I was thinking about this, and this could probably make for an interesting story. This is probably how it would be if it did happen.
Lionblaze had the power to be invincible in battle and likely would've been even more arrogant and battle-hungry than he was in PoT. He would've strived to become the leader of his Clan and would've also made sure that no one got in his way, becoming a tyrant if he succeeded.
Jayfeather had the power to appear in the dreams of other cats and read their thoughts, emotions, and memories, and Dovewing could see and hear things from far away, so they would've been the equivalent to the secret police of sorts. If cats got out of line, they would know almost immidiately and report it to Lionblaze, who would kill them or Jayfeather would've done it himself with poison or just letting the cat design on its own if they were injured.
The Three had the potential to become villains instead of heroes. They would've been the threats instead, not the Dark Forest.
