restart. Rip me x3)) Emilie scanned over the other inmates inside of the circle. She knew of all of them of course, it was hard not to when they were each some very dangerous people in their own rights. She half listened to the conversations going on but kept her gaze on the man with the remote. She knew for a fact if that button was pressed she would be gone, a few bullets here and there wouldn't be too difficult to have considering the wounds would soon fill up with liquid iron, but getting the bullet out before that happened... That would be hard and if it hit her in a weak spot well... There were too many variables here and she couldn't risk it. She raised an eyebrow at the bearded man with the remote, crossing her arms over her chest and smirking. "So buddy, you gonna tell us why we're out here when you guys haven't given us the time of day since we got here?" The man's eyebrows lowered even farther than they had been previously if that was at all possible, his scowl deepening along with it. He directed his gaze towards the girl on the floor, deciding to answer her question, in a way. "Yes, you six (seven if ness comes back) all have bombs in your necks, which means that I hold the controls of whether you live or die for however long I would like." He boomed across the courtyard. Now to answer Stilleto's question. "You are here because I told you to be here and that is all you need to know." He glared, steel blue gaze flashing as they stared into her actual steel colored eyes.
Jackson raised a hand, dark eyebrow raised with it, "Yes, that's just fantastic and all but why are we here? I thought we were being thrown in here and not getting out?" He was going to have gotten out of course, but unfortunately nothing works the way it is planned and now he needed to change his plans. Maybe the lazy guard will be outside his cell... He was always easy to pay off, the new guards weren't, they were all too eager to please whoever was on top, which very well may be this guy now that he thought about it. Jackson turned towards the twins again and grinned, "It is lovely to meet you two, if we ever get out of here and you two happen to need jobs you should come find me." He said with a wink. That was Jackson, not afraid to further improve his status as the worst of the worst, and definitely not afraid to do it in the middle of a prison yard with hundreds of guards surrounding them. The scowling man crossed his arms, still holding his thumb over the remote, now having no button in particular that he was going to press, like a really dangerous Russian Roulette where he wasn't in any danger. "You will refer to me as Colonel, you don't get a name, you don't get a reason why, but you now work for me, no questions about it, got it?" He frowned, staring down each villain in turn. They didn't know it but they would get more information later, when there weren't so many people surrounding them, couldn't have too many prying ears after all.

[[Ooc- ]]
Will smiled at the girl sitting next to him, matching her giggles with a low chuckle; barely noticeable but there. While he observed the straight jacket with interest, he leaned forward and whispered loudly in her ear. "If you like, I'll show you how to get out one of those." He purred, winking at one of the nearby guards before leaning backwards. Of course, said guard seemed to increase his alertness on the duo, but Will had already lost his concern towards that area of the circle. Instead, he looked down at his confined hands; the metallic boxes rattling as he wriggled his fingers. Of course, his Muck only came out of his hands (and occasionally his mouth) so he knew the boxes will stay on for awhile. I'm pretty sure that they'll remove them; as the big guy said...We're needed for something fun- The flash of movement beside him made Will shoot a glare back at his new 'friend'- Angel, if he remembered correctly- and heard the familiar question. His name?
"Mon nom?" The purr of French slid out of his mouth almost immediately, causing the man to get back into his feet. Gaze swiping around the area once, then twice, he crossed one leg over the other and bowed; arms stretching to his aides and straining the chains between his hands. "Je m'appelle William Aldrich. But," Sauntering up to one of the guards, Will saw them step back and close the circle, but he didn't do anything mildly threatening. Instead, he leaned forward and kissed one of their shields. "Please, call me Ringmaster."
His theatrics were, fortunately, interrupted by the obvious briefing of some type of mission, making the man spin on heel and saunter back to the group; a ghost of a smile gracing his cheeks. Of course, he knew all of the people he would be working with, but he was getting intense vibes over the General. Besides, who told him what to do? "Considering I don't want my head blown like a firework, this work must be a little too...icky...for all of you innocent gems." It wasn't a question, but the intent was there. If Will was to participate, he was expecting trouble. And that is what he lived for these days.
