Obsidiankit nodded enthusiastically and bounded after the large warrior, rolling to a stop with a giggle. "Snow is pretty fun but cold. Do you think we'd find the stone here for Mommy Antcloud?" She asked him, sitting up with a shiver.

He didn't mind the cold, he just didn't want the kit to be shivering the way she was. |

Obsidiankit didn't want to look weak but she couldn't help herself when she was wrapped in his tail. Curling into the warmth he provided, the kit looked up at the tom and blinked her blue eyes. "But I already failed to get Mommy the perfect snowflake. I don't want to fail at this too Antcloud."

He dug up a patch of snow and found three rocks. One was large and broken, like it had been chopped off the highstone. One was smooth and white, and the last one was pitch black. He laid them down in front of the kit for her to choose. |

Her eyes lit up and she freed herself from his tail, bounding forward to nuzzle the pitch rock. "Its so smooth and pretty! Like my fur or Daddy's fur! Momma would love this." She purred out happily, glancing up at the tom with a bright smile. "Thank you Antcloud!" |
