Hawke blinks a little taken back by the question. He considered on what to say not wanting to lie but he couldn't be honest either. "Um they are nearby! They are visiting friends. They know where we are though so you don't have to worry!"

Selene groaned slightly as she felt the bed suddenly move around. She didn't want to get up at the moment. She had had the most wonderful dream. She and her charming Knight sir William had a lovely rendezvous. However, she was dragged firmly back to reality as she felt what felt like lips plant a kiss upon her brow. Her eyes fluttered open slowly to she laying beside her was William. Her cheeks turned a scarlet as she looked at him and what had just happened came all flooding back to her. "U-um, hello there," she stammered out.
The apple seller raised an eyebrow at the little boy's explanation as to where his parents were. "Crossing her arms she said, "Okay then. Now how would you be paying for these apples young man?" she asked, knowing that more than likely they didn't but wanted check just incase.

Sir William Redfort
William gave her a warm smile as he held her close as they laid in bed. “Good morning.” he said, before adding “and my apologies, my lady. I didn’t intend to wake you.” He grinned slightly as he saw her cheeks reddening, and how she stammered while she spoke. “I hope you slept well.” “Y-yes, I slept very well,” Selene shakily replied. “I can assume that you managed to sleep just as well Sir William correct,” she asked, making sure to try and act as normal as possible. |
