Marble tensed and her fur fluffed up as all of her nerves went on end. The she-cat in front of her had white fur with brown and grey tabby markings. Her eyes were a warm comforting brown and Marble felt relaxed look into them and her fur gradually laid down but she stayed tensed up.

Marble looked at the she-cat from under the bush but heard the truthfulness in her tone. Turning her body she climbed out from under the bush, hissing in pain as one of the branches caught her on her back where the torn was.

"Um... one of your clan mates saw me earlier and threatened to chase me out if I don't leave the territory today. They scared me though and got a thorn in my back when I backed up into my den. I had a panic attack and then the crawling under the bush and such... so... yeah." Marble looked at her paws and folded her ears down, ready for the she-cat to laugh at her or yell and tell her to leave the territory.

Viperstar was forced out of her musings at a familiar voice. Reedshade was before her, offering her prey. She wanted to give a scathing remark about if she looked sick it elderly, but she kept it to herself. There was no reason for it. Claws remained digging into the ground, however. "Have the queens and elders been fed?"

Marble's face brightened and she let out a stray purr. "Can you? It's started to hurt rather well and I haven't hunted today. I also need to get more bedding and get something so that my scent can be masked when I'm in my den." She sighed. "I would leave but I've no where else to go... please don't force me to leave." She looked at the she-cat hopefully.

Marble felt a pang of sadness at her reply but accepted it anyways. The she-cat was now getting ready to pull the thorn out and so Marble braced herself. "Yeah, I'm good. On three."

Marble flinched as the thorn was removed but then soon relaxed and rolled her shoulders. "That feels a lot better. Thank you so much." She purred. Marble turned around and managed to lick at the spot where the thorn was before standing up and shaking her fur out.

Marble nodded her head and purred again. "That's a beautiful name. My name is Marble." She stood and stretched her bones, which had cramped from being tense for so long and of course from being curled up under a bush.

Marble shuffled her paws and blushed as well. "Yeah. A few moons back I ran away from my home though. My housefolk there were always fighting and they would sometimes throw me at things and hit me and yell at me." One time one of them even through some kind of container thing and it shattered on the wall right behind me." Marble sighed. "I'd finally had enough and so ran away."

Marble nodded and blushed a bit at the touch but then hung her head. "That's the other thing though. I made my den here because of the cats that would sometimes pass through. Hearing them made me feel less lonely and so I didn't feel so bad. If I go across the border I'll feel lonely again." Marble gazed at MistyPool sadly. "If I wasn't alone then I would have no trouble going to a den over the border. I am alone though."

Marble heated up at the feeling of the other she-cat's fur on hers and found her self purring. "I think I would be okay with that." She turned her head and gazed into MistyPool's warm brown eyes with her own light blue ones. She felt relaxed around this she-cat and knew that she wouldn't mind living outside the border if she got to still see her.

Marble nodded and smiled. "I won't hunt right now. I'll wait till later and help you hunt so you have an excuse for being out. For now I'll take a dip in the pond and get some mint from the patch by the pool. I can put the mint throughout my den to mask my scent until it goes away." Marble swished her tail and found hers hitting MistyPool's.

Marble nodded and let out a purr, shifting just a bit closer to the she-cat as she enjoyed to be near her. "Sounds like a plan. I hope I can at least find something more sheltered than bushes, rain seeps in a lot and then I have to scavenge for dry bedding." She laughed a bit.

"Yeah, I would hate to get another thorn in my side. Got enough of those already." She laughed again and then sighed. "Either of those would be good. Or maybe we will get lucky and find a small cave."

"Hopefully." Mistypool sighed before standing up and reluctantly moving away from Marble. "I better get going." She moved to the water after the falls and slipped in, submerging herself a few times before coming back to sure and rolling in a near by patch of moss, and rubbed alittle dirt to her sides, just to be safe. ((sorry thats abit rushed. its almost 3am here again (whoops) ill continue in the morning ))

Marble frowned at the loss of MistyPool's warmth but smiled s she watched the she-cat move. She was graceful and her pelt rippled beautifully when she moved. Shaking herself to change her thoughts she padded over to where the she-cat was now and sat down, wrapping her tail around her paws and perking her ears.
(Okay. I really like roleplaying with you btw)
