I hope the rest of the semester wraps up well for you! Mine just finished, so here I am at long last. x.x I'm kind of holding off on Gull leaving-leaving if you were to want Snippaw come with them, Dampreed!))
Gullwake felt a little surprised at the fact that his forced smile seemed to do the trick; Rowanflame warmed up. The tom kept a grimace to himself, however, hoping that didn't mean that the tom would continue to bother him on a regular basis. His ear flickered and he felt his gut clench as the tom continued to speak, inquiring about his day. "So, did you do anything other than laying in the sun?" The medicine felt his tail tip twitch, mildly in annoyance, but nothing severe. Rowanflame hadn't a clue about what medicine cats did constantly
"If I have a lazy day," he replied in a matter-of-factly tone, "It means that the clan is fully stocked and prepared for anything that the world can throw at us, as well as robust and healthy." Gullwake somewhat stuck his nose up at the implied notion that he was being lazy, even if that was exactly what he had been doing for the day. Now thinking back, of course, he realized that he could have done something with Snippaw, but the past was the past. He'd manage to make it up to the apprentice somehow.
