(I have Rippleleaf and Adderbite open. I think they were just sitting around during the meeting if anyone needs a cat to rp with.) Ratnose quickly looked away with his fur spiked up. He noticed a small snake slithering by, he quickly stalked it and pounced as it lifted it's head up. "AH!" He hissed as the snake bit him and quickly slithered away. Ratnose sat down and shook his bleeding paw. Ottersplash squeaked in surprise and ran over. "Are you okay?" She gasped at the blood. "What happened to you?" She sniffed the wound before licking it to hopefully stop the bleeding. "I'm fine. A-a snake got me." Ratnose said, "It's my fault, I don't usually hunt them..." He lifted the bloody paw, "I'll just wash it off." He said with a nervous laugh. "You should get your shrew before the owl gets it..." |

Ravenfeather padded out of the water and gave himself a shake then he sat down. "No, my younger brothers don't bother me too much. I just get so frustrated with everyone. They think clan life is so amazing and wonderful but it's not." He shook his head. How could clan life be amazing when you were always in your brothers shadow. Crowtalon this Crowtalon that "everyone compares me to my brother." Just wanna say I love Owlfeather's photo X3 )) Owlfeather blinked her deep blue eyes at the tom with confusion. She followed but stopped at the edge of the water and sat down. "If it means anything to you, I never compared you with your brother." Her paws shifted nervously at the pebbles. Ravenfeather glanced at her, he blinked in confusion. "My father always liked him more. Crowtalon was always better than me, faster, stronger, bigger. I just feel like the clan is too nice." His claws dug into the earth "they're blind to what happens if it doesn't affect them directly. They want cats like Crowtalon." His eyes blazed with fury for his home clan and he took on a deep breath

Why was he mousebrained enough to take her to the most dangerous areas, even for warriors? He spotted her trying to get a better look and sighed, moving closer to her. Oh yeah. That's why. She is impulsive with a streak of disobedience. Spottedpaw bounced and grinned up at him. "This is so exciting! I bet none of the other new apprentices get to come out here." She quickly pressed her nose to his shoulder before bounding away from the waterfall. "Thanks Moonclaw!" |

"I am going to be sore tomorrow." Flamepelt joked. "I don't remember the last time I ran so far." The ginger tom watched as a leaf floated down from the massive oak that they now stood before. Tearing his attention away from the leaf, he turned back to Maplestrike. "As for your prize, you may have beaten me at running, but you have yet to beat me in combat. If you can get me to submit, I'll figure out something."

Ratnose knew there was no stopping Ottersplash, he dropped his ears and looked down. "I've gotten into worse scraps." Adderbite almost pushed him off a cliff once (accidentally) when they were apprentices. "...I..." He looked at Ottersplash. "I'm not a good warrior..." He said with a soft smile, he didn't want to say this to get pity but rather as an apology. "I can't hunt, can't swim..."

Ratnose's eyes widen a bit as the she-cat pressed her nose against his cheek and before he knew it, his eyes were meeting her's. He opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out. Not even Adderbite knew how much he hated his skills. He just stared at Ottersplash's blue eyes. It was because of her that he didn't consider being a medicine cat, they can't have mates. He gave a weak smile and gently poked her nose with his.

(Good because at first I wasn’t sure if they’d have good chemistry. I think I picked Ottersplash because she was really cute in the picture and Ratnose needed someone fun and laid back XD I had one clan in the old forums where Ratnose was a really cool junkyard cat. Now look at him.)
Ratnose tried hiding his big smile by looking to the side before he followed the she-cat. He looked around but didn’t seem to find anything. So he smelled around, trying to find prey he couldn’t see, finally he caught the scent of a mouse. He went the opposite direction of the warrior and looked under a bush to see a mouse eating. It had its back turn as he swatted at it. He missed the first time but the second time he managed to hook its leg. He dragged it out and killed it. He had to bite down on it twice to finally kill it.

Adderbite was eating at the pile, she’d found a nice plump mouse. She swished her tail as she ate, she was glad Crowtalon was picked. Sure she wanted to be deputy but she knew the tom was a better pick.

Maplestrike felt her prideful grin melt into a pout at his words. "You're one of the better battlers in the clan. How am I suppose to beat you?" She asked the tom, before shaking her head. "You know, never mind. We're suppose to be hunting anyways. Did you want to split up or hunt as a team?"she asked, the pout no longer there.

Ravenfeather glared at his paws. His father had pushed him so hard, he would always stay up late training with Lizardfang. He glanced at the scar on his side, be had received it trying to impress his fsther, trying to prove he was worth something. He remembered his mother, turning away from him to tell Crowtalon how amazing he was doing. The clan knew his father was pushing him...and they had done nothing. He looked at Owlfeather and blinked slowly. So why was she so kind to him,
