Wrencall dropped her gaze. The usually outspoken and justice seeking she-cat felt so lost recently. Everything seemed to crumble around her for moons now, and after so many punches she was finally being knocked down. "Hopefully." She finally responded. She glanced around again, one of her ears perking up as she tried to figure out what the rogues might be saying. "I really hate bluesmoke. I wish starclan would just.... Strike him down." She whispered, her voice barely audible

‘So she did see.’ Brightmoss gave a soft chuckled and flicked his tail, “No only you’re eyes are as wide as an owl. Curious and full of wonder.” He purred Babette purred. "You really know your way with words don't you?" She mewed with a grin. She nodded to the hole and mewed, "I won't tell by the way.. but you should be more careful."

((They freeze because they were stubborn lol))
Nettle looked to Sweetdapple with a small nod before she turned back to the snakes. She watched with pure focus and maybe even a bit of excitement if this did indeed work. They could possibly propose this as a new method to the clan! Or maybe even keep it to themselves as a way to maybe become some of the best hunters in the clan.

Brightmoss gave a sigh and closed his eyes, “You’re an odd one. I’m sure Bluesmoke would have you by the throat if he knew you kept his from him.” He finished burying the hole before his looked back up at the she-cat with shining green eyes, “So what brings you out here? Hunting? Or do you just like to admire me from afar?”

Nettle rushed after him to attack the bird. She'd realized it was a hawk but Sweetdapple had taken off before she could say anything. Hopefully they could get this thing away from them or maybe even kill it and possibly get it to the camp.

Wrencall looked at him, her amber green eyes large. She nodded to him, knowing he was right. "Wanna leave camp?" She asked him hopefully

the she-cat leapt up in an attempt to grasp the hawk some more, biting and nipping at it as she did, landing with a huff. Luckily Sweetdapple was able to drag it down just enough that it was tiring fast. "Yeah I know! I was going to tell you but you ran out here so quickly!" she huffs, taking another leap at the bird, scrambling to scratch at its feathers.

Where most believed the most important thing was to follow the leader's orders, she simply saw the band as a provider of protection and food. Babette came and went as she pleaseed. "Well you are quiite the tom, I must say, admiring you would be quite...entertaining. In all actualty, I'm just up here for the view."

Sweetdapple only snarled in response, mad at both the hawk and his eyes. He bit down once more, right below the bird's dangerous beak, and the battle was won. The hawk fell down, taking Sweetdapple with it. He let out a groan as the tired and bruised tom fell to the ground, rolling in the mist-dampened grass. He looked at the bird they'd defeated and he almost chuckled, "Well, it's not prey but... technically we can eat that, right? Or at least intimidate Bluesmoke with the knowledge that we know how to kill big birds."

"If we can get it back to camp, yeah. Are you okay?" Nettle wasn't one to get concerned for others well beings too often but Sweetdapple had become part of the cats with an exception to that rule. She watched him both curiously and worriedly, setting a paw along a wing of the large bird, not that her paw would do anything if the bird was still alive and tried to take off. If anything she'd just break her own leg doing that.

"True. Plus we still have at least one of the snakes. So thats one piece of prey we can eat and one we may be able too. And like you said, if we can't, we can just scare Bluesmoke." not that he was scared of anything. That tom was absolutely insane.

Eveningbreeze caught Moosecharge's smile and returned it gracefully. She enjoyed spending time with the tom, it was nice to have a friend who enjoyed hunting as much as she did. A friend who shared many of her ideals. "Ready? Where would you like to hunt?" She asked. Moosecharge scented the air, the cold nip in the breeze catching his nose, but amidst the chilled wind, the tom found nothing. Pausing for a moment and pondering her question, Moosecharge gestured with his head in the direction of the forest. "I say we continue deeper, when prey hibernates they usually stay close to the bases of trees." He glanced at her once more, noticing her smile and deciding to let his contentment show on his face, "Unless you have another idea."

Nettle wasn't incredibly hungry so she decided to let Sweetdapple eat the snake. "We ought to give it to Raincloud and her kits." she suggests, watching the hawk carefully for any remaining breaths or signs of life.

Eveningbreeze shook her head, "that's better than my idea so let's do it. The Dark Pines would probably work well," she added and left camp with the tom by her side. She had noticed his contented smile and wondered what he'd been thinking about.

((I could grab on if u want but that is if no one else claims on :P))
"That'd work." the she-cat nods, beginning to lean down and grab onto the hawk, readying to help drag the thing to camp.

Feeling more relaxed, Brightmoss started to head towards the tree Babette was in. “A view huh? Mind if I catch a glimpse?” He purred, putting on his flirtatious self as he stopped in front of the tree.

Wrencall blinked as thoights ran through her head. It had been hard to grow closer to cats, especially since she always seemed to put the clan before everything else. But the thought of trying to grow closer to someone scared her to pieces, her ears lowered slightly as she thought before she perked them back up. "Business." She mewed in a determined voice. "Always business, cant have anyone collapse of starvation."
