Tribe of Crystal Skies
-Introduction-
You swiftly skirt around the edge of a small puddle, sending a burst of dirt into the water. But this isn't what you're focused on, your eyes are locked onto the animal in front of your paws, just a few bounds away. Prey. You become oblivious to anything else around you as you leap through the air with eyes locked on your target. But to your surprise, you are pushed aside by another cat.
Letting out a startled yowl, you roll onto the ground. Anger sparks within, realizing that you lost track of your prey. "What was that for?" You demand, finally meeting eyes with the opposing cat as you get to your paws.
The unknown figure rolls her eyes in annoyance. "That was me protecting my tribe's prey. You know, the Tribe of Crystal Skies."
You blink, clearly confused despite your anger. "Tribe? What sort of crazy group is that?"
The she cat sighs, shifting on her paws. "It's a group of cats that is willing to take in outsiders like you so you don't take our prey for yourself." She paused and glanced behind her. "Come with me and I'll show you."

-Rules-
1. What I personally think is the most important rule, is following all of the rules that apply anywhere on this website. The last thing that I want is this clan to be deleted just because of comments that don’t follow the website’s rules.
2. Please be as active as you can once you join this RP. I understand that life gets in the way, but please notify me if you’re going to be gone for more than one week. You’ll get a warning if you have not RPed in one week, and your characters will be deleted if you do not return in two weeks. I do not count dropping in and posting once or twice a week as enough.
3. This is a semi-literate RP. I understand if the previous post was a bit difficult to post a good response to, but please try your best. Please no one-liners, and I expect reasonable grammar. Now, I do understand that we all make mistakes, as I do.
4. Please be realistic in all of your cat names and descriptions. I will not accept any cats with names such as "Night of the Shining Diamond ” or any over-the-top names. I will also not accept any cat with eyes any colors such as purple or with unrealistic coats. (Example: Light blue cat with rainbow eyes named Sparkling Confetti.) Your cats all need flaws, as they are not all perfect, and I will not accept cats with no written flaws. Try to avoid terms only used on Earth, such as types of trees, other plants, minerals, etc.
5. No spamming or advertising is allowed in the clan.
6. No spotlighting, powerplaying, mary-sues, or anything else of that kind.
7. This clan accepts cats that are LGBT+, and you’ll be reported to the site mods if you make any negative comments against RPers of LGBT+ cats or anything of that kind.
8. Just be a good all around person. Be kind, respectful, and have fun so that everyone can enjoy themselves while spending time in this clan. This place is meant to escape stress, not make more.

-The World-
On the planet of Rhivyn, there’s vast differences to the land we know, Earth. Everything in Rhivyn looks very crisp, clean. Alike to glass on Earth, everything has a crystalline look. Though don’t let this fool you, even if everything may glint in the sun, objects still have their respected qualities. Grass will still bend in the wind, feathers still guide flight, and fur is still soft to the touch. Along with this, the sky is a breath-taking sight. It’s painted with pink, purple, blue, orange, red, you name it. The sky stays in a permanent sunset, the only sign it gives to suggest night being a wash of darker shades of the colors above blocking out lighter tones.
This world has many different geographical regions, varying from forests, jungles, and plains, to deserts, islands, and mountains. There’s four continents on this planet, though these and other geographical hints are spread on almost all.
These four continents are the following; Elore, Royen, Leith, and Aysuin. Each of these land masses carry their own traits, native wildlife and flora. All but one support abundant amounts of life. Leith however supports very little, being an equivalent of a wasteland. Only very specific life can live there, even them not knowing exactly how the land got that way.
Each continent is surrounded by bodies of water, Elore connecting to the smaller land mass, Royen, by a small land bridge. This journey is not recommended, however. The journey through the land bridge is said to be dangerous and long.
The cats run on a similar calendar, judging their time with the cycle of their moon, Lunreais. It’s almost always visible in the sky, its disappearance for one day marking one moon (much like a month on Earth).
-Seasons and Weather-
The tribe currently inhabits the continent Elore, which is subject to a cycle of two seasons. Each lasting about an equal amount of time of 6 moons, each season having its positive and negative. The most pleasurable season is often called “The Bringing of Life”, acting much like Spring. Flowers bloom, plants grow, life prospers. But then on the other side there’s the time of “Dormant Rest” which brings silence. Plants don’t always die out at this time, but they seem to freeze in time. Temperatures may reach slightly lower extents, but some of the more noticeable changes is no growth and slow breeding of prey. This isn’t normally a problem, since at the moment there isn’t any shortages of prey. It may snow, but this a very uncommon event.
The norm for weather is a slight breeze, warm temperatures. It occasionally rains, about twice a moon.
-Territory-
The Tribe of Crystal Skies lives in a area that mostly consists of open plains and expanses of woods. Other then those two types of geographical regions, the tribe doesn't lay claim to any other sorts of territory.
Forest of Whispers- This Forest is what takes up most of the tribe’s territory on the western side, containing many trees that are centuries old. Though the amount of undergrowth varies, on average there is only a light about of undergrowth that makes navigation easy. There’s quite a few small streams that have branches off the Qren River that run through the streams with mossy rocks spread throughout the water.
Qren River- This River runs through most of the territory, lots of flora and wildlife thriving in its waters. It winds in a curved path, running close to camp. Though this might be good, it makes the the camp in danger for flooding. Overall the river has a muddy bottom with a calm surface, though there is certain sections that stumbling into would be a death sentence. Mossy stones tend to make paths across or lay on the banks.
Erli Grasslands- This grassland is an open expanse of grass, with the Qren River running through the middle. It has quite a few rolling hills, allowing for herbs and other plants the grow. A few very sparse trees grow throughout.

-Camp-
The tribe's camp is heavily concealed under a mask of trees and other plants. The cats live in a dip in the ground, trees cover the top and sides. There's two entrances that give easy access to the camp, one of the northern side and one on the southern side.
The camp is set in a small break in the trees within the forest, the area cleared out with the exception of one Leuyun tree that grows in the center of the clearing. There’s one entrance that is most commonly known, thick bushes providing walls of sorts. That one entrance is a small break in the bushes, with the Fighters’ den beside it.
Fighters’ Den- This is simply composed of an overgrowth in the bush wall, the plants forming a large enough area for quite a few cats to rest. The entrance is small, but it keeps warmth in. Its placement next to the entrance of camp is often used to their advantage.
Hunters’ Den and Scouts’ Den- These two dens are connected, though the two groups tend to stay to one side of the one den. The large den is made up of another bush on the side of camp.
This bush is slightly lower set however, so over the course of many moons dirt has been shoveled out to make a small dip in the ground, allowing for more room. Unlike the green Fighters’ Den, this bush has dim red leaves.
Nursery- The Nursery is a bit to the side from the Fighters’ den, providing a quick defense if necessary. The Nursery is made up of another fallen tree, but the space is instead in the branches of the tree. This is because over time the cats have moved other branches and weaved them in a way that a suitable cover has been created on the ground within the branches.
Elders’ Den- The Elders’ den is within the trunk of a hollowed out fallen tree, just large enough for ample movement. The den itself is commonly just used for sleeping, most of the Elder’s time spent on the warm rocks just in front of the tree.
Trainees’ Den- This den is in the back of the camp, beside the Elders’ Den. Though it is unusable come flooding, a medium sized “cave” has been dug out underneath the Elder’s fallen tree, the tree itself providing a roof over the dimly lit den. However the darkness is a drawback, it’s secretly one of the comfiest dens, with the floor absolutely covered with soft moss.
Tribe Leader’s Den- This den is probably most envied by the dreamy kits, the den in a small hollow in the strong Lueyen tree in the center of camp, branches providing an easy ladder. Because of this, announcements by the leader are normally made from the long branches, high above the ground.
Medicine Cat’s Den- This den is made in a similar fashion as the Trainee’s Den, but in this case the den has stone walls and floor. No one knows exactly how the “cave” under the Lueyun tree’s base came to be when it comes to the nearly perfect shaped rock walls after the dirt was cleared out, but the cats have learned not to question. Cracks in the stone provide storage for herbs and the like.
The Freshkill Pile- This pile may move around the slightest bit, but normally it’s kept out of the sun’s rays right underneath the Lueyun tree.

Iyica In Dark Tunnel || Female || 22 Moons || Hunter
Iyica has what could be easily considered an unique coat, not exactly being a coloration commonly found. While her fur mostly consists of a creamy, off-white, the she-cat also has a number of chocolate brown hints over her body. The main points are at her legs and tail, along with a mask over her face, which extends to her ears. Iycia also has crystal blue eyes, accompanied by long, downy fur. She’s easily an graceful cat, her tall, slim frame allowing for easy movement. Iyica has an overwhelming amount of personality packed into her, often stunning passerbys. The she-cat may come off as sweet when you first stumble upon her, but you’ll quickly pick up on her slight passive-aggressiveness. Her underlying sarcasm and borderline rudeness can easily repel the cats around her, and Iycia is almost grateful. Who has time for others, anyways? With everyone out of her way, she can easily step back, and simply live on. Iyica’s quick to anger anyways, with little patience, so it’s the smartest decision not to get too close anyways, as her anger easily turns physical . The she-cat, however, has learned very successfully how to be sarcastic, sickly sweet. 9 times out of 10, if she’s being nice, she’s making fun of you. But, after all, there’s always exceptions! However rube Iyica is, she isn’t exactly rude or snobbish. It’s a much more blunt, honest kind of rude and sarcastic, and this she-cat tries hard to make that clear. One of the things she secretly hates most is others having a bad image of her. Unfortunately for Iyica, that happens more often then she would like to admit. || Iyica was born and raised in the tribe, with a proud bloodline going back far into the Tribe. She’s proud of her ancestors, and of the tribe, and occasionally that has gotten in the way of her judgement.
-Scouts-
Scouts normally are cats who can run for long distances quickly, acting as both a messenger and a cat for patrols. Normally Scouts are built for speed, with long legs and tails.
Rock that Tumbles through Leaves (Tumble)|| Male || 24 Moons || Scout
A grey cat with a white under belly and black stripes across his back. Tumble is a very playful and optimistic tom with the ability to find light in almost any bad. He loves to make his tribe mates smile and loves to run even more, making him a very good cat for being a Scout. He’s super energetic, and this makes him always ready for a mission.
-Fighters-
Like the hunters, the fighters do what their name suggests. They are ones who act as guards, and fight whenever the tribe is threatened.
Star in Evening Sky || Male || 36 Moons || Fighter
Star is a midnight black tom; the color along his coat having no imperfections. Star is a surprisingly muscular tom, even with his tall frame. He has wide, dark yellow eyes and black paw pads and nose. tar is the very definition of a confident, headstrong tom. There’s nothing that comes easy to him then speaking his word, and he has little to no measure of danger. This, of course, puts this tom and everyone around him in rather unsafe situations, but somehow Star has always managed to stepped out without being majorly scathed. He often acts on the whim without much thinking, though he makes up for this with this determination towards a good task. He can be rather blunt at times, but it’s rare that he actually means his insults of questionable comments. While it may come as a suprise, Star is secretly a hopeless romatic, to be comlplete honest. He does his best to attempt to sway a she-cat, but so far he hasn’t exactly found his attempts succesful. Through out his life, Star hasn’t done an extrounly large amount of importent tasks for the Tribe, but he still takes pride in all of the small, just as importent tasks he’s done.
-Healer-
These cats serve the tribe by healing the cats, collecting herbs and putting them to use when needed. Currently only one allowed, but that is subject to change.
Breeze that Whispers over Water (Whisper)||Female||24 Moons|| Healer
A pure white cat with heterochromia, one blue eye and one brown. Breeze is a highly intelligent. She cat with a knack for memorization, and she is also fiercely loyal to her tribe. She’s sassy, smart mouthed, and can be brutally honest in most situations.
Tumble is her sibling.

Flight of Flower's Petals (Flower) || Female || 10 Moons || Trainee
A ginger she-cat with pure green eyes that are very innocent. Her front left leg is pure white, and she usually has a purple flower tucked behind her ear. She's very sweet sweet and innocent, like fresh snow on a winter morning. Although, sometimes when she's battling, she gets kind of aggressive. Her history is a mystery.
Mentor:
Tawny Pelt That Contrasts To Leaves || Female || 7 Moons || Trainee
She has a sleek, bark-brown pelt, with jet-black markings covering her belly, chest, each of her four paws, her tailtip, the fur of her inner ears, and two dots above her eyes. Her eyes are a pretty, bright leaf-green colour, contrasting nicely against her pelt. Her build is sleek and slim, and her pelt is sleek and slicked down, and very shiny from grooming, apart from slight feathering around the base of her legs, her neck, the base of her ears, and the base of her tail. Tawny is much a mystery in terms of personality - she can be kind and sweet at times, brave and ambitious at others, depressed, shy, and anxiety-ridden at other times, and can even burst out in periods of aggression and anger sometimes. However, there are four things that remain constant about her personality - she loves kits, she's an incredibly good friend, she's immensely loyal to her Tribe, and she'd never, ever let a secret slip.
|| She was born into the Tribe, but after her father was mysteriously found, dead, outside of the camp, and her mother left the Tribe to live alone, many cats doubt that her heritage is as it first seems.
|| She loves thunderstorms and the rain, and is afraid of moths!

Leuyun Tree- Lueyun is a type of tree, the most common type that grows within the tribe’s reach. It has dark brown bark with white markings, branches that are rather low to the ground accompanying it. It has bright green leaves and grows blue fruits that attract prey.
Vlao Tree- This is another type of tree that is quite common. It mixes in with other trees, also having smooth bark that travels up the long trunks. The bark is a darkened gray that edges on brown, dark but defined green leaves with an oval shape hang thin from the the tops of the trees. Vlao trees are often the trees that grow the tallest known to the cats.

-Herbs-
Ryen- This is a highly beneficial plant, used often for soothing open wounds after it is chewed, spread across the injury. It grows along the banks of the Qren River in the area where it enters the territory in small clusters, the flowers of this plant being what is used for medical use. There’s only one flower per plant, the petals having a large range in color. This tulip-like flowers can be orange, yellow, red, and any colors in between. Ryen is plentiful on the edges of tribe territory, but there’s a few patches that have been maintained by generations of healers closer to camp.
Yestel- Yestel is a simple bush that is scattered around the portion of territory with large amounts of trees, having waxy dark green leaves with an oval shape. Though it may look strong it’s easily pulled out of the ground, roots being what’s actually beneficial. The roots are chewed and slathered on a infection (but never ingested) to fight back the infection.
Zibre- This plant can be useful for quite a few reasons. When this plant’s berry is spread across a patch of skin, it numbs the area. Often used when a cat is in extreme pain or distress. Zibre grows high in the branches of trees in the Forest of Whispers when exposed to high amounts of light, leeching off of it’s chosen tree. While it’s hard to harvest it’s worth retrieve. However, this palm-like plant has more than one use. It’s berries are deadly when ingested, and can be used when a cat is past saving.
Beyf- Small leafy plant that grows close to the ground on open plains, having a similar appearance to grass. But there’s a small difference, the Beyf plant glints more than normal in the sun, catching the eye of travelers. It’s placement is rather helpful, as when split open, the drops of liquid inside can help sooth a cracked or sore paw pad.
Bine- The Bine plant is an extremely common, medium-sized plant and can be found virtually anywhere that blooms about halfway into a year. It has large, pointed leaves, which are usually emerald in color. It also grows large flowers, which can be white and dark grey. Strips of the leaves are eaten to soothe bellyaches and similar problems, while the petals are easily preserved and used to bring down fevers when made into a polyjuice and ingested.
Zigra- Small, leafy plant that grows close to the ground. It has been discovered that the redish leaves of the plant can be used to sooth open wounds when crushed into a cream.
-Predators-
With all of the ideal conditions, life is abundant on the continent Elore. Predators are not an exception when it comes to this rule, leading to large amounts of predators spread out on the territory.
Ath- While uncommon, this beast still poses a considerable threat if stumbled upon unprepared. This surprisingly elegant creature stands at about 4”3 at the shoulder on average, and is comparable to an large deer. The first things you may notice is it’s shaggy reddish brown coat with black stripes circling its legs, heavy black hooves, long legs, and a thick mane that gives protection to the Ath’s neck. But more unusual details are it’s long, whip-like tail
and sharp fangs that carry quite painful venom. The Ath will of course attacked if provoked, but will also charge if you stumble into its territory that it so strongly defends. It is unknown if the poison is fatal, and the most effective way to kill is to harm the soft underbelly.
(Name)- Living in the mud of deep rivers, the (name) are a scary sight to see if they happen to walk up the banks to bask. More then big enough to take down a cat, these slim and bony beasts have thick scales that are often white, with speckles of black adding more detail. The most noticeable danger is the long snout, the inside lined with strong, sharp teeth. However males are noticeably larger than females, both genders will not attack unless annoyed, hungry, provoked, or protecting young. However terrifying, these are absurdly rare creatures.

-Prey-
Zoyu- The Zoyu is a small mammal with soft light cream fur. It has short legs that somehow still allow them to go at high speeds in the undergrowth. Short, spiny teeth are accompanied by two horns protruding from its face. This isn't the only odd detail, being that the Zoyu also has a long tail that can be used as a whip when threatened. However it may sting, it doesn’t really do any harm.
Srinn- Much alike a small primate, the Srinn’s most noticeable features are its long legs, tail, and its slim, bony fingers with their almost scarily wide, round eyes. While their bright gold fur doesn’t do much for camouflage, they have the treetops to their advantage, easily jumping from branch to branch. They often travel in large groups and have a rather curious nature, taking great interest in the tribe. The Srinn is known for letting out loud shrieks in the dead of the night.
Iyica- The Iyica is a medium sized burrower, who makes expansive tunnels deep under the ground. Slick white fur is accompanied by thick paws and a highly evolved sense of scent. Here’s the catch; they are blind, and over time skin has grown over where their eyes should be. But they don’t seem to notice, anyways.
Darali- This is a medium sized, slow bird. It is successful at flying from branch to branch (flying through the sky is a different story, however) but once on the ground it takes great effort to get back into the branches. It’s a very flashy animal, though most of its feathers are a deep shade of black. But mixed in are feathers that are a bright and shimmering purple, eyes following the same color code. The reason behind this is unknown, but the meat of this bird provides a pleasant meal.
Polya- The Polya is a small, dainty moth-like bug with striking wings. While it doesn’t have any real advantage, its bright, translucent wings provide for an pleasing sight. Rather common, but is only seen at night. Not exactly prey, but more of an entertaining sight for kits and adults alike.
Egoni- The Egoni is an uncommon type of fish, displaying light bronze, dark gray, light gold, or dark brown scales. The color of the scales change as they camouflage with the river bed, relying on that before their strong, thick scales. They have two side fins, a huge, sail-like dorsal fin and a large, powerful tail and long fin. This fish isn’t very commonly eaten due to the scales, but it’s admired greatly.
Vizari- The Vizari is a small mammal with soft light brown fur. It has short legs that somehow still allow them to go at high speeds, although not fast enough that a cat can’t run it down. Short, spiny teeth are accompanied by two horns protruding from its face. This isn't the only odd detail, being that the Vizari also has a long tail that can be used as a whip when threatened. However it may sting, it doesn’t do much harm to a cat or anything larger.
