Ratnose nodded, “Y-yeah.” He stood there in the water, after a minute or two, he took another step deeper into the water. “I hadn’t been in water since I was an apprentice.” He admitted, sure he’d been tackling his fear of water for the past few moons but the last time he truly enjoyed swimming and fishing was when he was an apprentice. Just a few moons before he became a warrior.
Adderbite grinned at the sight of the deputy’s confused look. She held back a laugh as she never seen Crowtalon so lost. She never noticed Ravenfeather with any one either, she was just as confused too.

Ravenfeather glanced at his brother as he walked over to the fresh kill pile. He examined it then picked out a plump mouse. He returned to Owlfeather and set it down. The cold tom sat down in front of it and took a bite.
Whitepaw nodded and tilted his head "you seem stressed." He said with a worried tone. They had just become friends and he could tell Thunderpaw had a lot of struggles.
Crowtalon watched his brother sit down with the she-cat and he shook his head "i dont believe it." He looked at Adderbite "am i seeing things?"

"I want you to start laying down and let the water relax you. Once you get comfortable with that then we can see how long you can stand having your head under water." |

Lakesong padded into camp carrying thyme. She'd taken half a day out in camp to collect herbs and to get some peace for once. She wasn't used to having so many cats in her den at once and she was still adjusting.

Lionfang forced himself to stare at the white she-cat and her eyes. They bore into him like stones but at the same time made him feel sure about himself. No one else made him feel this way and he hasn't felt happy unless Ambershine had came. With a deep breath he reached over and licked her cheek. "I love you Ambershine." The words felt rough in his throat with fear. |

Hunger clenched her belly at the sight of the mouse and she also took a bite. "Thanks," she mewed. Thunderpaw nodded lightly. "I am stressed... It seems as though nothing is going right." She stared at the fellow apprentice with a tired gaze. |

Thunderpaw caught sight of Lakesong and be bounded over "Hi Lakesong!" He looked at the thyme "what's that?" He tilted his head "do you need help with anything?" He shuffled on his paws, having trouble sitting still.

She had realized it before they stopped seeing each other but hadn't had the chance or courage to tell him and was glad that not only were her feelings out there but they were also reciprocated.

Lakesong paused when Thunderpaw came up to her. She smiled and nodded to him.
"Hello Thunderpaw," she purred. "This is thyme; it helps calms cats' nerves. If you'd like to help me, I'd greatly appreciate it." She gestured to her den. "I need to restock and figure out what else I need before heading out to gather more herbs."

Thunderpaw nodded and he picked some up and headed towards her den "i love to help. My brother hasn't been spending time with me as much and I haven't done a lot of training so if yever need me just call! I'm always ready to help." He was always so full of energy

“It depends how you see it. You might see your brother sharing a meal with Owlfeather. I see a warrior who is typically cold sharing a meal with one of the sweetest cats in the clan.” Adderbite gave a smug look before straightening her whiskers.
Ratnose gave a quick nod and laid down, he felt fine with the water gently pushing against his pelt. He glanced at Ottersplash before looking down at his reflection. He laid in the cooling waters for a while, he felt peaceful. He wasn’t sure if it was the sweet chirping of the birds or was it Ottersplash’s company?

"Probably when I'm able to walk without squealing in pain the entire time. When I'm able to breathe without hurting," Ambershine mewed, "broken ribs are no joke." She sighed a little, looking at Lionfang and hoped that-despite the pain- she wouldn't be able to go back for as long as possible.

Ratnose laid beside Ottersplash, for once he felt relaxed. He closed his eyes, listening to the rushing waters and the wind blowing though the leaves. Ratnose didn’t realized he’d leaned his head against Ottersplash’s. He quickly withdrew himself and cleared his throat, “I think I’m good...w-what else did you have in mind.” He sat up.

(Sorry for poofiness my puppy woke up and I had to take her outside and now I'm watching her)
Crowtalon looked at her then blinked "i suppose when you say it like that.." He puffed up "no way my brother gets a mate before me!"
Thunderpaw sighed and shrugged "i dont know, he's been vanishing left and right. One second he's here and then he's gone." He let out an annoyed huff and looked at the medicine cat.
Ravenfeather gave her a nod "no problem, keep my secret." He said with a twinkle in his eyes. He chuckled and ran his paws over his cheeks.
Whitepaw puffed out his chest and purred "my brother, Crowtalon, became deputy!!" He waved his tail back and forth "it was huge!" He purred in happiness.

Adderbite laughed and hit Crowtalon’s shoulder with her tail. “You can join Frostheart and I in the elder’s den too.” At least she wouldn’t be the only mateless cat here. She found it intriguing that Crowtalon seemed jealous of Ravenfeather of all cats. She never considered Ravenfeather to be the jealous type.

“Hmm, maybe a warrior should ask what he’s up too,” Lakesong meowed curiously. She finished setting the herbs out and sat back. “Alright, you see those three herbs in front of you? Those are lavender, chervil, and marigold,” she gestured to each one as she said them. “I’m running low on all three. Do you think you could help me find these out in the territory?”

Rippleleaf was sitting on a tree next to camp, she laid in the shadows as she watched down below. She licked her paw as she watched warriors converse and go on patrols and hunts. ‘What now? I’ve already hunted. Maybe I could go on a patrol?’ She thought to herself.
