This site has lag that can break historic records
And why the hell can you not make your own user/pfp? And all the usernames have a jumble of numbers in them, I already forgot mine

i honestly would have preferred a page where fans could submit their own art to be posted, rather than the random art scattered around the site Agreed.

My name is Foxheart(insert random long number) on the new site. The which cat are you quiz is not supported on a mobile device so I can’t take it atm, and no other quizzes will open for me. I honestly can’t find the Moonpool anywhere...and the search bar doesn’t work at all.

Try going into the options for your browser [the three little dots up in the top corner] and click "request desktop site", that worked for me. The buttons on the quiz are a bit difficult to take. Also the Moonpool is at warriorcats.com/moonpool

just tested this and, uh, yep.... wow that makes me uncomfortable LOL i hope its just a coincidence but it rly doesnt seem like it It's because the words are in the site's blacklist source code apparently. >.> The Erins are usually welcoming of their LGBT battlecats community so I'm gonna put the blame on the guys hired to build the site themselves (I'm gonna guess Working Partners because they suck). It’s probably HarperCollins telling the devs to censor stuff. HarperCollins censors stuff because they sell the books in China and Russia, where telling people about Tallstar would get the books banned and the readers arrested

Whoever is hired to run the website is obviously putting cats together in the family tree for the sake of pleasing the fans who want a family tree and not considering if the parings make sense or not. They're doing a TERRIBLE JOB.
Did ya notice they listed Dappletail and Runningwind as MATES in the family tree? Even though there's nothing showing it at all, and Dappletail was LITERALLY ELDER AGED by the time we see her in ITW so... whoever the frick is making their family trees... they REALLY need to stop what they're smoking...
I can't be the only one that noticed this, hell, I can't be the only one BOTHERED by this now that I noticed it. Working Partners, whoever is hired to do the website, STOP.

In regards to the art on the site... it gets worse I found THISSO YEAH. Anyone who submits their art on the site literally loses their rights to it, they don't even get CREDITED. And the worst thing is you can't even get a SAY that they treated it in any derogatory way if they do. You lose ALL RIGHTS to your fanmade work. Screw the website, This is literal art theft. Someone submitting their art to something shouldn't have to give their entire rights away to their stuff to do so, and chances are there will be folks unaware of this. Working Partners or whoever the heck is doing the website, what are you smoking because YIKESTM

Because if the person managed to get this info then chances it's on the site which is really concerning as is. (The site is brand new to the public so the chances of it being photoshopped is very very low. I'm not seeing what you're finding anywhere) EDIT: FOUND IT, This is directly in their ToS

Sooooo yeah screw the website, they ain't getting my art or taking my rights. If I'm gonna be posting my fanworks to any Warriors related sites it'd be here and (Sometime in the future if I get the courage, because I'm still nervous about showing art there) Blogclan.

That’s not right. I don’t know if there are any laws within the US Copyright law that would allow companies to take someone else’s work and basically commit plargarism, but it is still the wrong thing to do. I also saw other people’s work on the site I saw on Deviantart or on the artist’s social media platform.

I never liked the fact that fanart is on a professional site. To those artists who got their art on there, I feel sorry for them.

I'm amazed that some of the more well-known WC artists aren't alarmed or upset by it either. They get excited to have their art "showcased" but I feel like they aren't seeing the full picture. x.x'

It really seems that they rushed the site. It has a lot of potential and most certainly isn't downright terrible... it just really needs some improvements and... order. There's so much restriction concerning a profile that doesn't unlock any real features, the lag itself is like a frickin' op boss battle and the organization of the place... //shudders
My tips for improvement would be to fix the lag of course and make it more user-friendly. Getting rid of that registration system entirely would be wonderful. They could also get rid of the clan symbol emoji reactions but that's a personal problem aha
I never liked the fact that fanart is on a professional site. To those artists who got their art on there, I feel sorry for them. I agree that it does look... jarring, but I can see the intention behind it, which makes it forgivable. But if only there was like a "featured fan works" section that wouldn't clash with the aesthetic of the official art, it could work out a lot more.

That was confirmed in the Missing Kits by Su. It was not a random pairing. All of Missing Kits is now canon again. Missing kits was stated to be non-canon like 1-2 years ago. Also it IS a random pairing because again, Dappletail's an elder. :/ Say what you may but you're not changing my mind for the fact that I'm not accepting this. Let's leave it at that. It was made clear from the start that Missing Kits was to be taken as canon. Everything went through Vicky before it was posted. The only reason why she retconned it was because she and Su were getting attacked by some a**holes as FB. She didn't want to deal with the situation so she decided to throw Su under the bus for the whole mess.
None of these pairings are random. We know Dappletail had at least one litter of kits. It's right there, black and white, page 82 of A Dangerous Path. She had a white tom with blue eyes who was born deaf. Featherkit is a white tom with blue eyes who was born deaf. Both of her kits died as part of the five who died the leafbare before ITW. It was confirmed in BP that Dappletail had just retired prior to the start of ITW. Cats can have kits well into their later years. Dappletail has never been confirmed to be sterile, just infertile. Her having kits was never impossible and does not go against canon. As for RunningxDapple, it is entirely plausible that they got together at some point. We saw virtually nothing of background pairings in OS. They could have broken up after the kits died. Runningwind could be running to see Dappletail every chance he gets. It could have been a one night stand. We simply do not know enough about the relationship. Age has never stopped pairings before.
