Sunbeam helped Snowflake get up and together they went over to the meeting place.

Smokefur padded out after all the other cats had left the medicine den and over to where the other warriors and apprentices were already waiting.
Larkstar sat patiently atop her tree branch as she waited for the last clan members to arrive.

Ginger sat down right outside of the den, but also in the shadows because she really just wanted to rest.

After all the cats had settled, Larkstar cleared her throat and began to speak. "As most of you may know by now, rogues have attacked cats in our clan several times now," she started. She swished her tail through the air and scanned her gaze over the group, starting to feel a bit nervous with all the pairs of eyes watching her...this was only her second clan address after all. "A-Anyway, I just wanted to tell you all that when you go out of camp, um, make sure you go with at least one or two other cats...and let me know immediately if you see something strange...um, that is all. Any questions?" Her last few words were just barely squeaked out, but they were still audible over the sounds of nature in the background.
Nightfang and Falconstreak both shook their heads and remained quiet, along with Dewpaw and Acornpaw.
Smokefur raised his tail. "I have a question, should Sunflowerpelt and I then take a warrior with us when we collect herbs?" he asked.
Larkstar hesitated a moment before nodding. "Yes...I, think that is a good idea." she answered.

Ginger could tell that LarkStar was nervous when she was addressing the clan, and she didn't blame her as Ginger slowly started to close her eyes she dreamt when she was younger, and Dust was still alive, and before the cats started being mean to Ginger, Ginger, Stone, and Dust would take turns climbing up onto the rock, and acknowledge the clan.

"Alright my turn," younger Ginger squeaked as she started to climb to the top with her brother teasing her all the way, "you sure you don't need my help sis," he let out a squeaky laugh before she answered him with a glare. "No I'm big now," she snapped, and she finally got to the top before she felt a jab in her side. She opened her eye just when she was about to take her turn, and yawned, and said, "If I must miss my turn in my dream then I shall walk with you guys," she said sleepily as she stood up, and stretched, and followed them out of camp.

Sunbeam felt her fur rise with anxiety. Snowflake wanted to see himself in the river. "Thanks for coming with me," she muttered to Ginger.
They arrived to the river. Sun shone on the glossy water. "There, right?" askef Snowflake, separating from his friends and padding over to the river. He looked down. But he didn't see his usual, fluffy, plump white face shining with life and joy. No, this time, he saw a completely different cat, with thinner face and lifeless blue eye. He lifted his gaze and looked at Sunbeam standing aside. "I see now," he muttered.

"Your welcome," she said with a yawn as she went a little father up the river without telling them, and got a drink of water, and as she lapped up the water she didn't see a familiar tom watching her from the bushes across the river.

Sunbeam sat next to Snowflake. "I'm so sorry," she murmured. "It wasn't your fault," he told her. Sunbeam pressed to him. "I know." He made a short pause and then sighed. "Look Sunbeam, we were friends since you joined and you are my best friend, you will always be. You truly are a great friend, and I wish I've seen it earlier. I'm sorry I made you feel bad because of Ginger. Don't blame er for that. I hope we can stay as friends." Sunbeam looked at him. "Snowflake... I... I want to be more than just a friend." The words came out of her mouth before she realized it. She wished he could take them back. However, Snowflake just looked down. And, his voice being barely a whisper, he said "Me too." They stood there in silence, watching the wild river.

Ginger finally finished getting some water to drink, and was just about to turn around, and head back to Sunbeam, and Snowflake, but she heard a splash, and got closer to the edge to get a better look. She was dragged into the water way before she let out a scream. Brown held a good grip on Ginger's scruff as he swam back to the other side she was coughing up water before she let out a frail, but loud meow before Brown accidentally lets out a loud hiss, and then scrammed into the bushes leaving only a patch of his fur stuck in one of the branches of the bushes.

Ginger's scream snapped Sunbeam back to reality. "Oh come on!" she hissed to herself and darted after Brown. She cannoned through the bushes, but she didn't see the teo cats anywhere.

Brown had placed moss in Ginger's mouth with some water to keep her quiet as she hung weakly on his back, and he quietly snuck away without leaving so much as some fur to show where he was going.

Snowflake hurried after Sunbeam, but he was still weak. "I'm sorry," he panted. "We should've paid attention!" Sunbeam growled. "I swear if something happens tp her, I will never forgive myself!" she yowled, her voice filled with worry. "This way!"

As I said in a previous post he actually likes Ginger the only problem his love for her is an obsession so he will do any lengths just so it would be the two of them.}
Brown had made a den that was on a rocky hill that was perfect for just them both he was careful as he placed Ginger in the nest he made for the both of them. He took out the moss, and she immediately spoke, "You do realize that my friends will not rest until they find me." Brown just laughed, "even if they did find you it would only be a matter of seconds before I take you again love got us together, and it will not separate us ever." Ginger struggled to stand up, and slashed across Brown's face. "I don't love you when will you get it through your head," she snarled.

(I thought he was taking her back to her group, it would be way more interesting ) Sun was setting and it was almost dusk. Sunbeam and Snowflake followed Brown and Ginger the whole day. They were super exhausted. Rocky hills were not too much ahead, but Snowflake was still weak so they settled in a hollow tree. The white tom yawned. Sunbeam lied down next to him, but the nest was too small and they had to sleep pressed to each other. It's not as of they minded though. "Do you think Ginger will be fine?" asked Sunbeam, clearly worried. "I'm sure she will," Snowflake responded. "Good night," Sunbeam. "Good night," Sunbeam replied. |

While Ginger was sleeping Brown snuck out to meet with Stone who was pacing back, and forth being the impatient tom that he is, "You're late," Stone growled as Brown finally arrived. "Sorry leader, but I had to wait till my little flower was asleep," Brown said which made Stone leap, and pin him down. "You know as well as I do that she will never love you so just give it up," Stone snarled as Brown pushed him off. "I wouldn't be snarling at you second in command 'leader' you know that she's the only one who still needs to vote on who should be the next leader of the group, and we both know that if she chooses me then she becomes my mate." Brown snapped, "She left the group so her vote shouldn't count it was your idea to get her vote, and she is as good as dead along with you if she votes for me." Stone snarled before he left, and Brown returned to Ginger.

Sunbeam was awaken by a terrible feeling of dread. "Snowflake! Snowflake, wake up!" The white tom opened his only eye. "What?" he muttered. "Something is wrong. Can we please continue going?" Snowflake got up and gave himself a shake. "Okay, let's go!" The two went over to the rocky hills.

Ginger slowly started to awake, and Brown was asleep curled tight around her, and she slowly risked stepping over him without waking, and with relief she didn't wake him.

Brown awoke, and grabbed her by the scruff, and dragged her back to the nest, and pinned her down, and laid on her.

(lets do timeskip, thanks very much  ^^) Dawn was coming and Sunbeam and Snowflake finally got up the hill. They finally came across the place Ginger was in. They poked inside. "They were here," Sunbeam growled. Snowflake tasted the air and nodded. "Let's follow their scent." |

(can't they just take her back to the group? I would love to see that ) Snowflake felt like his paws were about to drop off. He tried to keep up with Sunbeam, but he still wasn't properly healed. Suddenly, one of his legs failed him and he found himself collapsed on the rocks, struggling to stand up. "I'm fine," he reassured Sunbeam, getting up, even though his legs were shaking. Sunbeam pressed to him to support him. "No you aren't! You need to rest. Please Snowflake." Snowflake glared at her before sighing in defeat. "Okay." |
