Anyone read game of thrones? I’m back from the dead. I’ve only read the first book, but I have A Clash of Kings in my book bag.

The McDonald's play place here looks like some ROTC course or something. They thought they were improving it by making it where you have to friking raise up slowly before you crack your spine or something on the 15 things above you.The old one was better in every way.On the new one some kid slipped and fell about ten feet, hitting his face on the black rings held up by rope and then the back of his head on the metal cage they put around it like 6 times each.Very safe

General update post, I suppose:
I’ve been working on a BBQ food truck for the past three weeks (my last day was yesterday). The work itself wasn’t too bad, but I sprained my ankle stepping off the trailer one day. It’s also pretty tiring because I was on my feet all the time, and it’s been dry and hot. The food is delicious though (we have tri tip sandwiches, ribs, jalapeño poppers, and smoothies, just to name a few).
My family and I are now on vacation. We’re taking a road trip to Maine to see some of my dad’s family. After that, we’re going to Washington DC. (The whole trip will be about 2 1/2 weeks.)

Washington D.C. is fun. If you can, be sure to check out the holocaust museum and the American history museum. Those two stood out to me the most.

We were just in DC last Saturday, my husband had never seen the sites, and wouldn't you know it, those were the exact 2 places we went to see per his request. (we also went to see this restaurant called Ollie's Trolley because he didn't realize they existed outside of the one in Louisville, which happened to be on the same block as Ford Theater, but that's just him being weird).

My favorite part of Maine was going to see the Portland Head Lighthouse, all those cliffs were so beautiful.

That's funny. Must mean they're more popular than just my personal interests. While I was there a while back, we went to that old Post office-turned-mall. Got the biggest burrito I think I've ever eaten there.

We were going to do this bus tour that you could get on and off at any monument you wanted all day, but by the time we got out of the second museum it was too late (and way too hot) to do it.

Does anyone feel the struggles of bringing home fries from a restaurant, but you always just throw them away because microwaved fries are God's curse on us for becoming this advanced?

it used to be okay back at like season 2 and 3, but after that, it went downhill real quick. Apex is better, but I'm still tired of all the hype around battle royale games. Finally call of duty is doing something right and going back to the modern warfare series, where it actually feels like what's happening could be real.

I will some time.Glad to see they're abandoning the disgusting battle royale of Black Ops 4.But nothing will replace MW3 or the hole in my heart filled with Black Ops 3's Dingo

No, it's standard open world with NPCs and everything. They're also using something I think is called phototelemetry or something where everything looks super realistic because it's essentially a computerised animated rendering of real life things, so rocks are based off of real rocks, etc. Plus it doesn't seem to have the weird cartoonish art style that Skyrim and Oblivion have.

I thought Skyrim looked pretty good ESO is a lot more cartoony And Oblivion...we don't talk about Oblivion character creation

Yeah,Skyrim is pretty much the only Elder Scrolls I can tolerate. But the fact that the names of some of the species changes between games is probably what kills it the most.
And I don't know how much you guys like Valve but there's supposed to be a thrid left 4 dead coming out

I love Oblivion for the music and the gameplay, I love everything about Skyrim, ESO I haven't even played that much cause it's like 170 GB and takes up a ton of space on my hard drive
And yeah I remember hearing about that
