I have very lucid, vivid dreams and some of them are so clear and dense that they feel like I'm in a movie (I call those Movie Dreams). They are also so clear that I could write down every bit of detail/plot if I needed to. Sometimes I wake up tearing up in amazement/happiness!
I do have recurring dreams but not as of now.
Sometimes, though, I dream of galactic phenomenons happening in the night sky, kind of like a bizarre spacial light show (and I'm not talking about the Aurora Borealis). They'd range from mystical spinning circles to deep black shapes hovering ominously in the dark blue night skies. It'd be so mind-blowing and I wake up upset, knowing that something like that would never happen in reality.

I've had recurring dreams of tsunamis/giant waves/drowning for over a year now. idk ive always kinda been fascinated with tsunamis so maybe that's why, but man sometimes the dreams are super scary.
but sometimes i have really weird dreams like a couple nights ago I dreamt was doing an obstacle course with my siblings and we were on horses... i dont even like horses. i sucked at the obstacle course and couldnt get on my horse very easily. thanks dream for making me feel like a failure lol

Oh boy, here we go!
The most vivid dream I had, and still remember to this day clear as day, if that there was a zombie apocalypse. Me and some unknown dude ran to my basement and was trapped. The dude said "We can't go on... we have to end it before they eat us alive" and I was all "No we can still get out!" And started slamming against the window of my basement (A little bit was above ground) and the dude said "Just accept it" (We were being chased by zombies, I think they were of my family) and I said "okay, I just don't want to see the knife" so I turned around and felt pressure in my back when he stabbed me (No pain, just pressure) and I felt really dizzy and felt myself fading away. Right before I died and woke up, in my head I thought "God, I'm so sorry"
That was honestly the weirdest/scariest dream I ever had, and I think the ending was God's way of telling me life is short, even if you don't want to die. And me apologizing for not living for him... I don't know, but all around that dream was the most memorable one I've ever had.

Don't you hate it when you wake up in the middle of the dream though, like before the conflict is resolved? I've had a few dreams where I actually "finished" the story and it was great, but they're so far and few because I wake up from something. I don't dream about the night sky, but that sounds really cool! My imagery is mostly the beach or the forests. Like I had a dream I was walking down this impossible mountain, and I looked across into the tree tops and it was so vivid and bright with color ahh Sometimes dreams can be so vivid and beautiful, I just wish I could replicate it on paper. But currently my skill level is not high enough for that so rip

@33minutes Omg!! I've only have one Tsunami dream and it was downright terrifying. Like, I was in the car and the bridge we were going across had waves rolling over it and I was just afraid of us sinking or being swept off into the ocean.
@kittyclearsight Wow, what a scary dream. I don't think I've ever had a dream where someone killed me. Whoof, your description gave me shivers! That's really cool that you've found meaning in it though! What a powerful message it must've had.

Yeah, that's my theory and I'm sticking with it lol. This was a year or two ago though, but the vividness was the real scary part.

My most memorable dream is pretty crazy lol. Note. All my dreams are half lucid. So for some reason me my brother and dad had to sleep in the garage and we suffer in a ton of blankets and stuff to sleep on, when suddenly these teenagers came into our backyard and jumped on our trampoline. So we went out there and I was trying to push them off with my feet. I was half succeeding when for a ramdom reason we become friends. Then we look at the front of the garage and instead of a door there is a wall covered in posters. One poster has something that indicates an old hotel/building that we (brother dad me and teenagers) now must go to so we look behind us to see the hotel with broken windows and an orange glow with all the lights on, the only pop of color in the muted colored dream. (I then recognize the building and instantly realize that we have to go there and defeat the monsters as I have dreamt that before.) I fogot the short journey there but we get inside and are being chased by police. We make our way into a huge ballroom and hide under a draped table. I peek out to see helicopters at the large windows, with tigers in in the back seats, apparently trained to sniff things out while in a helicopter. (I was confused at the logic of the dream to but I did first dream it many years ago.) We devise a plan and eventually make it to the kitchen were we will find the monsters. It is very dark and two monsters creep around, one of which semi-aquatic. The battle consists of the monsters popping up in the dark, and me winning then I wake up without an ending (which I didn't get the first time either.) And forever remembered it as the weirdest dream I've ever had. Yes tigers in helicopters sniffed us out. And actually don't care that their in helicopters or could eat the pilots. So epic dream I had no fear. Lol! That's awesome. I wouldn't never imagined tigers in helicopters. I love story-driven dreams, even if they don't make sense at times.
