Robinfall nodded, "Just wanted to make sure no one ripped each other's head off." He mewed after his brother who was talking out the herbs. He dipped his head to Iceswirl and Marshclaw before turning around and bounding back over to Silverstorm, He snuggled up beside her and mewed, "Just some bad herbs." He started to purr as the warmth began to seep into his fur again. |

Beetlewhisker had seen the black apprentice splash into the stream and his pelt immediately grew up high. Everything that could have gone wrong running through his head quickly, before his eyes snapped to his apprentice bustling through the brush. "Firepaw! I'm sure I've told you about running near the stream! Do you even understand what could have-"
Rowanstorm finished his thought in telling the horrible fate Breezepaw could have had. "That! You could have drowned! Be lucky the stream is shallow! It's normally deep this time of year after the frosts are gone!" He padded over to them and sniffed Breezepaw over once he was on land, trying to make sure everything was in place.
He looked over to Firepaw with harsh eyes, then as he locked eyes with him, he noticed the worry in getting scolded on his face. He sighed. "I know it's nice to play with your friend. And you should get to enjoy the boundless energy you have, but please, be more careful. Rushing through the brush like that can be dangerous. I don't want you to be hurt."
A thought then passed his head and he smiled at his apprentice, "If you have so much energy and wanted to see the stream so bad... Try jumping it today. See how far you can make it. What have you got to lose? Breezepaw is already soaked to the bone."

r i v e r f a n g e n d l e s s f o r e s t  The brown tabby tom stared intently into the rushing waters. His large paws were raised above the swirling currents, ready to strike. When he spotted the flicker of movement he was waiting for, the tom plunged his paw into the water and swiftly scooped up his target. He tossed it to the side, stunning the poor fish against the ground before delivering a killing bite. "Hmm, pretty large catch." he thought to himself with a purr. His blue eyes glowed with amusement and he turned his attention back to the river. Unfortunately, his swift scoop caused the other fish to swim to safety. The tom wouldn't dare jump into the river and try catching prey that way. He'd have to settle for woodland creatures.
He buried the pike on the riverbank and turned towards the forest, ready to get going. He closed his eyes and listened to the sounds of the forest before swiveling his ears towards a peculiar sound. Figuring it was a mouse, the tom began to stalk. He caught a fresh whiff of the small animal and tom withheld a purr in delight. However, as he crawled closer and closer, the tom accidentally stepped on a twig, alerting the mouse and losing his catch. Oceanclan Camp { Onyx , ♡ Bun ♡ & 𝕊’𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕖 }When Robinfall joined their little group, Marshclaw felt simply even more embarrassed. He frowned and flicked his tail, glancing between his brothers and the she-cat. "It was my fault. I didn't mean to bring it in. Puddleheart is going to take it out of camp now." He informed Robinfall, feeling his fur grow hot. Why did the whole clan start to feel the need to get in on a conversation between the three? Sure Robinfall was his brother and he didn't blame him, but it wasn't necessary. He just shrugged and looked once more at Iceswirl.
"It won't happen again, Iceswirl. You can count on it. I didn't get nearly as much knowledge of herbs as my brother," Calling Puddleheart "my brother" was different for Marshclaw. He always referred to him by his actual name, nothing more, nothing less. It was... a good different. "But I'll maybe change that. It'd be good for when I'm leader. To know simple herbs, good from deadly." He added before letting the she-cat walk off. He turned towards Puddleheart.
Standing up, Marshclaw frowned. "May I join you? I have a few questions to ask. Nothing business related... More like... Kinship related. But only if you'll have me. If not, I'll organize patrols. But if you will, I'll ask Featherpool to organize them for me. Please, Puddleheart?" He asked, his amber eyes pleading.

Silverstorm perked up when her mate bounded over so quickly. It must have been nothing if he was returning and the others splitting off at the same time. She snuggled into his warmth once he laid down. "Bad herbs huh? Maybe that's why the medicine cats should go pick herbs with an escort instead of warriors who don't know anything..." She sniffed a bit, "I think we should all help the medicine cats but we can really ruin herbs if we aren't careful."
