Yeah, Willie, you sure do care a lot about Scourge's vision.
Although...by implication, Willie and his gang probably took part in the battle in The Darkest Hour. I guess it's possible they weren't at home. Willie seems like the kind of guy to repeatedly skip town and then come back when he thinks law enforcement has forgotten to be angry at him. An early line in this comic implies as much, although that was actually a mistake that fortunately had this other plausible interpretation.

Yes, I think so. She downloaded a pack for "extreme violence" and had some deathmatches among her Sims until her favorite (Omari Sun) won, then disabled autonomous killing. Now most of her former murderers are either ghosts or part of a grilled cheese club. They aren't allowed to kill or beat up others in the club, but they are encouraged to beat up everyone else.
(Also, Zero and Candy's first date was ruined by Nina, who was pregnant, repeatedly beating up Ezekiel's ghost, and their second date was ruined when an old lady was standing too close for them to have their first kiss, so Omari beat up the old lady, and they both got mad at Omari. Then Zero killed someone, and her reputation went down the drain, so everyone wanted to kill her. Breccianose reset to the last save, which was before the rooftop pool date where they were supposed to have their first kiss, and I think now Zero is in a relationship with Lilith the vampire. Lilith won't stop eating grilled cheese, which makes her sick every time. And all of the Sims love fishing.)

I ... have no ability to list them all. But I found a good one by ISART games called Shadowwalker. Pity it glitches out on my computer as soon as I reach the second floor. @.@
