-> Let's keep your characters realistic; no pink eyes, rainbow fur or wings
-> No power-playing; basically there are no powers in this clan nor should your character win every fight or come out unscathed
-> No kit-stealing, apprentice queens, or joining as a kit. Also, to provide everyone with an equal opportunity, please do not join with a mate already preselected. Basically means your second character cannot be the mate of your first
-> Please do not ask for the deputy position; it will be granted to a cat whose mentoring an apprentice or has mentored at least one AND to an active person.
-> Once a month, most likely near the end, all cats will be aged 1 moon
-> When joining for the first time, please make one male for every female. Once you've done this, you can create as many cats as you think you can handle, but you must roleplay all of them
-> If you're inactive for longer than two weeks, without notice, your characters will be archived and removed from the member list. When you're ready to return and be active, just pop in and simply say that you're ready to roleplay again and I will re-add your cats. This is very simple since we have a separate joining page, so no need to make new forms.
-> Be respectful of others and their choices and be kind when speaking. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated
-> Suggestions for prophecies and plots are always welcome; PM me directly if you'd like to talk about something. Small plots with a few characters or your own (to create drama) is totally cool, just let me know ahead of time, I like to be in the information loop xD
-> Romance; this is a big topic right now and I am totally alright with same gender relationships, as long as the other person is cool with it ^^ If two characters are in a relationship and you'd like them to have kits, there are several adoption threads nearby that you can bring up to 3 (normal) kits into the Clan
-> Chatting and roleplaying; When speaking with another user outside of the roleplay, please use something to indicate that (these), [these], etc. Also, when roleplaying, please type AT LEAST 3 sentences. Be detailed! I want to know what your cat is doing; what he's thinking about and how he feels about things! Poor example: Cat A sat. Good Example: Cat A sat with her tail swept beside her. Great Example: Cat A sat with her tail swept beside her, wondering if she would get to go on patrol today. The last few days she'd been stuck cleaning out dens and was itching for some action. She could remember the last time she'd hunted; she'd taken down a huge squirrel that was bigger than her head! She licked her lips as she waited in anticipation for her name to be called. Read the rules, put macaroni at the bottom of your form
-> Realism; I'm going to try my best to make this clan seem as 'real' as it possibly can. For the names of cats, as long as names are used in moderation, I think we'll be ok. I don't want 6 'Hazel's or even 3 'Thunder's. A MAX of 2 per prefix will be allowed. I'll keep tabs on each name so we can prevent confusion. Also, per cat, the coats may be an issue and I don't wish for them to be. HazelClan is a place where cats of any color can be, but keep in mind that the 'stereotypical superstitious' type cats will be found here: all black, tortoiseshell, etc. Please feel free to make your character whatever natural coat color you'd like, the cats here won't discriminate lol
-> Once every other month, the leader will hold a clan meeting. Also different dates, the medicine cats and the leader will go to Moonlit Rock to speak with StarClan. Apprentices and their mentors will accompany the leader to speak with StarClan before an apprentice can be made into a warrior and this trip can happen at any time during an apprentice's training
-> Prey is killed to be eaten; give thanks to StarClan for its life. Elders, Kittens and Queens must eat before the rest of the clan
-> Cats and their Ages: Kitten - 0 moons to 6 moons, Apprentice - 6 moons up to 15 moons, Warriors/Queens - 14 moons to 48 moons, Senior Warriors - 48 moons up to 72 moons, Elders -- 72 moons (6 years old) till death. These are the guidelines for the cats. As for when a cat wishes to become an Elder, they cannot do it before 48 moons (4 years), unless they are injured in battle beyond repair and can retire early
-> Filling out the form: The form will be fairly simple. I do not mind a one sentence description of the pelt and eyes like in the books, but I would love to know more about your character when you complete its personality. With that, I'd like at least 3 descriptive lines. I want to know their likes, their dislikes. And the requirement is that they have at least ONE flaw/fault to them. Example: Great at hunting, poor at swimming. OR Sweet-hearted, rather sarcastic in retorts, etc.

Male | Birchstorm | 22 Moons Old
Birchstorm has a black, orange and brown mottled pelt, with a few white patches, and a tiny amount of grey. His fur texture is quite soft and smooth, and he has a long tail. He has dark orange eyes.
Birchstorm is basically a huge sassball. He is sarcastic and sassy, and is constantly cracking jokes. He prefers dry humour to other kinds, though. However, he is extremely loyal, and will do pretty much whatever you ask him to if you're his family, or his close friend. Though, he'll always act reluctant at almost anybody asking him to do anything. He's very intelligent, and good at problem-solving. He's also very insightful. He hates most authority figures, and doesn't hold a lot of respect for most cats.

Birchstorm is absolutely terrified of heights, although he'll never admit it.

Female | Amberpaw | 7 Moons Old
Amberpaw has a golden-brown pelt, with white highlights. She is quite tall, and has a thin, quite dry coat. Amberpaw has bright green eyes.
Amberpaw is extremely curious and excitable, and enjoys learning new things. However, her energy has made most cats label her annoying, or kit-like. She takes delight in being around other cats, and she quickly gets into a depressed mood if she goes long enough alone. She can keep a secret very well, however, she's extremely gullible.
Relationship status: No mate | Amberpaw is an orphan. | Apprentice
Amberpaw used to be a Kittypet, but escaped to the Clan at the age of three moons old.

Hey Sparkly I want to let you know that Tortoiseshell cats are almost always females. If youβre going to make him have those colors, then just adjust the name of his pelt. You can say he has tortie markings (black, orange, grey and some white) but all those combined donβt make a tortie, it just makes a super mixed cat lol does that make sense? Basically, calling him a tortie is incorrect since heβs a male and has some white markings. Everything else about your forms are great otherwise! |

Male | Brightfall | 30 moons Brightfall is a light, reddish brown tabby tom. His chest, belly, and tail tip are white. His eyes are a yellowish amber. Brightfall is small and has a lithe, thin frame and a long tail. His fur is of medium length. Brightfall is an optimistic cat who likes to see the good in everything. He is loyal and could be sweet at times. He's always up for a conversation and can be warm and friendly. He may be annoying at times, joking around being cheerful all the time. However, he does tend to hold grudges and while he doesn't seem to show it, there are cats he'd like to avoid. He gets offended rather easily and dislikes many cats, mostly cats who can't take his overly bright nature. He cannot hide his feelings well and he doesn't like to accept change. Her eyes are a dull green. Larchshade can be talkative, but the way she speaks can make her difficult to approach. If she says something, it's usually a sarcastic retort or an angry remark. She likes to go with the flow, but her loyalties are divided. She can be bossy and annoying, but really she just wants to help. She is rather cool-mannered, and almost never yells. It takes a lot to make her angry, but how she expresses her feelings makes her seem angry all the time.
