"Seriously Aaron?" Ari murmured. He let go of Becca and hurried over to his friend, throwing one arm over his shoulder and lifting him up before delivering a swift slap across one cheek. "Come on, open those eyes."
Aaron grunted and put a hand to his stinging cheek. "There had to be a less violent way to wake me up..." he grumbled.
Ari shrugged. "This was faster."
Gonna be poofy]]

"So, what were we talking about?" Aaron asked, looking around at everyone.
Ari pointed at Lisa. "Lisa just said she's pregnant, you already forgot?"
Aaron fell silent, and then walked over to Lisa. "I just... I can't find any words..." he said quietly, though he was practically beaming. "How long have you known?" he asked.

Same, my cats are my children xD]] Aaron's eyes widened. "Two weeks? Wow..." he murmured, smiling. "Great, the last thing we need is more Aarons running around," Ari teased. He glanced at Becca and a sly grin came to his face. "I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel the same way, but I'm going to need an heir someday~" he said, still joking.

"I think it's more like if Ari can wait that long," Aaron said, snickering.
"You have no room to talk, blondie," Ari retorted. There was a pause before he started laughing as well.

lol alrighty xD]]
"So what now?" Aaron asked, looking around at everyone again.
"As amazing as this little moment has been, I feel like I could sleep for a week," Ari said, stifling a yawn. He walked over to the throne and looked at it a moment before sitting down with a loud exhale. 'Leave it to my brother to wear me out like that."

"That's probably a good idea," Ari said. "Want me to go with you?" he asked.
"You should probably clear up the whole situation around your exile and ascending the throne first," Aaron suggested.
Poofy again]]

"That means more speaking in front of people, doesn't it," Ari muttered.
Aaron nodded. "Yup, and there'll be more after that if you stay as king," he answered.
Ari sunk in his throne and sighed. "Great."

"I guess you have a point," Ari begrudgingly admitted, looking over at Lisa. He sighed again and his fingers tapped on the armrest. "I wish I could just change the law and then run away from it all... elect someone else to do this job..." he murmured.
"Hey man, it won't be too bad, we're here to help!" Aaron chimed in, attempting to cheer up the new king.
"That makes me feel so much better."

"Wait, before you run off I have an important question: Am I still the knight captain? Since you're back and all," Aaron asked.
"Hm? Yeah, of course. I can't be king and knight captain at the same time," Ari replied. Then he looked at Lisa. "So, what are you going to do from now on? The barracks aren't exactly the best place to raise a family."

"You knoooow, there are tons of empty rooms and such in this castle~~ Could you spare one?" Aaron asked, giving Ari his best grin.
Ari stared at him silently for a long moment. "I suppose," he answered.

"T-That's not what I meant! We'd be staying in the castle together! As a family! Right, Ari? That's what I meant!" Aaron said, shaking his head furiously.
"Sure, that's how I understood it. It'll keep you closer to me if you ever cause any problems, too," Ari replied, smirking.

xD]]
"Wait Lisa, I'm serious!" Aaron wailed as she walked away.
"You gotta go tell it to her straight, that's how she is," Ari said, clearly enjoying this scene from his throne. Maybe he could get used to this.
Aaron gathered his nerves and chased after Lisa, jumping in front of her to stop her. "Wait! I would want nothing else than to share a room with you! I just wanted you to have the nicest room possible, and Ari was kind enough to let us stay in the castle!" He blushed. "There, I said it."

Aaron smiled. "I wouldn't have it any other way," he said. When Lisa whispered in his ear, it only caused him to blush even more. He tried to cover it with a hand, a little embarrassed.
Ari, still sitting atop the throne, heaved a sigh. "Guess I should get started on this speech thing," he murmured. A thought came to him suddenly. He glanced around, remembering from his days living here that butlers and maids were usually everywhere in the castle. He cleared his throat, glad there was no one else around to see him do this. "*ahem* Uh, maid! Butler! Anyone?" he called out, expecting no response.
There was the light tapping of shoes against the marble floor followed by a soft, "Yes, your highness?"
Ari blinked, eyes wide, and stared at the maid in surprise. "U-Uhm, fetch me something to write on. And something to write with... please?"
"Right away sir," the maid responded, and hurried out of the room.

As Ari was handed the writing materials he couldn't help but grin a little. Maybe he could get used to this. He unfurled the scroll of paper over his lap and started scribbling down ideas, though they weren't coming quickly to him.
"Should we go tell Ari we officially accept his offer?" Aaron asked, taking Lisa's hand.

I'm gonna be a bit poofy]] Also idk if I'll be able to get on the rest of the weekend >_<]]
Aaron strutted into the throne room, pulling Lisa along behind him. "Ari, um, sorry to interrupt..." he started.
Ari looked up from his paper and raised an eyebrow, noting the smiles on both their faces. "Everything worked out I'm guessing?" he asked.
Aaron nodded. "Yes, it did."
