When he stopped, he took a deep breath, “That sounds nice.” 

Whitepaw bowed his head and nodded "yes Thunderstar, I will follow you through anything." He sat down and proudly lofted his head

As the sounds of the clan coming to life filtered into the apprentices den, Briarpaw sat up and stretched in her nest. This was her first morning waking up in this den, and she was ready to start her first day as a true apprentice. She stepped out of the den, taking in all of the sights and sounds as she entered the clearing. After taking a deep breath, she trotted to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a vole to begin her day.
