Moving to Germany! That sounds like so much fun. I visited Germany in 2020 for like, 8 hours once. All I can say is, their Burger Kind is SO much better than Americas and you get a cute little Ice cream cone for free after your meal. xD
Are you moving just for funzies or school or job? What takes you to Germany?

I got married, barely survived COVID and 2021, both were really bad on my mental health, more so 2021 because my husband (boyfriend at the time) joined the military and left for 8 months. It was the first time we'd ever been separated for longer than a week, so that presented a lot of growing up pains and trust and relationship growth. It was the darkest time of my life because of family drama with his family and my own, having to fully support myself for the first time ever, but we came out on the other side stronger, we got married, we moved to a cute little town closer to the military base, we have a larger house, we adopted another dog, I started fostering cats, I work from home now with a really good job so I get to live out my dreams of being a hermit LOL (no really, I hardly ever leave my house any more its actually kind of sad)
I took a little bit of a break from the forums because my mental health was so bad. like, I couldn't even make myself food. It was so scary. BUT we are better now and we dont dwell on the past cause its heavy. I havent found a whole lot of active RPs to be in yet, seeing I just came back like last week lol but Aridclan is going good so far.
We had a couple of RPs we did, right? I tried to remember them but I couldnt.

What kind of dogs do you have? We have a little cavalier named ducky :3 and thatโs awesome about fostering cats! We tried to have cats but suddenly I developed a horrible allergy to them that I didnโt have as a kid and we had to regime them because I couldnโt breathe ๐ญ Iโve been doing allergy shots for a year now to remedy this horrible situation bc I love cats and am determined to own one one day lol.
What do you do for your new job? Iโve also found one where I only have to go on once a month for 2 hours and the rest is from home and itโs AMAAAAAAZING ๐ Iโm such a homebody. My husband also works from home 4/5 days a week and we are both little house gremlins hahaha.
I also didnโt see any non-warrior roleplays that I was interested in / that were open to new joiners. Iโd be totally down to start a 1x1 though! I canโt remember what we were doing but I could look through old messages and threads to figure something out, or we could come up with something new!!

Okay so we had one that was about a riding academy, one 1x1 warrior romance one and a fantasy one as well.
I'm trying to decide if I want to do a 1x1 (the responsible thing to do) or if I want to pour a ton of time creating a cool group one that may or may not work out XD It's always so sad when you put a ton of work into something and no one joins / it dies

My two cats! Rayme at 8 weeks old Her at Christmas - 8 months old
And now she is the size of our German shepherd Pitbull mix. So she has grown a lot in the last 8 months. Rayme is our German shepherd Great Pyrenees mystery mix dog, and Rogue is our German shepherd Pitty mix!
Honestly, I would be so sad If i ever developed an allergy to cats, but I do love that you are doing those allergy shots. Maybe one day you can have one! Im sure rehoming them was hard, but i bet it felt good to be able to breathe again lol That alone would drive me bonkers.
For my new job, I work for CVS- the insurance they provide. Its called Aetna! I handle the pharmacy benefits side of it, so we have lots of people calling to see why their meds are priced the way they are, we talk to doctors about how to write the prescriptions with specific codes, and all kinds of other callers in the medical world lol its never boring thats for sure. But if you can image, its not the easiest because when it comes to insurance and medication, things can get tricky and people can get REALLY mad really fast...
Im hoping my husband applies this summer to work with me, hes only guard, so he doesnt work everyday (He will in Feb-may tho) so it would be so fun for us to work together. plus it would be nice to have him home all the time lol
As far as one on ones go, I would be down for a One on One with you. We can either do a warriors or whatever, or if you want to start a group RP, I will join that too! What ever tickles your fancy. |

Yes, I cried so much. It was really hard but we gave them to our friends who have always wanted cats but couldn't adopt because they lived in an apartment and that was considered an "unstable home". The cats are super spoiled and have very great lives, so there's at least that. One of them is even learning to walk on a leash! He was always super outgoing and adventurous and it's so freaking cute :3
That's a super cool job! I'm sure having people get angry at you sucks, but the flexibility of getting to work at home is so nice! I hope your husband gets to do it too!
Let's do a human 1x1! I don't want to burn myself out on warriors (I've definitely been guilty of that in the past lol). Do you want to do something modern, fantasy, dystopian, etc.?

Awe, im glad they went to a good home, and at least it was with people you know. So glad that worked out.
As far as Roleplays go, im not very good at keeping up or coming up with regular human RPs, I find them quite boring and hard to get into, but A fantasy or even a dystopian fantasy would be really cool. |

I'm not either but if that was your thing I didn't want to not give you the option. Let's do a fantasy or dystopian one then! Here are some of my old plot ideas if anything looks interesting, or we can do something else.
The year was 2243.
Humanity had โflourishedโ both technologically and culturally. But as they advanced in knowledge, hubris began to infect the minds of the humans, as many considered themselves god-like in their abilities to control all that they surveyed. The weather bowed its knee to the whims of the government, who used their technology to keep the world at their ideal temperatures. The animals who once shared the planet were now few and far between, confined mostly to zoos or the homes of the wealthy. The divide between those who held power and those who lacked it grew more vast, while the strict rules for the lower class seemed to multiply by the second. The sea was hopelessly polluted and the sky eternally black from smoke, but thanks to the veils created by the scientists, to most, it seemed as if the world had never looked better.
Meanwhile, in Olympus, the true gods, who had long turned their attention away from humanity, began to notice growingly dangerous behaviour present in the world below. Outraged at the audacity of the humans to forget their place, they descended upon the earth, showering society in the same hellfire and brimstone with which they had once ruled the world.
But to their surprise...humanity fought back.
With vengeance.
Muse A's father was a sailor whose ship was sunken by sirens when Muse A was just a boy. Over decade later, he has become an experienced sailor himself, and he is seeking revenge for his father's death. When he hears that there is a ship sailing for the Siren's cove, he joins the crew, intent on avenging his father. But when the ship is taken down, Muse A is saved by Muse B, a young siren who is out for her first hunt. Though she is not sure why she saved him, Muse B has to hide Muse A to keep him safe from her siren sisters as she nurses him back to health.

The Seven Kingdoms are home to a mix of normal humans, and humans known as Gracelings.
Gracelings each have unique powers or skills, known as Graces. A Grace is a unique, and sometimes strange, skill that one has. Gracelings can be identified by their mis-matched eyes that come in a variety of colors and pairs (blue and green, purple and gold, silver and brown, etc.).
Graces can take time to appear in a person, normally showing up a few months after birth, but it has been known to do so much later in life, in the early stages of childhood.
Some Graces are very impressive, while others are strange or not useful.

Ohhhh, those are GOOD. I really like the siren one, I've always had a thing for sirens lol, but what if we combined the siren one with the Shunned princess? Do you think those are combinable in a way because both of those are really really good. |

Also I don't think I know you mintedstar/fur , but my husband and I really want to move to Germany! How do you like it so far? Very good! It is very pretty where I am and thus far I've seen a lot. A lot of it is set-up though. My checked bag got delayed, so it's been a bit of a scramble to get items until it gets back. Annoyingly, things like clothes are the biggest thing. :/ Load of laundry a day is not fun. |

I wish I could stay here permanently. Luckily, this Uni was on my list to possibly transfer to anyway, so hopefully this will be a good chance. Moving here for school. Only here for a semester. Sad days. But still, it is a semester. Learning the language for the requirements in my school! |

mintedstar/fur that is still so cool tho. It has always been my dream to travel for school, but alas, I am a college drop out LOL
I was in school for nursing for a while, but I realized that its not what I wanted to do, but what my family wanted me to do. And I lost my passion. I moved and just...never went back. Which sucks because if I had actually stuck with it, I would have had my BSN by now and would be set as far as money goes, but its whatevs. I really dont know what I wanted to do for the rest of my life honestly. I like the job im at now, so im hoping that with enough experience here i can branch out into the medical world. Its nice too cause they will pay for my school if I wanted to go back. |

For some reason I always expect Europes weather to be opposite of Americas because its like, so far away, but I guess for where you are, thats not the case. Its pretty wet and cold this morning too.
I am good, i am a bit tired and in a grumpy mood. I didnt sleep well, was woken up twice for two different reason last night, and had to come into work. So im a litte grumpy and sleepy lol |
