After hearing the boom from Robin's first spell, Link had left the archery range in favor of finding out what was going on. He had missed the fight by a few minutes, but he was aware that someone had died. That someone was still sort of out in the open, after all. And, when Tatl picked up Mark's voice talking to someone else by the cabins, he opted to go and check it out over there. But, instead of Mark, he found some lady and some man he didn't know. More of habit than anything, he ducked behind a nearby water barrel to listen to them, sticking his head out occasionally to make sure that they weren't leaving him behind.

When the lady turned around again, Link was quick to duck behind his hiding place in hopes of not being caught spying.

Link was still trying to hide when Angelica found him and he offered a small, sheepish grin as a response.

Link waved a little bit and stood up straight. Eventually, Tatl floated out as well, circling around her once before hiding behind one of Link's long ears.

Link will throw an entire boulder at him.

After a moment of hesitation, Link stepped out, his ears lowered a bit in apprehension. "You should have hidden better." Tatl whispered in his ear.

Believe me, lil link don't need protecting anymore lol

After a minute, Link turned to look at Tatl with a frown. "Fine, fine! No need to get snappy! I'm Tatl and this is Link!"

Link blushed a little bit at that and rubbed the back of his neck with another grin. "So you're another newbie, then?" Tatl asked with a chime.

"Camp, of course. Who cares if you're new to fighting - gotta learn anyways!" Tatl answered and Link nodded with a giggle.

"Well, then welcome and all that. Link and I have been here for a while, so if you need help learning the ropes, just let us know!" Link nodded firmly, still grinning a little bit.

"Alright, if you're sure! I like your dress, by the way!" Tatl answered with another soft ringing noise as she bounced around, much more comfortable now than she had been before.
