don't shoot me y'all but I'm thinking of trying clan-leading again but making it really simple. I think with my last two I really over-complicated things with the layout and stressing over stories and plots. Maybe this time I can build one and keep it really "OG forums" and simple. ^^ |

I really like the lore part! It's simple, but interesting.  I like the idea that it's named Hawkclan after the defeat of the hawk, I feel like that history could result in general cultural significance with hawks among the clan too in some way. |

maybe promotional ceremonies involve donning the promoting cat in hawk feathers? or if a deputy is promoting to leader he or she must hunt and kill a hawk before officially accepting their "-star" ? |

Oooh! Maybe deputies have to journey to hunt for a hawk to prove themselves, and they can also don the feathers during ceremonies. :3

what if...if the hawk is sighted just flying high in the sky, it's good luck, because its a representation of the great bird's freedom and power over his prey. but if the hawk is sighted roosted in a tree or on a cliff, it's bad luck because the hawk is grounded and foolishly exposing itself to danger. |
