🎵whitetail-Brill: Opaleyes stretched his toes for Roseclaw and moved them around. "Yeah my feet feel fine." he replied. "Thank you both." Bumbleberry hurried to the fresh kill pile and dropped the plump rabbit in front of Opaleyes and Whitetail, hiding a smirk and turning back towards the warriors den. Applefrost noticed Blazestar looking around and quickly groomed his chest fur down before walking up to the leader with an air of confidence bordering on arrogance. "Were you looking for me?" he asked. 𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕕𝕠𝕨: Gingerstrike noticed the clans only apprentice sitting alone and looking fidgety. "Hello, Echopaw." he started, "Have you been assigned a mentor yet? Would you like to go on a hunt?" ✨ Տեმɾ✨: Silverwisp approached Glacierfall, bounding up to her like a rabbit. "Good morning, Glacierfall!" he shouted, not quite recognizing how loud he was being. |

@bumbleberry: Glacierfall jumped slightly at the oncoming noise from Silverwisp. She let out a sharp yowl of shock, then turned to face the other cat,
"Goodness, I didn't see you there, Silverwisp. Are you on the next patrol as well?"

Applefrost came up to stand under Blazestar, slinking calmly into its shadow and dipping his head. His eyes gazed on the clan in calculation. "It is a great honor to take on the title of deputy, and an apprentice of my own too." His eyes stopped, staring directly at Echopaw. Gingerstrike yowled his congratulations and then nudged Echopaw to go stand with her new mentor. Applefrost paused for a moment, in thought, "My first duty as deputy will be to lead a hunting patrol." he decided, "Echopaw, Glacierfall, and Silverwisp will come with me." Silverwisp looked excited and jumped up, bumping clumsily into Glacierfall. |

Applefrost blinked his bright green eyes acknowledging Roseclaw's request. As he stood to lead them out of camp he partially ignored his apprentice's words. Silverwisp came up next to Echopaw and greeted her with a 'mrrow'. "Are you happy the new deputy is your mentor?" he asked. Opaleyes felt his pelt get hot when Whitetail asked him to share a meal, but the food was already there and he couldnt move very far in case the bandages fell off. "Uh, sure." he mumbled, taking a bite off of the back of the fresh kill. |

Bumbleberry stifled a laugh. Opaleyes tried his best to relax and eat but he felt strange, and not just because of his leg injury. He finally decided not to worry about it as it was getting late and had already been a long day. |

Opaleyes stood, "No, I'm fine thanks." he said, trying to retain a shred of dignity. Almost as soon as he spoke he wobbled and had to recover himself again, limping into the warriors den. Bumbleberry came up beside Whitetail, watching him leave. "So, what do you think of him?" he chided. Not trying to make it seem too obvious. |

Oh poor Opaleyes will be so heartbroken." he said, pretending to look saddened and hoping he was playing it off well enough. |
