You are in your dream world - the place that makes you feel the most at peace. Is it the ocean? In a meadow? In the woods? And now, the countdown. A song is playing in the background. You recognize the song. It is a sweet, gentle melody. No vocals are present; rather, it just a soundtrack. Suddenly, someone is beside you. Next to you is a person you had a crush on for a long time. Here is the situation in a nutshell.
You met this person, and you developed a crush on them. But after they started to drift away, you became lonely. You became angry. You verbally hurt them, although it wasn't entirely directed. You had pushed them away from your life.
And now, you are next to your crush, who you have always believed is/was "the one". Maybe you even love them. But you have no idea how they feel about you. You know that they are single, but... Will you take the chance.
The song rewinds and begins to play again. And then... you know. But only you. Not them. You. You both have only until the song ends - four minutes and twenty-two seconds - before you are both killed. A gunshot, an arrow to the head, you do not know. Maybe only you will be killed. You will not know, for it will be instantaneous.
You are with your special someone. (They can be real, or fictional.) You only have a little over four minutes to tell them... what?
Here is the question. You know you are going to die. Your crush is with you. Think carefully. Try not to hurt them. Consider them, too. You know you have hurt them. You want to fix it, but you have so little time. What do you do in your final moments with them?
