Grapenose burst into camp kicking something after her over the sloping tree roots, the small black she-cat standing out against the white, snow clinging to her belly. She scampered around the idling rogues and did a dive for the knot she was chasing, a tangle of sea weed, reeds, roots and branches she had found in nestled between some rocks by the lake. Her tail frozen sticking up straight, she tackled it with her full weight right near Eveningbreeze, sending up a puff of snow as she dived into it, wriggling around wildly. As she hooked her claws into the naturally formed ball, she looked up from the ground and grinned in greeting at the other warrior, scrambling to her paws. "Heya!" She meowed loudly (for the quiet of the camp), before sneezing. Eveningbreeze had been napping on a small space she'd cleared of snow when she was pelted with snow. She groaned and opened her eyes, blinking in surprise at Grapenose. "Um.. hi.." she mewed sleepily

(No prob Voidastral! Also sorry for the late replies guys)
After dropping off a gross but fair amount of mucky frogs into the fresh-kill pile, Hedgehogtuft licked his fur until he could no longer taste the flavour, and paced around camp to look busy until he had to stop and wipe his eyes. Recently, perhaps from the weather, and just in general over his lifetime since he came to the group, his old injuries would sometimes act up periodically. As leaf-bare came into it's harshest points the scar-faced tom had noticed that his eyes had been a lot more irritated than usual, but now they had suddenly flared up to the point that tears brimmed and his vision swam. Startled, he blinked violently to clear them as best as he could, and awkwardly stumbled to the medicine den. Climbing inside the insulated 'cave', the first thing he saw was Snowpaw, and immediately he went over to try and explain what was happening. "Excuse me, um, my eyes are acting up really badly, they've done it before but not like this, do you think you could help?" He gestured wildly to make sure she could understand what he was saying.
~~
Grapenose giggled, only looking a little apologetic. "Sorry about that.." She murmured, before perking up and reeling back from Eveningbreeze dramatically. "Think fast!" She hollered, and tossed the stick tangle ball at the half-awake she-cat.

The she-cat watched him curiously, trying to read his words and watching his movements. From what she understood something was wrong with his eyes. She nodded him in the direction of a nest to sit in while she finished up sorting one last herb. She figured Gracklefur would be better at figuring out the problem but it wouldn't hurt for her to try.

Hedgehogtuft smiled gratefully and lightly sat down in the nest, letting the smell of herbs wash over him as he watched Snowpaw idly. He couldn't remember the last time he'd been in the medicine cat den, and looked around for a very short moment. Maybe he'd assumed it would be tidier, but cobwebs and herbs littered the ground casually, at least they were abundant for the season. He also caught a whiff of a funky scent from some hidden corner.

Snowpaw finally turned to Hedgehogtuft and curiously investigated his eyes for any redness or something along those lines. It was evident they were very watery.

(You can decide whatever the problem is, if it helps Hedgehog was a burn victim when he was younger and so that sort of affected something in his eyes)
Hedgehogtuft's pupils were widely dilated, and the usual sheen over them was now a sickly sort of colour. He fidgeted a little uncomfortably as Snowpaw inspected them, kneading his paws into the moss restlessly. After a few seconds of keeping them open he had to blink wetly again, and a few tears escaped down his scrappy face fur. The apprentice was very quiet, and he felt extra conscious about not breathing too loudly even though he knew she couldn't hear him.

Eveningbreeze was not awake enough to catch something flying towards her face and therefore the ball of moss and grass fell to her paws. She yawned and flung it away from her for Grapenose to chase after.

The little black she-cat bounced after the scrap tangle, grappling with it in the snow for a while like a kitten before tossing it at Eveningbreeze's paws again, relentless in the pursuit of her goal: to get someone to play with her. "Come on Eveningbreeze, don't be a wet mouse, now's not the time to sleep!" She whined and shook her fur out, fluffy with a leaf-bare coat. "You're just going to freeze your tail tip off anyway."
(Edit: MadFaith I'm good with any of those cats, maybe Moosecharge because he's also quite large. Maybe they could have a mock battle, him and Morningcall.)

(Elm and Morning - Sure!) (Quail - YAY!)
Moosecharge glanced over Eveningbreeze watching her interact with Grapenose, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. Realizing what he was doing Moosecharge quickly glanced down at his paws, shuffling them awkwardly. Why did she make him feel all warm and fuzzy inside? He had never felt like that before. Flicking his ear absentmindedly, the large tom turned away, trying to find something or someone to get his mind off the she-cat.
Rockshard twitched in his sleep, his chest rising and falling deeply. Blinking the sun out his eyes, the grey tom glanced around finding himself in the same forest where he had met with Owlstar last. Cocking his head, the tom scented the air, his muscles tensing slightly with unease, "Owlstar?"

Morningcall sat by herself, her thick, fluffy fur encasing her like a cloud. Like Moosecharge, she had been watching Grapenose annoying Eveningbreeze, though instead was smiling warmly with love for her sister, who was ever the playful cat. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the tabby tom casting the two a glance as well, mostly looking at the brown she-cat, and she squinted her eyes curiously before standing up quietly to approach him as he turned away. Stepping near him, she crushed the snow extra loudly to get his attention, dipping her head to him instead of saying hi. They were both very large cats, compared to the rest of the clan, so it was rare for someone to be taller than her, but Moosecharge managed to be by almost an entire head. She looked him over for a moment silently, before a competitive spark came into her eyes, like she wanted to challenge him to something.

Moosecharge's ear flicked as he heard Morningcall's pawsteps behind him. Turning to face the she-cat, the tom returned her head dip, "How are you Morningcall?" He didn't mind Morningcall, she was a hard worker and she was usually the only one in the clan who was up before him, something he admired greatly. Noticing the she-cat's competitive gleam he furrowed his brows, his head tilting slightly.

"Good." She replied curtly, swishing her fluffy tail over the top of the snow behind her. Morningcall glanced around them with only a brief head turn, then looked back at Moosecharge, the spark still in her eyes. "I wonder," The she-cat began, staring him down. "-which one of us is stronger?" She tilted her head with a look that said the rest for her, something like an 'I'd like to figure that out right now', but a little playfully.

(Hey Hawk!) (Also sorry for poof)
Moosecharge straightened, his expression still portraying one of confusion, "Why would that matter? We are both loyal warriors of SunClan and would fight to our last breath to save the clan." The wounds that had ripped through his face and chest from the rogue battle had scarred over the fur no longer growing over them, but the memories of carnage left behind were still fresh in the tom's mind. Moosecharge had really never taken time to have fun, even as a kit he was quite stoic, so the idea os testing one's strength in a competition was quite foreign to him. The tom's broad head tilted slightly, "Are you trying to hone your battle techniques? If so, you could just ask forthrightly"

Morningcall was a little taken back, though didn't show it, instead popping out of her competitive scheming stance for a moment. "That's what I meant, yes." She said normally, a little bit stilted, now confused as well. "I'd like to tussle, to train in a way." She meowed more clearly, and crouched down a little, flicking her feathery cream tail slowly back and forth again, and the playful but competitive glint returned to her eyes. "What will it be?"

Moosecharge nodded slowly, quite familiar with the idea of training and pleased that a chance to hone his own skills had shown itself. The tom was about to drop into a crouch when he took a second to glance around the camp, noticing already the amount of attention from the rogues Morningcall had attracted by her playful posture. Clearing his throat awkwardly, the large tom flicked his ear uncomfortably, "Maybe we should take this outside of camp, away from prying eyes. We wouldn't want our unwanted visitors learning our battle techniques." The tom's fur prickled as he noticed a couple rogues looking quite put off by the chance of further exploiting the clan being taken away.

Straightening up rigidly, Morningcall blinked and nodded subtly, waving with her tail for the tom to follow as she led them a little ways out of camp, far enough so that if someone were following them, they'd know. The only time she'd be showing those rogues battle moves, is when she'd be using them against one. She leapt over an old log in their pathway to the clearing she'd chosen in the moment, just big enough for two cats, and excitedly circled the area for a moment with her nose before stopping a few tail-lengths in front of Moosecharge. She waited for him to prepare himself with a quick stretch, and crouched half-way to the ground in a sturdy position, her claws sheathed but toes digging into the snow. "Ready?"

nice! I just bought a bunch of books for my classroom about a week ago (like $100 worth) and I can't wait for them to arrive! As for me, I'm good. I just got home from an eight hour training but the training was actually kind of nice this year and I actually learned a few useful things. and I got a full day out of my classroom while still getting paid lol)
