After a little She pointed to little river-ish thing.” That is where you bathe.” She said.” Our watering hole is cleaner than this.” She added.” Sometimes some lions bathe in the watering hole farther down so we don’t drink gross water, hippo’s live here.” She said and looked at the dirty water.” Best get moving, they don’t like company.” She added and continued to walk around the territory.

“Well lots of prides have two males to lead, that is what a co-leader is. All the males are free to challenge Koda, but only one lion can, and it’d have to fight both leaders. Unless there is only one leader, the one leader can except another lion.” She said with a nod.” Plus, the loner would be better just to leave. All the females would run away.” She added with a smile.

Shi nodded his head, taking in everything that she said, thinking that it could all come in handy one day. He made sure not to push any subject too hard with her, so as not to worry her and make her suspicious of himself. “What do you like to do when there’s nothing to do around here. When you don’t need to hunt, when you don’t need to patrol the territory?” He inquired, wanting to get to know her a little better.
