Am I the only one who actually likes the name Thriftkit? I also like the name Bristlekit. If anything, Flipkit is the one with the weird name. Like.. what the hey are the Erins gonna make it? Flippelt? Flipclaw???

I know a thrift is a flower, but it's still a little odd. But other than that, I think the name is fine. Same goes for Bristlekit, which isn't even the first time the name is being used. Flipkit is definitely the oddest one, though.

I like Thriftkit, it sounds quite nice. I know it's popular to use the Thriftshop joke, but I feel a little tired out by it - Thriftclaw or similar would sound fine. I'm also okay with Fidgetpaw because 1. SkyClan, and 2. Running- was my least linked OS prefix and Fidget- sounds a little better because you do get fidgeting kits. Flip-... much like Running-.

i think flipkit is fine. It's a cute name. I think flipfoot sounds pretty neat. thriftkit just sounds weird. I don't get why they need to go out of their way to make up weird names now. There's lots of prefixes they've only used onces or twice. What about thorn or aspen or yellow or blue or anything simple like that?

Thriftkit's...okay, but I've never heard of the thrift flower before until recently. Plus, I have probably expected that kit to be named Thripkit, after the insect.
As for Flipkit...what about Flipbird?

I don't hate it, but I feel like because of the double meaning it doesn't fit in well. Thrifts have never been mentioned in the series before, so it could cause a disconnect to someone who sees that and doesn't realize it is a flower. It would be like if there were a kit in the series named Balloonkit. Balloon flowers are a type of flower, but if you didn't know that before hand you would be confused as to why a cat named their baby after a balloon or how cats even know what balloons are.

Flipkit is a weird name because it sounds cute on a kit but you can't really have an intimidating warrior named Flipflop.

I get that they're trying to do unique names, but the names they choose just seem strange! Or maybe it's just me. I mean, my friend and I were just throwing names back and forth that the Clans haven't used (or if they were used, it was just once or by an ancient cat, which the Clans aren't even aware of) and we came up with just off the top of our heads after checking the wikia:
Acorn
Burnet
Poplar
Drizzle
Burr
Sap
Yew
Kite
Cliff
Elk
Silent
Chirp
Doe
Flood
Pond
Kelp
Stoat
Locust
Orchard
Lotus
Mottle
Orchid
Rook
Some of them may not be known, such as Poplar or Lotus or Kelp, but if they apparently know random flowers like Thrift, then it's not too far fetched ;p some, like Burnet, are even herbs they do know

I think Thriftkit is an unusual name, but I do like it. I appreciate the Erin’s trying to make more unique names - this is one of their successful attempts. If there are names to complain about, let’s talk about Twigbranch. Lol.

Mayflower I like Sap-, that seems really nice and pretty. But to be honest, if I were the average apprentice/kit who wanted to be a great warrior, I wouldn't want to be named after some obscure herb. You know? If I were dreaming about being the bravest ThunderClan warrior ever and being the best deputy ever, I wouldn't want to be Burnetpaw or Marigoldpaw or Watermintpaw, you know?
