John thought he would go for a run to get some fresh air so he put on a thin black sweater and changed into some tights and shorts. He slipped on his black running shoes and put some music on his headphones. He slipped out the door and headed to the running trails.

Joanna frowned and looked down at his chest
Anlea was out blowing off steam. She just finished a shift in bed bay and now needed a nice run and a shower to get the edge off. She started from her barrack and just went off on her own

John's mind was else where when he accidentally knocked into someone. He looked to see a woman in front of him. He quickly took his headphones out and apologized. "I'm sorry. I didn't see you there I wasn't paying attention."
