"Ask Webtail then, and see what will happen." Whisperspirit told Dreamkit with a smile. Then she turned to Wishkit and told him, "Being a warrior is an amazing job, and it's a very important one as well. A medicine cat is incredibly important, though. If a warrior gets injured or a kit gets sick it's up to the medicine cat to save them." "I'm not sure if I should...I think we should stay in camp in case something happens." Snowpaw replied, thinking of everything that can go wrong if they wander off on their own. (The comment about naming him Emberpetal is an insult, a petal is the part of the flower that makes up the flower part of the plant. The suffix -petal is usually reserved for she-cats. By the way, has anyone found the secret yet?) {We're supposed to find a secret?? And yeah, but Emberpaw is a little slow when it comes to getting insulted, hahaha} Emberpaw huffed and turned away, " fine. I guess i'll go on my own." He was not about to sit in camp another minute. Maybe he'd go hunt, or grab some water. Or climb a tree.

Dreamkit beamed with pride and looked up at her mom and over at her brother
Wishkit scrunched up his face thinking about it like that and then looked down his paws “I guess so” he mumbled
Willowbreeze let out a small chuckle “ alright you too, go play outside for a bit but stay in camp.”
The two kits nodded and scampered outside

Featherstep tilted her head not quite sure what he meant by “if you can” but she intended to find out. She stood up and gave her pelt a few tidy licks and then followed Jaggedhawk out of camp

(Go to the home page and look at the Clan symbols in the background. One of them is a question mark instead of a symbol. Click on it.)
Snowpaw told him, "Be careful!" She then walked over to her brother and sat down next to him.
"That Emberpaw's an annoying idiot." Icepaw said.
"Well, he's a bit...energetic, but still, at least try to be nice." Snowpaw told Icepaw.
"Fine, I'll try." Icepaw said.

{Thats what i thought. Well, your just gonna have to trust me then. :3 Hes a cutie pie}
Jaggedhawk looked out of the corner of his eye and made sure Featherstep was following him. As soon as he was out of the camp entrance, he shot away, like a rabbit being chased. He darted in and out of trees, over fallen logs, and around boulders. He loved to run, and he loved the feeling of the brisk evening air in his pelt. He made sure not to go to fast, not sure how fast Featherstep was, or how good she was at dodging obstacles.

Featherstep widened her eyes in surprise when the Tom shot off. She let out a merow of laughter and followed Jaggedhawk quickly coming up on his heels. She took a few more strides and leaped over a rock and landed in front of Jaggedhawk laughing. She rarely got to show off her speed to anyone. She had stopped showing off during her early apprentice days because it made the other apprentices angry but her mentor had remembered and that is why the last part of her name is step. Both her speed and her grace were remarkable and she loved running.

Jaggedhawk skidded to a stop, his eyes widening in surprise when the she-cat jumped in front of her. He tackled her playfully, battering her belly with his sheathed claws. "Someones fast!" He huffed. He had Featherstep pinned to the ground and he looked her in the eyes. "Shes beautiful..." He thought to himself. He blinked and realized that he had been staring at her little too long. He jumped to the side, hoping she didn't notice. "I didn't know you liked to run." He mewed, changing the subject.

Featherstep laughed as she stood up shaking the snow out of her fur. “I love to run but I dont really do it around other people. My sister and I are both pretty fast but she suggested we stop showing off pretty early on. The other apprentices didnt like us so much. We used to go out together but ever since her mate died and she had the kits she been too busy,” she expained and unsheathed her claws into the snow absentmindedly

{Really sorry about that poof, last night was crazy}
Jaggedhawk softened his gaze. "I had no idea about your sister." He mewed solemnly. "But your a great runner, and i think yo should run more often." He laughed and nuzzled her cheek. "When I was an apprentice, i was always picked on for my big crooked claws." He mewed, lifting up his paw to show Featherstep.

(Sorry I’m sick so I’m sleeping a lot.)
Featherstep nodded looking down at her paws “she’s okay though. She has his kits to remember him by. I don’t know how she would have carried on without them.” She sighed and looked back up looking at Jaggedhawks claws “I don’t see anything wrong with them. Seems to me they would give u an advantage. The other cats were probably just jealous” she suggested

{Same, im getting over a cold, and i had a 24hr stomach virus... So not fun. I hope you feel better soon though! }
Jaggedhawk put his paw down and looked up, catching sight of a few birds in the tree above them. "I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to lose a mate." He mewed sadly, thinking of Featherstep's sister. "But kits are nice." He half smiled, pawing the ground. It was such a nice day outside today, and the sun hit Featherstep just right, making her pelt glow. Jaggedhawk felt a little purr rise in his throat, but quickly dismissed it, not wanting to give her the wrong idea.

(I have a chest cold)
Featherstep nodded “they are cute. One Tom Wishkiy and one she cat Dreamkit.” She let out a small purr just thinking about her little kin “defiantly a pawful though” she laughed.

{Sounds annoying >.<}
Jaggedhawk looked around. "Do you know how to climb trees as good as you know how to run?" Before he even finished his sentence he was already clinging to the side of the nearest tree, limbs spread apart and claws digging deep into the bark.

Featherstep opened her mouth to reply but stopped and laughed when she saw he was already on the tree. She shook her head “not as well” she laughed as she launched herself onto the tree trunk, slipping just a little before she could sink her claws in enough to steady herself

Jaggedhawk struggled a little as he leaped upward. Falling was one of his biggest fears, so he dug his claws in extra deep. Once he reached the lowest, thickest branch, he pulled himself onto it and sat down, sides heaving from the amount of effort it took to get there.

Featherstep sunk her claws in deeper into the tree trunk and pulled her self up onto the branch next too Jaggedhawk. She gave herself a moment to regain her bearings and then took in her sourroundings “look at how beautiful it is from up here!” She meowed looking at the hills and the setting sun in the distance

The sky was painted a bright orange with whisps of yellow and pink clouds, filling the air with an almost sweet smell. Jaggedhawk laid down, resting head on his paws. He looked at Featherstep and smiled. "Absolutely beautiful." He mewed quietly, taking in all the surroundings.

Featherstep let out a soft purr looking out at the sunset and slowly laid down next to Jaggedhawk so their pelts were touching just a tiny bit. She felt her self heat up as her fur brushed against his and she looked over at him then quickly down at her paws in embarrassment

Jaggedhawk felt her pelt brush against his and he lifted his head slightly and looked at Featherstep. He felt his paws tingle and his pelt grow hot. He smiled and licked her on the shoulder when he saw her dip her head in embarrassment. He inched a little closer to her so their sides were pressing against each other, and he rested his head on his paws once more, closing his eyes.

Featherstep looked up as he licked her shoulder and let a soft purr at his affectionate action. She let out a contenteted sigh and leaned against his shoulder closing her eyes while her purrs grew louder

{Sure :3 }
Jaggedhawk took a deep breath and opened his eyes. The sun was just barley peeking through the tree line and he lifted his head. "We stayed out here all night..." he nudged Featherstep, hoping to wake her.
