Hello There!
I wanted to connect myself with this place more, and what better way of doing so than by art? It's a passion I've had for several years, so if anyone wants to get me to open up through anything other than debates, art is the topic to go.
All art in this thread is made by me unless stated otherwise.
FAQ
How long have I been drawing? Since 2009. I've actually drawn for way longer, but 2009 is just about when I got serious about it.
What programs do I use/used?
In my early days, I used the classic MSPaint. From there on, I expanded my horizons by using various versions of Photoshop Elements/CS(x) and PaintTool SAI. In 2016, I started experimenting with MediBang Mobile and IbisPaint. Lately, I use SAI.
What were my inspirations? My sister's art, anime and some of the 2010-Warriors-era artists.
What do I use? A Bamboo Create
Why is there so many different watermarks? Any other platforms you're on?

Thanks! The Oakfur one is actually Brook Where Small Fish Swim, that picture was accidentally put there but since it's now almost three years old I just left it hehe

What's your favorite type of background to draw? I never quite considered a favorite type of bg, since they're all 7+ hr monsters to draw, but there's usually something that tells me to draw mountains/tall hills or anything involving heights |

New art! mintedstar/furHere's some doodles from earlier this week! On a side note, I have an announcement to make :> Requests!! Scene ones specifically. Jekyll you mentioned being interested, here it is! Alright, so the main thing is that I need to improve on my painting skills, and I haven't been doing a good job of it these past few years. I'm very low on motivation and drive, but I'll force myself to get off my lazy bum and make some progress. I'll likely be doing one, two or hell, even none at all depending on my art block Anyway, send in some cat refs! Or send in a canon scene from the books, and I'll see what I can do with it. again, if anyone wants to be added to the pinglist, please let me know |

Meet my complicated OC.   As well as the ref sheet for color.  Without the anime hair, looks like this. XD She's from my comic! One very prominent scene, if you wanted a scene, would be: Which is very old art at this point. The blurb basically being: Will C. Morgen was supposed to be dead. Three cats saw her fall from the top of a cliff, into a sea, in the middle of Winter. But when she turns up two years later, at the same time as a mysterious sickness, cats begin to wonder what secrets are being kept from them. Hope that's interesting? If not, I have more, or canon things! |

Scene wise I can pm you a reference so it wont get lost in this thread if its fine with you? You can have Shiva fighting some cats or have her hiding in abandoned ruins, the majority of the time she's either hiding or fighting. Sure! And I'll go for the ruins idea, if I draw a fighting scene I can bet my last dollar it'd come out awkward |
