(Iโm so sorry this post is bad, guys ^^; Lately Iโve been feeling a bit exhausted mentally)
Alex had been glaring hard at the blonde girl in front of her, waiting for the other to make some kind of reaction or move, yet she wasnโt at all surprised when Captain Hook ordered his men to seize her instead. She struggled against their grip anyway, even though it was futile. You can ignore me for now, the girl thought as she continued to glare at Spencer, but as soon as I get a chance, Iโll knock that snide look right off your pretty face. However, since the main reason for causing a scene had proven to be a failure anyway, Alex eventually gave up her struggling to see what the Captain would do next. She felt helpless, and it only made the rage boil inside her more fiercely.
Oakleyโs head shot up once he heard Ellie speak, and he turned to look at her, worry set in his brown eyes. The more Ellie lied, the more trouble she was bound to get in. โItโs hopeless,โ he murmured in her direction. Then lifted his head up to the pirates to shoot them a look of resentment. โYeah, thereโs more of us. But you wonโt find them anyway, even with the help of your fairies.โ For once his voice didnโt tremble at all, but despite his bravado, he could only hope that what he was saying was true.

โA potion that makes you irresistible?โ Agatha echoed, her dark eyes wide and glittering with curiosity. How useful. If the fairy could possibly get her tiny hands on one of those, then that would make for some very interesting scenarios. It would give her power. Her antennae seemed to bounce in delight, and she flashed another coy smile in the Captainโs direction. โIโm glad to have met you too,โ she said. โSay, what if we visited this witch together? That is, if you do plan on getting that potionโฆโ

( แดแดสสแดแดแดแดษชแด, There's no need to apologize. I'm either somewhat there as well or just mad at the world currently. Which I am working with my therapist and my advocate with my feelings. As far as I know, those feelings are quite okay to have. Plus KH3 is coming out soon  ) Captain Hook's brow was furrowed with anger. Finally, to shake the impatience off he physically shook his head. "Tsk tsk...it's a shame it took so much shoving and pushing to get the truth out of one of you." The grown man said as he stood unmoving for a moment. Which only lasted for a little bit.
He advanced towards Ellie and stared at her with a cold hard stare. "There are consequences for lying little miss." With a rapid speed Captain Hook used his only hand to grab Ellie's jawline and turned it to one side in force. His hook made contact with her cheek line as he dragged the sharp edge to give her a painful, not that deep cut, to remind her not to do it again. When he finally let go of her children, that were watching from a far of the ship, settle down their screams of horror and cries as blood was seen on the girl's cheek. The other pirates either forced the children to calm down by sounds of whips or harsh shouting.
As heartless as Captain Hook stood in front of the two children he says in a low whisper to both of them. "Next time that cut will be to the throat." With that statement slithered he leaves them there. Once he on the move the captain orders the other crew members to untie the kids from the pole and have them start working. He had another errand to work with now. During his stroll, among the busiest of feet and shoes shuffling across the floor, Captain Hook takes his time to take out his handkerchief and nonchalantly clean the tip of his hook from the blood he recently made. Not that blood was awful to see. Actually, he was quite proud of him being the cause of it. Though it's rather rude to approach another important figure, in his crew, with this sight. Without another minute sliding he approached Spencer with a smirk of no good intentions behind it. "My dear shall we go to my quarters and bring the girl with us?" While he said this he put away his cloth in one of his many pockets from his coat. Of course, the tone he presented to the girl was both pride and confidence in her.
In the meantime the few selective crew members untied Ellie and Oakley out of the pole and onto their hands. Soon they were given a mop and a bucket of dirty water. "Clean the deck!" One of the pirates barked an order at the children and pointed out the blood that Ellie has made on the floor. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emily floated up to Zack, once he rose above the jungle, and apologized. "Sorry Zack...I got carried away." She said when she was trying to cover her smile and the simple bliss she was experiencing at the moment.
However, with the urgent need to go get their friends, she refocused again especially when everyone else was doing so. She dared not be selfish and instead wanted to be just like the others. Even if it meant putting off the joyous feelings she could finally experience that her family talked about for years. "But um..." Emily blushing with embarrassment and quickly cleared her throat. "Anyways! Off with the fairies." |

(I don't blame either of you; roleplaying is hard. Especially since the world is hard and putting up with your brain is,,,also hard. Anyway, sorry this took a few days)
Ellie closed her eyes when she saw the hook appear in front of her face. When she felt it connect with her cheek she let out a sharp gasp, but she wouldnโt cry out. Who knew what would happen? Her ears filled with the screams of children from somewhere around her, the cracking of whips, the gruff uncaring voices of brutish pirates who were her captors now. But all of that drowned out in favor of the low warning the Captain gave next. Tears blurred her vision when she opened her eyes again, the wavering form of the Captain and his red coat disappearing from her line of sight. She barely registered the actions of the pirates as she was untied and the handle of a mop was pushed into her hands. I canโt protect them. Ellie finally came to the realization, all hope lost. She stared down at the blood, her blood, on the wooden floor beneath her, and her grip tightened on the mop. Wordlessly she began to sweep the mop along the splotch, paying no mind to Oakley beside her.
Spencer forced a smirk on her face to match Captain Hookโs, who had just approached her. โThat gangly red-head?โ She jeered, resting a hand on her hip. โSure, Iโll fetch her. And teach her the consequences for talking back to me.โ With that, she whipped around and stalked away, hips swaying with fake confidence as fragile as porcelain. She made her presence known with the loud thump of her boots on the wooden deck as she approached the pirates whoโd grabbed the rowdy girl. She folded her arms across her chest and tilted her head when she stopped in front of her, lips drawn back in a sneer. โCaptain Hook wants to see the brat.โ
Zack couldnโt help but give Emily a soft smile. โItโs okay.โ He said in reassurance. Flying was admittedly really cool; itโd be difficult not to get carried away with it. He, too, would love nothing more than to just soar away over the treetops without a care in the world, if only there wasnโt the extremely pressing issue of rescuing their friends. โBut yeah, letโs go! I have a feeling theyโll leave us behind if we take too long.โ He chuckled a little and then took off, trying to keep up with the two glowing lights that had already gotten a head start. โOnward!โ

Oakley couldn't help but wince at the sight of the Captain slashing his hooked hand across Ellie's cheek. But he didn't say anything, instead watching in horror as they were finally untied and told to clean. Guilt riddled his heart, and he gave Ellie a look of sympathy. "Are you okay?" he whispered to her after a few moments. She appeared dejected, sweeping the deck with an air of silent hopelessness. Oakley didn't like seeing her that way. "Here, why don't you let me do it." He gently placed one hand on the mop, inviting her to let him take it. Then he gave her a soft smile, one that didn't quite reach his eyes, yet the intent was clear in his countenance. "It'll be okay. We can come up with a plan." A plan for what, Oakley was uncertain. But seeing Ellie the way she was made him want to say those words, even if they were meaningless.
"Brat?" Alex snapped, whipping her head around to glare at Spencer with fierce green eyes. Then those eyes narrowed, and her lips curved upward to return a smirk. "Look who's talkin'." It probably wasn't a smart idea to keep running her mouth while being held by a bunch of pirates, but she didn't care. It was all she could do to keep the terrible fear stuffed down inside her heart. Captain Hook wanted to see her? In no universe would that ever be good news. She'd probably get another beating, which was expected, but still frightening to anticipate. The girl outwardly sighed. "Well, no use in waiting around," she muttered quietly, resigned to her fate. Her eyes scanned the deck for Shorts, the only person who she actually spoke to on a somewhat-normal basis. When she found him, she gave him a look that could have said, 'You told me so'.

(I still haven't finished KH3, but I hope you guys were able to or at least get to play.)
Captain Hook worn his smirk as he eyed the girl's movement and patiently waited for her to come back. "Red-heads tend to be trouble markers." He thought to himself as his mind regrettably retrospect back to Peter Pan. At least he was gone now. It was a waste of time to think of him.

"Ah!" One of the pirates crowed as he held the redhead girl in a tight grip. "Lead the way Lady Spencer." In the mist of the pirates either crowding the area or going on their busy. Some eyes were caught and lingering to the newest entertainment of the evening. Either a few stood in place, circling the area, if the girl decided to try to run, or pretended to look busy. Amusement was awaiting in silence.

"Sounds about right." Emily noted as she brought her hand back to her side and then watched Zack take off like a rocket. Full of power and confidence.
Before taking off she couldn't help, but to look before going. The sun ray's caught onto her sight and she used her hand to block it while still hovering in mid-air. From a distance she could tell the fairies were taking them to the Jolly Roger and could possibly see movement. Maybe not human/adult size, though it was like ants on a tiny ship. Without much further hesitation she moved herself into a gesture to place her hands in front of her. The superman pose in the air and took off like a bullet, so she could catch up to the group.

(Are you like the completionist on YouTube where you gotta finish everything in a game? To be fair, though when I was first playing KH1 game in 2003 it felt like a need to finish the whole game and defeat all the hidden bosses. Mostly, for bragging rights in my neighborhood. As a thirteen year old at that time, my hardest bosses to defeat was Sephiroth and the Phantom at the Neverland level. One of the best things to do is get the ultimate keyblade.) |

Absolutely, that the game is fun and it's probably the most challenging one.) |

(Finally!! Sorry this took a while longer than intended.
Also, not entirely related but it matters to me lol - Spencer turned a year old a few days ago! WOO!)
Ellie hadnโt been paying attention to her surroundings until she felt a hand gently stop the absentminded motions of her mop. She slowly rose her head to meet the freckled boyโs brown gaze. He didnโt seem exactly hopeful, but she listened to his words anyway. Silently she unhanded the mop as she let Oakley take it from her. โMaybe.โ she finally sniffled, as tears kept dripping down her cheeks. With one hand she wiped them away; with the other she carefully rubbed at the gash on her cheek as blood pooled there again. She spared a moment to look down at her hands, one covered in salty tears and the other smeared with blood born from determination.
This was her life now. But for a moment, Ellie had made the mistake of giving in to despair and hopelessness. She realized now that that was wrong. She couldnโt let her spirit be broken just yet, just from a little scratch. Maybe she couldnโt protect her friends from the pirates, maybe she couldnโt even protect herself, but Oakley was still here, and Oakley needed her to be brave. So she glanced back up at him, and a small smile just barely flickered at the corner of her mouth. โYeah. Maybe.โ The words were the same, but perhaps in a way they were different now.
โPff. You should keep your head down, kid, or things wonโt end well for you.โ Spencer warned, maintaining her smirk. Perhaps subconsciously, the hand resting on her folded arms gripped her bicep just a little harder. Without another word Spencer turned on her heel, and with a snap of her fingers she marched back the way she had come, trusting her entourage to follow closely. When she found Captain Hook again she approached him deliberately. โGot the girl, as you asked.โ
The fairies led the teens closer and closer to what appeared to be a large pirate ship. When they reached a point where they were hovering over it, the fairies abruptly stopped, and Zack followed suit. With one tiny finger, Julian pointed down below. โThat would be the Jolly Roger. Your friends are most likely down there somewhere.โ โAnd all the other children, too.โ Pearl chimed in. She turned to Zack and Emily in turn, eyeing them each with a bit of concern. โHey, this is a really tall order, you know? Rescuing everyone. This is probably your last chance to back out and keep out of danger.โ
Zack gave her an incredulous look. โIโm not gonna run away without our friends at least, not this time. And everyone down there deserves a fighting chance.โ He turned to Emily, face set with resolve. โSo, weโre gonna need a plan, right?โ

โThatโs the spirit!โ Oakley gave a small huff of laughter and tossed one last half-smile in Ellieโs direction. It was a small attempt to lighten the atmosphere. The boyโs gaze lingered over the cut on the girlโs cheek, and how it still dripped with blood. He tried not to let the guilt of what happened show on his face; it had been his fault, and he wished there was something he could do about it. But not now. They had no choice but to do what the pirates demanded for now, which was cleaning the deck. Or at least, pretending to look busy while they came up with a plan.
Oakley grabbed the mop and dunked it in the bucket of dirty water, then resumed work where Ellie had left off. โYou can make sure the bucket doesnโt spill?โ He offered to the other, so that she would still have something to do. Movement from further down the deck caught his eye, and he glanced up to see a large group of pirates hauling away a girl who appeared to be close to Oakley and Ellieโs age. If he recalled correctly, she was the one who had spoken out against the pirates earlier. Oakley could only assume she was now on her way to receiving some kind of punishment. โI wonder if the other kids here are treated just like we were,โ Oakley inquired out loud, looking away from the spectacle to continue mopping.
At Spencerโs words, Alex merely clicked her tongue and rolled her eyes, yet remained silent until they made their way over to the Captain. She couldnโt help but gulp as they approached. But she allowed herself to be lead and kept her head high, shooting Captain Hook a level stare. โAlright Iโm here, now what the hell do you want with me?โ The girl sighed rather forcefully. There was the slightest tremble to her voice that she failed to keep hidden as she spoke.

An amusing smirk was signaled as the girl said this to Captain Hook. He was clearly unphrased from her cursing, which he normally had a strict rule against it. "You need to learn respect child." The man gave a sharp stare at Spencer with no doubt she will win. "Would you like to use weapons for this battle?"
When these words were urged more of the pirates gathered around the area and started eyeing the occurring event while working or started forming a circle around the gang. Even with the sun starting to set, there was still enough sunlight to watch this fight.

Finally, Emily caught up. Admittedly, she lingered behind only because she enjoyed the moment and picked up the haste with an urgent to find her friends. This was benefiting to stay behind a little to make sure no one else was spotting them and examining the environment below. From what she noticed, approaching above the ship's point of view, was the pirates were gathering to one side of the ship's platform. She wasn't certain what was the occasion, but this could be a great opportunity for her and Zack. "We probably need to keep ourselves hidden first. It's best not to get caught." When Emily did give the others a reminder she whispered it and hovered behind the sail. Thankfully, with the sun setting the ship cast a few shadows here and there, so she can blend behind a big shadow.
As soon as she found a good hiding spot where she the pole was casting a shadow, she waved over at others to follow her. After getting a little bit comfortable, she looked down. Below them the adults were gathering. Since the hiding spot wasn't too far from where the others were, she continued to speak with a low whisper. "It seems like the other pirates are being distracted for a fight or something like that?" There was chanting the word 'fight' and roaring with energy. Some of the pirates were either applauding or shouting. This might have proved her point. "With this opportunity we have a chance to find Oakley and Ellie."
(Hey guys! It's been a hot minute, but I miss you guys. Have you guys gotten to play KH3 yet? )

Iโm glad and hope things are doing okay on your end ^^ Not yet, I tried to play Re: Chain of Memories but the combat mechanic made it very frustrating, so I think Iโm going to just play the next game soon. Also, I have a question... How on earth are you supposed to beat Sephiroth on KH1? He is too strong. And I am too weak  ) |
