Mack padded slowly to the library, checking multiple times just to make sure he had his library card. He didn't really trust himself. Continuing to walk, his cool gray eyes remained on the gray of the sidewalk, occasionally flitting to his gray sneakers. Then he looked at the black pants he was wearing. They were very simple, but comfortable and he liked them. Then his attention was back on the ground for only a bit longer, before he looked at his sweater. Gray. With red lettering. But still, gray. He smiled softly to himself as he thought about all the gray he was wearing. For a moment he had a funny though about dying his hair gray to add to the effect. Then he was at the library. The omega walked into the great building of books after checking one more time in his pocket for his library card. As he entered, he drew one hand casually through his floppy brown hair and looked around. He wasn't sure exactly what he was looking for, but he knew he would find it eventually. And, although Mack wanted to say this was for himself, he was just trying to convince his younger brother Noah to read more.
(Eep sorry this took so long. Also, my apologies for any typos or anything. -3- )

Cora Alizarin
Only dead fish go with the flow
The bell that signalled someone entering sounded. Cora made a mental note to remove it, the sound always seemed judgy to her, somewhat off putting and instantly making visitors seem on edge. She raised her head to observe the newcomer, the one benefit of the bell being that she could observe customers before they could observe her. She had refreshed her coffee, caffeine being a vital component of her diet it was rare that her mug was empty for any length of time and one of the benefits of having a coffee machine behind the help desk. It was an addition of her own and not one the owner would necessarily approve of, but with the rest of the work the copper headed woman had carried out to get the library back in to order it was an addition they would be loath to argue.
She took a sip of the beverage now, the heat enhancing the flavour and eliciting a small noise of enjoyment, before returning it to it's rightful place and returning her attention to the male browsing the shelves. There were a couple of types of patrons, those who knew what they wanted and would ask for it; these were the easiest customers and also the most boring. They would approach the desk intermediately, name the title or the subject and she would lead them directly to the shelf. Dull, predictable and unimaginative.
The second kind, and the category she predicted this individual fell in to, those who knew what they were looking for but were unwilling to ask for assistance. This was a slightly more amusing scenario. Usually they would wander aimlessly until they either stumbled upon what they were looking for, gave up and asked for assistance, or perhaps the most amusing, picked up something that was clearly not what they were initially seeking to save face. These she most commonly engaged in discussion about the prose, watching them squirm as they pretended to be interested, knowing they would drop the book back in the returns bin as soon as they left the store.
The final category was her favourite, the one she often found herself in, and that was the browsers. Looking for nothing in particular, or looking for everything at the same time. Searching for escape in fiction or facts in encyclopedic tomes. The type that racked up fines because they could not bring themselves to part with the fictitious universe they had immersed themselves in.
She pretended to be busy, shuffling papers that were mostly dumb doodles or scraps that would be better suited to the recycling bin. Anything to avoid having to ask the figure in grey if he needed help, that would take the fun out of her whole game.

Mack Bristol
The rogue werewolf stood and looked around for a moment as if deciding on a path to take. His calm gaze traveled around as he stood, leaning on one foot casually. His attention landed on someone who definitely seemed as though they worked here, and he considered quickly if he should approach them and ask for a recommendation. No. They looked busy, and so Mack didn't want to disturb them. He shook his head a bit to move some of his hair out from in front of his eyes, and a slow breath crawled from his lips quietly. Finally deciding he'd look for something somewhere closer to fantasy-- there was no way his stubborn 15-year-old brother would sit through anything even slightly informational. Nope. As he started to consider just what his brother would read, Mack began to second guess his decision of coming here. Once again, he considered going and questioning the worker here. It would be so much easier for him, but would most likely bother her, as she looked quite busy. He inhaled slowly, feeling like a huge idiot just standing there, so he decided to approach where he assumed would hold fantasy books. Still, he really regretted his decision on coming here for his brother. Whatever he got, Noah would never read. But he couldn't leave without something. It would just look suspicious and strange. So, he strolled over to a few colorful looking books, and cautiously began to inspect a few.

Noah Bristol || 15 || Male He/him || Bisexual || Omega Werewolf || Noah, like his older brother, is fairly tall, standing at about 5'10. He very much so likes to pride himself on his appearance, as he finds himself to be very attractive. His hair, a golden color, is quite curly and sometimes likes to flop over his light blue eyes. Part of what he thinks makes him so handsome is his dimples, popping up when he smiles. Like his brother, he likes to workout and maintains a strong body, although he's not as serious as his brother about it. That's not to say he doesn't have some pretty nice abs, however. In his wolf form, his fur is a creamy color, turning to more of an off-white around his chest and underbelly. || Thanks to what he believes are some pretty good looks, Noah can be a bit conceded. Sometimes he may come off as a bit bubbly, thanks to his being very energetic and kind of all over the place. He's extremely flirtatious, constantly flirting with those who are obviously out of his league, and often times, much older than him. He's not much like his brother in the way that he's much more self-absorbed and not as concerned for others' wellbeings. He can also be very stubborn, as when he gets his mind set on something, he won't stop until he's achieved whatever he's trying to do. And, thanks to this, he can also be very reckless. || Mack Bristol is his older brother || N/A, but most definitely available ; ) || He lives with Mack in an apartment. || Silver || (@/blaisie)

Cora Alizarin
Only dead fish go with the flow...
Though she seemed busy she could see the male from the corner of her eye, watching as he hesitated, debating whether to approach the desk and ask for help before slotting himself firmly in to category two. She couldn't help but smile to herself as her brief assessment proved correct. As he moved towards the coloured spines and carefree titles of fiction she couldn't help but notice the startling monochrome of his outfit. Grey, it was all grey, and she thought that she had an appreciation for the neutral shades. Today however she had settled for pale blue skinny jeans slightly worn at the knees, thought worn by use and not pre-stressed like the overpriced designer ones she often saw in shop windows. Seriously, it made her feel exceptionally middle-aged but who actually bought jeans that deliberately had holes in them? Her own choice in jeans were accompanied by light brown leather boots with a slight heel, the material softened by regular wear and surprisingly comfortable even with the block heel. The final part of her ensemble was a long cream jumper dress, with a belt, the same colour as her boots about her waist. It was warm and hung slightly from her left shoulder. Comfortable yet stylish in her own simple way.
She stopped shuffling the papers. putting them back in the same messy pile that had been their original home, and no doubt where they would remain until some inevitable cleaning spree resulted in everything finding it's way to the recycling bin and the following weeks of her trying to find the notes that had been scribbled on them for the weeks that ensued. It was almost a part of her routine now. The male had stopped somewhere in the realms of fantasy, piquing her interest. He didn't much strike her as an avid reader but she knew perhaps better than most that it was ill advised to judge a book by it's cover. Deciding against her own rules she moved from behind the counter, watching the subtle lines of concentration flick across his features as he browsed, as though picking a book was a dramatic life choice, perhaps for him it was. She generally did not interfere with this browsing process, however the other option was return to 330 - Economics, which was perhaps the least appealing shelf in the entire library. Instead with a handful of returned fiction she moved in to the section he was browsing and with a slight smile and an inclination of her head she offered the olive branch that was. "Can I help you."

Mack Bristol
Frustration began to bubble in the omega's stomach, as he just wanted to please his brother. That's all he ever really wanted in life, really. To please others. Once again did his hair fall in front of his gaze, so he ran a hand through it to push it back. He then let out yet another huff of frustration. Still, he was regretting coming here in the first place. His attention to the books still remained quite focused, however. As Mack heard footsteps approaching, he snapped his gaze towards the stranger. Immediately recognizing her as the girl who he'd considered asking for help. A flutter of relief tickled his chest as he stood up, looking slightly down at the shorter girl. "Yes please," Mack gave a slight chuckle, and a small, friendly smile played across his thin lips, "My brother just turned fifteen," His voice rose a bit more aggressive as he spoke next, "and since that little son of a--" He quickly stopped himself, feeling his ears grow warm. He widened his awkward smile a bit, "Uh, he doesn't read a lot and I'm trying to help him out a bit with the whole school thing a bit I guess." The male moved his hand and gripped the back of his neck-sort of a habit of his. "Honestly, I didn't really think it through. I just figured I'd swing by because I had some extra time and stuff..." His voice became quieter as he spoke until he finally stopped there.

Juan had gone to this school for about two years now. Having been going from place to place was absolutely annoying so when he found Shadow Falls he decided to stay for a while. He had found a cabin and gotten a part time job at Enright Grocers which was enough to pay for school supplies and his boss Lucinda was friendly enough. She always seemed on edge around him though which he didn't understand why. But this winter was one of the coldest and his cabin did not have heating so he eventually had to spend a lot of money an many blankets.
Right now however he was in school at Shadow Falls High School, Home of the Cougars. He wasn't the smartest, he knew this but it didn't mean he stopped trying. Right now he was in Biology, a sophomore class and he was a Junior. Talk about embarrassing...when the teacher passed out classwork he began working right away. Or he would have if he understood a single word of it, why was Biology so difficult...

Noah Bristol
Noah, having just recently turned fifteen, sat in Biology with a self-satisfied look. He was leaning back in his chair, and in his lap, he held his phone. He wasn't necessarily doing anything, but just staring at the black screen. With his other free hand, he held a simple mechanical pencil, made of colorful plastic. The eraser resting at the end of the pencil was worn down to barely anything, as he seemed to erase his work quite a lot. The boy kept hitting the stub of an eraser against the desk he sat it, clearly bored of class. He puffed out his cheeks a bit, letting out a harsh breath as classwork was placed in front of him. The Omega didn't necessarily care all that much about his school (much to his older brother's disliking), but that didn't mean he was just going to slack off. Although, maybe just a little bit. He skimmed over it quickly, but instead of really looking at it and working on it, he glanced down at his phone's screen again, tilting it slightly so as to check the time. It felt like he'd been in school for an entire year already. As it always did for him. The boy leaned forward in his chair to rest his elbow on the desk, and then his chin in his open palm, and with his blue eyes, look around at his classmates, jumping from one person to another.

As most werewolf's Juan had increased senses. At every tap of the pencil he gritted his teeth more and more until he turn his head toward the sound finding it coming from behind him, why of all times did his hearing have to bother him. "Could you please refrain from the tapping. I'm trying not to let my wo- I mean focus on my schoolwork." The second part was made him take a breath in as he hoped he saved himself from being found out as a werewolf. He turned his head back to the paper before growling at himself. Like most inexperienced werewolves he had trouble controlling the wolf inside him and his eyes glowed blue (the color of an Omega's wolf eyes) as he stared at the paper in anger and annoyance, only good thing was no one was paying attention to him and he was looking down. Otherwise questions may have been asked.

Jackie listened to his reasoning-- not really that interested in it-- and watched as his arms motioned to the sky and its lack of precipitation. "Yeah but maybe a bit of rain to wash away the little kids would be nice," she cocked her brow and tilted her slightly forward then to the side. One corner of her lips was picked up by a sly grin as she looked at Leon, "Don't ya think?" At his mention of bothering her and his apology for doing so, she sat back in the bench and shrugged and said, "Well, sort of knowing you, you're probably not." One of her eyebrows was still cocked and a mischievous look played on her face. "Not a fan of kids?" Leon questioned. He could understand considering some children could be rather annoying. Leon didn't mind kids to much and hoped to possibly have some of his own some day. "Just wanted to make sure." He said his smile still on his face. "So, heard any news or gossip lately?" He questioned.

The young werewolf's casual blue gaze flittered up to the boy who was addressing him. Quickly, he studied his face, and recognized him as Juan something. Noah wasn't very good with last names. He could hardly remember his own, in fact. As Juan asked him to quit with the whole pencil hitting the desk thing, he puffed out his cheeks again, letting the air slowly leak from his plump lips. "Yeah, sure thing." He said, letting a rush of air escape him and his lips then going back to normal, although now lifted by a smirk. He winked at his classmate, in a sort of flirtatious manner as per usual. He then watched Juan turn away, beginning to overthink the way that he had stumbled over his words. However, when Noah thought about it, he did that sometimes, too. Just a simple error. Finally, the teen decided to go back to his paper and look over it more thoroughly, and actually work on it. His cheek still rested atop his palm, his fluffy blonde hair sort of falling in front of one eye.

The werewolf grinned a bit still, and casually-with absolutely no concern of who might see her- poked her pointed fangs a bit through her smirk. "I wouldn't say I'm not a fan of kids," she shrugged a bit, leaning back in the bench she sat on, "But that group over there just looks particularly annoying." The girl nodded her chin at a small cluster of a few young children, targeting them for scolding for no specific reason.

Finally, the teen decided to go back to his paper and look over it more thoroughly, and actually work on it. His cheek still rested atop his palm, his fluffy blonde hair sort of falling in front of one eye. Juan saw the reflection of blue on the table and gasped slightly before rubbing his eyes and shaking his head. He really needed to learn to get his emotions under control before he clawed someone's eyes out...tempting to do to the idiot teacher. "I need to get out of here...." He muttered before standing up, grabbing his bag and stuff and moving to walk out of the door without a second look back. Probably a bad idea considering the teacher hated it.
"Mr. Ramirez sit down! I do not want to have to give you detention again!" The teacher yelled before slamming down his fist onto the desk. The sound echoed through the room causing a bunch of students to look up and some even began chuckling which only made the teacher even madder at everyone. "Do you all want detention!" He shouted which caused them to look down. Once his gaze was back on Juan he seemed even angrier. "Sit down now."
Juan dug the claws that were coming from his hand into his palm trying to calm himself down. He absolutely hated Mr. Gregory with a passion and it would be so easy to rip out his throat. With gritted fanged canines he looked at the teacher. His eyes had a slight blue glow to them, one that only a werewolf would recognize and Juan was pretty sure there were none. He said nothing as a drop of blood hit the floor from his hand where claws dug into skin. "I'm leaving." He growled and turning back around as the teacher grabbed a pad of paper and wrote a detention slip.
(come on Noah. Notice.)

Noah Bristol
After looking at his work and well... working... for a few seconds, he then looked up again at Juan in front of him, studying him. He leaned to the side slightly, looking over Juan's shoulder, as if maybe trying to get the boy's attention. But, as he looked at the desk, he noticed a blue reflection in front of Juan. Noah immediately sucked in a sharp breath, and as Juan began to stand to leave, Noah sat up straight, stiff as a board. He watched Juan, very tempted to follow him out that very moment. The boy began to collect his stuff, hopefully going unnoticed because of the teacher's anger towards Juan. He gritted his teeth and prepared himself to follow Juan out of the room if he needed to. He stared intently at the (supposedly) other werewolf's blue eyes with a deep suspicion bubbling in his stomach. But he then noticed the drop of blood on the floor, which had come from Juan's clenched fist, which he then studied closer. His face began to grow very warm, and his muscles very tense still. Noah was now completely standing, and briskly moving towards Juan, glaring at him in a kind of amazed way.

Mr. G said before sitting in his seat and put in earbuds before contemplating why he became a teacher.
Juan just grunted before running out into the hallway and the boy's bathroom. Thankfully no one followed him or so he thought and no one was in the bathroom at the time. He opened his fist and gripped onto the sink with his bloody hands as he stared at his reflection with the wolf fangs and glowing blue eyes. "Calm down....calm down..." He growled at himself as his claws scratched the sink as he grip got stronger. A whimper had escaped his mouth as he closed his eyes tight trying to keep the wolf down. Why of all times did his emotions have to get his wolf out of control. The cuts from his claws had healed but his hands were still blood stained.
