Patrick jumped as Dragonfly spoke behind him, his fluffy fur puffing out around him like a cloud as it stood on end. "How do you always manage to scare me like that?" he grumbled, though his voice betrayed his affection for the other tom. "I was hoping you were around though, up for a little adventure to the forest with me?" “An adventure with you? How could I ever say no?” Dragonfly purred, stretching out long legs, before he nimbly trailed his way over towards the other tom. He eyed him warmly, before he inquired. “So. What are you looking around the forest for? Which plant, I mean.” He mewed knowingly.

Patrick reached up to smooth down the purple bandana around his neck as his fur began to lay flat again. "I need more marigolds; it's good for small scraps and cuts to stop infections. Always a good thing to have around."

Always a good thing to have around." “Easy enough. I know what Marigold looks like. It’s in the name, after all.” Dragonfly laughed, before he allowed Patrick to take the lead. He mused after a moment. “Has Sable come by lately? I know Magnolia was here a few days ago. Buuuuut.” He gave an innocent little look. “I maaay have shared some information with Revy, that miiiight just have their groups batting paws. I’m guessing Sable will need your assistance soon.”

"Oh gosh, what did you tell them?" Patrick mewed with a groan as they made their way down the street. "I haven't seen Sable in quite a while." Patrick took careful care to walk in the shadows, away from the eyes of the twolegs. They tended to fuss over him.

Goes by the name of Jaguar. The one with the two kits a while back. I may have overheard their adventurous little chat about snagging at Clan cats that have been sneaking around Twolegplace. See, I owed Revy a favor, so I cashed it in and evened the score. Soooo. All I did was a little gossiping about one handsome tom to another handsome tom.” Dragonfly shrugged playfully.

"Oh! I think I've heard of those groups, my friend Rover told me about them, but I didn't take him seriously, I thought he was just high on catnip!" She let out a purr of amusment, "Don't you guys like- fight each other?" She tilted her head at him curiously, "I won't lie though, it would be cool to learn battle skills. Rover told me they normally stick to the forest, so, why are you here? Unless that is connected to what happened to your fur, then you'll probally just mutter and not want to talk about it," Terror added. Warblerwind shot Terror a withering look, but didn't deny her statement. And anyway, how would an herb for greencough make a cat climb?
Kittypets...
"Sometimes we fight each other. But for the most part, we stick to our territories," he said. "I'm here on," he paused, thinking. "I'm here on a mission. Secret." Close enough. She eyed Warblerwind up and down, her brow furrowing, "Right.." she mewed skeptically, "Well, this 'mission', hows that going for you?" Her face looked unconvinced and rather concered, as if she was thinking this cat didn't seem to be having this so called mission, going very well.

Frostyfoot, as downtrodden as he was still about banishment, was surprised at just how prey rich Twolegplace was compared to Skyclan. He carried a large rat in his jaws, amazed by the sheer size of it. It would be the first time he’d ever eaten rat, but he knew Opalmist surely would love such a familiar prey for her. He felt his fur warm and his heart thump as he thought of her, and of how easily he had fallen in love with her as if they had never been apart.
He slipped past a fence and down towards their temporary resting place in one of the many abandoned nests that dotted around this part of Twolegplace. This nest was not too homey, but it would do just for now. If anything, Frostyfoot got a sense of loss in this place, with piles of trinkets and feathers laying around, untouched for moons.

Her face looked unconvinced and rather concered, as if she was thinking this cat didn't seem to be having this so called mission, going very well. ((sorry for the huge poof!)) "Quite fine, thank you," Warblerwind sniffed. There was no way this kittypet would understand the convoluted series of events that had led him to her yard. Let alone if he started to talk about the Dark Forest... And besides, he didn't want this friendly kittypet to eye him with fear the way he was sure his Clanmates would now. One cat who didn't see him as a monster, was that too much to ask? He took a small breath, forcing his fur to flatten. "Look, kitty- Terror," he corrected himself. This pocket of almost-normalcy had soothed the ragged edges of his rage, but he still felt that itch under his pelt, that now-constant companion of his, the primal need to find Robinstar and make her pay. "Thank you for feeding me. And for, er, talking to me...I've got to move on, now," he said, almost regrettably. "I'll try to be back, and I can tell you more about the forest, okay?" He realized the feeling he felt gnawing at him...it was loneliness. He didn't want to be by himself again, but it couldn't be helped. He hopped up onto the fence again, feeling strength in his limbs he hadn't in days. "Good-bye, Terror," he called without looking back at her, then jumped to the ground and streaked away into the Twolegplace once more.

Her tail lifted happilly as he mentioned telling her more about the forest, "Okay then, bye Warblerwind, remember, my house and garden are always open for vistitors! Maybe invite some of your forest cat friends- Ooo, it be fun to meet them." The last bits she had to shout but Terror waved her tail dismisivly, hopping back onto her garden fence and the leaping into her garden.

Warblerwind stuck to the shadows of Twolegplace, not quite at the outskirts but not deep into the sprawling maze either. He couldn't risk being seen by any Clan cats, but he wasn't sure he was ready to fully enter the nerve-wracking world of Twolegs. He paused beside a Twoleg nest, lapping drops of water from a strange vine Twolegs would leave lying in the grass. He'd realized the water from them was fresher than from the greasy puddles he'd been drinking from previously.

He paused beside a Twoleg nest, lapping drops of water from a strange vine Twolegs would leave lying in the grass. He'd realized the water from them was fresher than from the greasy puddles he'd been drinking from previously. Nettle padded confidently along one of the many fences. So far, there had been no lead to his determined mission to find his father. Though, he inwardly supposed that no cat would really know where to find a cat that Nettle had never met. He sighed, annoyed yet not discontent. After all, just exploring his new home was already better than Clan life. He felt so free here, and he knew he would never go back. What he didn’t expect to see was a ragged looking cat drinking from one of the green water snakes in a twolegplace backyard. Unable to see the cat’s face, Nettle called out casually. “Oi! You’re a new one, I don’t think we’ve talked before. I’m looking for someone, think you could help me?”
