Nomad and Zuri cast a glance at eachother, the adopted siblings looked shocked. Their Beta was expecting pups? What great news! Zuri looked happy, but seemed to ignore Flame. Crusoe barked in fake delight and sat down.

Crusoe embraced the she-dog as she came forward. However, the dog was not from the pack, and she had not come alone. Emerging from the darkness, a huge white dog stepped. He panted at Crusoe who was standing next to his ally.

also i made the mistake of callin briar a wolf, hes actually a gsd mix so my bad!!)
Briar padded along the bounds of the camp. He had been on a voyage for days. He was young and clumsy, baby fur still lining some of the thicker areas of his shaggy pelt. Leaves crunched beneath his paws and his muscles tensed at a sudden odor of other dogs. Normally he would go and socialize, but he was certainly smart enough to know that he was badly outnumbered, and anything could go wrong.
