As a cat, Gray Wing. He had a very sweet and likable personality, especially in comparison to his brother. As a character, Clear Sky. His struggles were complex and well thought out, and had depth that Gray Wing's lacked. He's one of the best anti heroes/villains in the series. This ^ |

I love Gray Wing for his personality. (And his denseness when it comes to love is adorable.)
But I love how complex Clear Sky is. He's not a clean cut villain or hero. He's a gray area, new territory for the series.
If I had to choose, it would have to be Gray Wing.

I liked Gray Wing better than Clearsky personality wise
Character wise Clearsky was more interesting, but he was rude.
so I can't decide.

Gray Wing.
I just never saw the appeal of Clear Sky. I can appreciate his development, but I just never bought his "fear" excuse. How could fear cause you to drive away all of your family and loved ones, murder random cats for the sake of it, toss injured cats out because he didn't want to bother with treating them, and starve cats he grew up with? How does fear warrant that sort of behavior? If he was afraid, why not try to keep his family close to him instead of driving them away? I just never understood that, and honestly his personality didn't change all that much. Plus, the Erins just threw all that development out the window in MfV, causing him to revert back to being an arrogant jerk.
