Aspenfall emerged from the camp exit, shaking out her fur as she breathed in the chilly air. The new wave of apprentices was slightly suffocating but she loved the growth of the clan none the less.
Eclipselight glared off at the form of a retreating rouge and stood at the border,flexing her claws as she remembered the words said. Her father was still alive and kicking still. The thought alone made her blood boil.

Rainshine padded through the territory thoughtfully. What had originally been a simple walk had evolved into a hunt as the young tom smelled mouse nearby.

Smokepaw waited impatiently beside the warriors' den for her new mentor to show her around the territory or at least do something. Her siblings were out doing their training while she had to be in boring old camp and sit around. "Where is Echolight!?" She complained out loud.

Lightbreeze had finally became a warrior and felt the pressure weighing her down as she moved through the forest. She didn't want to make a fool of herself like she did before in front of Rainshine who had to save her. |

Rainshine finally sighted the mouse. It was a small creature but plump, and it would make a good meal for a kit or two. Licking his lips, the tom crouched, sliding forward until he was almost upon it. Leaping quickly, he ended its life swiftly and picked it up, straightening, just in time to scent a familiar, comforting cat- Lightbreeze.

Eclipselight's ear flicked at the sound of Flameflight's voice and her pale eyes cut over to him, still smoldering in anger. "Just a message for me, one I don't want to head." She explained with some venom and shook her fur out, forcing herself to relax. Once she deemed herself relaxed enough, she turned to face the tom fully. "What are you doing out here?"
Echolight's ears twitched at the voice of her apprentice and she felt a wave of panic hit her. Smokepaw! Oh she was off to a horrible start as a mentor! Shuffling her paws in anxiety, the silver tabby peered out of the warriors den only to come face to face with Smokepaw. "I'm right here." She called out, hoping that she didn't look frazzled. Smokepaw was never going to respect her now!

Twitchfoot wasn't particularly maternal, and her tone about the kits might have come across as rude, though that wasn't how she intended it. To her, she was stating a fact. Antcloud smiled, "Good stance, Sparrowpaw. Alright, the first move I want to teach you is fairly simple, but very useful in battle. Now, I'm going to be your opponent when you do it, but first I'll show you what it's like. You're going to put most of your weight in your hind legs, and then swipe with one of your front paws, like this." Antcloud modeled the swipe, claws sheathed, as he slashed at the air around him. "Got it? You try against me." "We will make due." Eagletalon mewed with a flick of his tail. "Perhaps, it won't be that cold this time around." He pointed out. He knew feeding everyone would be hard but he wasn't worried. Sparrowpaw nodded her head. "Got it!" She focused her weight on her hind legs before lifting one her paws and swiping at Antcloud. |

She asked with hope, almost pleading that they would do something. The annoyance in her tone had completely vanished after knowing her mentor was in camp. |

Eagletalon nodded his head in agreement. His stomach lets out a growl and he lets out a sigh. "Well, I'm going to see if there is anything to eat. Do you want me to bring you anything?"
"Right, I'm sure Amberpaw and Breezepaw wouldn't mind sparring with me." Sparrowpaw mewed her tone confident and hopeful. Although, Amberpaw was really busy recently.

Twitchfoot tilted her head at him. Most clanmates of hers didn't like conversing with her for so long. Eagletalon clearly could have used the fresh-kill pile as an excuse to leave the conversation. "Oh, uh... Sure. Thanks." She was quite grateful that he hadn't.
Antcloud nodded, "It's a great way to spend time with your littermates." He tried not to think about Drizzlepaw, though the apprentice's body still haunted his mind. It was constant, though he managed to shut it away for now. "Alright, Sparrowpaw. Because you are naturally a small she-cat, which is far from a bad thing, you have to learn to use your size to your advantage. One really good tactic is the leap-and-hold. If you're fighting a cat who is larger than you, find a clear shot and leap onto their back. If you hold on properly, you should be able to inflict a lot of damage to them."

WITH WHO? I’m down with any cat) IM DOWN TOOOOO I'll respond to any starter) (Aye.) I haven’t used Rippleleaf, Ratnose or Brookpaw in a while.) Brookpaw was tossing and turning in her sleep. She was wincing and muttering in her sleep with fear, “Dustpaw!” She cried before she awoke, her eyes were wide as she shook. She dreamt it again. The nightmare. No, the memory of Drizzlepaw’s death and Dustpaw running away. She glanced over to the former apprentice’s nest. Right between Emberpaw’s and Hitchpaw’s who was now gone as well. She frowned as she imagined the isolation and pain Nightfrost and Emberpaw must be feeling. She looked at her paws and curled her tail around herself. Ratnose walked into the warrior den with a fish, the tom rested it beside his mate before he laid against her. The tom was feeling much better over the past few moons, with Oakensplash helping him grow stronger and Sweetpaw slowly returning back to her old self -thanks to Crowtalon- he felt just a little bit at ease for once. He purred before he started to groom Ottersplash. Rippleleaf was venturing through the Lightningclan’s forest. She eventually found herself doing a solo patrol as she scouted the borders. She stopped at the Hailclan border and looked off into the distance curiously. She wondered what the new clan was like, she actually wanted to go to the new gathering now. |

Runningbreeze could see she looked embarrassed and stopped joking, feeling bad that he'd poked at something she was sensitive about, "Hey, It happens to everyone. I once was covered from tail to ear in mud because Twitchfoot forgot to tell me there was a ledge where I was standing, so I fell into a giant mud puddle! It took me a week to stop looking like Applethorn." He chuckled at the memory. Spottedcloud couldn't help the giggle that escaped her lips that Twitchfoot would do something like that. "I'm sure you look a lot better in mud," she joked with a small smirk on her face. |

Maybe she wasn't off to such a bad start. |
