the creator and other people running it have been helpful and actually communicate with the rest of us
I can mention other sites without getting banned
it's a lot less painful to look at (plus nostalgia)

The fact that it's user-run, and the community is mostly close, and the customization options!
Also the fact that I can now talk about zombies without getting banned because there aren't any ghost rules. (I mean, I know I can't go into too much detail, but on the other forums you can barely mention the word lmao.) |

I can't pick just one! I'll list three:
I love the custom avatars and choosing your own. It brings such a uniqueness to each user on this forum.
I adore the private messaging - it's so much easier to message your friends once rather than bumping a thread. You'll always know that they will have seen it.
Lastly, I'm really content with the fair moderation and rules this website has as of late.

How do you change the username? I've been trying, but I can't seem to figure it out. .~. It's in Profile. You might need to search around a bit in each tab, but you can change the name that others see you by. Logging in you'll have to still use Moonclaw, though. |

I agree with every thing said so far. The annoying, Set-in-stone rules were a big downer on the last forums for sure! And user suggestions are actually being listened to....

Easier to edit siggie and usernames
PM system (as long as this doesn't end up getting abused/used negatively)
Old layout (I especially love how the posts aren't separated like they were on the more recent wcf)
Better mod(s) and Tomo/Roswell/anyone else that may have helped - their dedication and helping everyone out
