Wasnt it confirmed somewhere that Stormtail and Swiftbreeze were siblings? I swear I saw one of the Erins confirm it somewhere, but it hasn't been added to Warrior's Wiki yet. I don't know though, they just recently added Speckletail and Thrushpelt's family and relatives so maybe they're just slow.

Eh, sort of. Vicky just said that she thinks they're littermates. That's not really a confirmation, but her statement is on Trivia for Stormtail and Swiftbreeze's pages.

I still think Smallear is Stormtail's littermate. And maybe Stonepelt if he isn't born to some other cat later on.
