"There's also something else," Lakesong meowed as she watched him pace. "A she-cat from StormClan is here; Lionfang told me a monster hit her, and he brought her here to be cared for. She's pretty badly hurt, and I don't know how we'll take her home."

Ravenfeather tilted his head a bit before he licked his paw and ran it over his ear. After a moment of silence he stood up and flicked his tail "sure." He liked walks anyway so going with her seemed the best course of action, not to mention he didn't want to look at his brother any longer. He began walking towards the entrance and his paws stepped lightly on the forest floor.
Whitepaw seemed to calm down as he looked around, he glanced behind him then he sat down and licked his paw "i guess not. My bad." He flicked his tail and glanced at her with calm eyes "i apologize."
Crowtalon shrugged and he shook his head "Ravenfeather and I are always arguing if I let it get to me all the time I'll always be grumpy." He said letting out a small chuckle at the thought of a grumpy Crowtalon. He would look just like his brother.

Moonwing padded towards the Ancient Oak. Upon their arrival, Moonwing gracefully landed on top of the empty trunk and sat down. She turned her head to look at the apprentice, gesturing with her tail to sit beside her. |

They barely had anyone from StormClan inside their camp and if they did it would mean invasion. "We need to let them know she's here and safe." He decided slowly. "I don't think it's safe if she tries traveling back." |

"I agree, she has two broken ribs; the trip would be agony for her and I doubt she'd make it to the Thunderpath," Lakesong agreed. "Should we send a patrol to tell them she's here?"

Owlfeather stared after him with amazement. This was a lot easier than she thought! She scrambled after the larger warrior in a steady pace, hoping to keep up. The scents of the forest calmed her nerves instantly. Nothing felt better than hearing the bird songs and the feel of the breeze move her fur. |

After a moments hesitation the warrior decided to ask another question. "Crowtalon? You don't have to tell me if you don't want to but why are you and Ravenfeather always fighting?"
Moonclaw huffed at his apprentice's question and was about to deny her but he hesitated. She was going to find out where they were, with or without him and the warrior shuttered at the thought before turning to face her. "Spottedpaw. Look at me." He said sternly, hoping to gain her full attention. "Those places have taken many lives from kits to elders. You must be careful and do exactly what I say, do you understand me? If you don't, you'd be cleaning out the warriors den till you move in there yourself! Do you still want to go?"

Foxstar nodded grimly. "I don't want more cats being harmed by them. It's our territory anyway and I don't want cats afraid to come there." He stared out the den with a hard look. "I'm going to take a battle patrol there and chase them out."

"Be careful," Lakesong meowed. She stood and brushed by him to leave the den. "The last thing I want is an entire patrol ending up in my den." She dipped her head goodbye to him and headed back over to the medicine den to check on the injured cats.

Moonclaw deadpaned at her words and excitement, only he would have an apprentice excited with the prospect of death. "I'll keep you to your word then. Let's go." He said, gesturing for them to leave. "The first stop would be Bear Cavern. Now what do you know about that place?" He asked her, weaving his way towards the Cavern. He was nervous about taking his apprentice to a place like this, on her second day no less but this was for their own safety.

Whitepaw laid down and his ears twitched "of course. I just got distracted." He sneezed as he shook his head, his brother had distracted him without even being there, he was definitely going to hear about this later. He relaxed though, the mistake had been made.
Ravenfeather glanced at the smaller warrior and after a while of walking he spoke up "Why would you want to take a walk with me?" He asked, his voice calm and sly as he looked forward once more. It was uncommon for a cat to want to spend any kind of time with him, except his brothers of course.
Crowtalons ears dropped as he thought about the question "i dont know really...we used to be very close and when we became apprentices he just started drifting away...I try to keep track of him but it just makes him more angry."

Aspenfall's ears lowered slightly at his answer and she frowned. "I'm sorry for bringing that up Crowtalon. It wasn't my place to pry." She said in apology, glancing down at her paws after. He was clearly hurt and she just asked so carelessly. Shame on her.

Crowtalon shook his head quickly "no, it's fine." His ears went back up and he swished his tail "it's perfectly understandable to wonder why two brothers argue as if they were from different clans." He looked over at the apprentices den, remembering when the two brothers were as close as could be.

Crowtalon remained silent for a few moments as he thought about it "no, but every time I try and talk to him hr just snaps at me." He set his head down on his paws and his ears lowered as he thought about it. The only time Ravenfeather and he really talked was when they were with Thunderpaw and Whitepaw.

Aspenfall chewed thoughtfully on her claw, thinking about how she could help the tom. "I'm sorry for asking. Did you want to change the subject?" She asked him, putting her claws away once she realized that she was still chewing on it.

Her white fur ruffled slightly when she hurried to walk beside him. |

Crowtalon gave a nod as he lifted his head back up "yes, I would prefer to." He stopped for a moment before changing the subject to something be enjoyed more "Whitepaw and Thunderpaw are coming along nicely, I'm proud to call them my brothers." He said, changing the subject to his two younger brothers.
Whitepaw stood up tall and gave a nod "my name is Whitepaw. I haven't been to a gathering yet." He could understand why she would think so, he was very large but he hadn't gone to the last gathering. He licked his chest fur down, hiding his slight embarrassment from his mistake.
Ravenfeather stopped as he looked at her. He was quiet for a long moment as his piercing eyes studied her. She acted as if it was just another stroll through the forest with any other cat but he knew she was shy, he was observant, and he was not a friendly cat. So why would she choose him of all cats to walk with? He continued walking after a moment of silence "alright."

"That's right. During leaf bare bears are found in the cave and that's when it's most dangerous. I don't want you near there alone ever when you're my apprentice. Understand me?" Moonclaw said, stepping into a clearing. He could see the cave now, a large, oddly shaped head with stone teeth. It sent a chill down his spine and he glanced down to his apprentice.
