"I definitely didn't see that..." Kura replied, just then noticing the large sign out front.
Maki laughed softly. "Hey it's the first day, everyone makes mistakes," she said.
A young man appeared beside Kura and delivered a light flick to her forehead. "This is the last time I listen to you for directions. I assume we already missed the first class?" he asked.

"Over there? It's a bowling alley. It's pretty fun, you throw these - you know what, instead of explain it, let's just go do it," he said. Without another word he dove into a nearby alley and came walking out in his human form.

Rick smiled. And jumped a bit at the new fellow. "Christ, how many of you people are there?" He muttered under his breath. These teleporting people got under his skin in ways he couldn't describe. They just gave him the creeps and made his skin crawl.

Ari looked at Rick and shrugged. "Just two, at least for us," he said.
Kura shook her head. "Well, if you count my familiars there's way more than two," she argued.
"Well to answer your question, yes, you guys missed the first class. We're actually almost done with lunch right now," Maki said, laughing a bit at Rick's reaction. Ari's appearance startled her too, but she didn't show it as much. She tried to keep reactions like that from happening or risk things flying everywhere.

"A bowling alley?" Shimizu looked a bit confused, He had never heard of a bowling alley before. "Y...You throw things?" He gasped and followed Mitsuo down and into the alley. He shifted into his human form, but still had his ears and tails. "Ooppps... um....um..." he muttered. |

Mitsuo turned around and sighed as soon as he saw Shimizu. "Right... Yeah, uh, that's definitely not gonna bring all the attention to us right away," he muttered. "If you know how to hide your ears and tails then please do so. If not, then if anyone asks they're costume pieces. I've noticed most humans aren't too used to the idea of kitsune like us actually existing."

"I-I actually never learned how to hide them." Shimizu replied, embarrassed to say so. He blushed slightly, rubbing his ears on top of his head. "Their proud things for kitsunes....so my parents never taught me..." he added. "....A costume pieces....? Um....alright?" he said, shrugging.

Mitsuo gave Shimizu a couple light pats on the shoulder. "We'll work on it. Just be prepared to get a lot of attention and weird looks... but then there's always the odd human out there that gets really excited," he said with a shrug before walking out of the alley.

Ari narrowed his eyes. "Are you sure?" he asked.
"Even if he is evil, he's way outnumbered here," Maki said, waving a hand dismissively. "Unless he has some kind of godlike power I'm sure he'd be defeated rather swiftly."

Rick returned the expression and glared at her for a moment. Finally he stood outstretched his hand and smiled a bit. "I'm Rick, then!" He didn't trust teleporters and he just met them. I suppose they haven't done anything to gain my distrust... He thought. Though the ability to instantaneously displace themselves didn't settle with him very well.

Maki followed suit and looked at the newcomer. "Maki."
"I'm Ari, nice to meet you," he said with a slight nod. He reached out and shook Rick's hand before motioning next to him. "This is my younger sister, Kura," he said, but when he looked to where the girl had been standing he discovered she was no longer there. He sighed. "And she's wandered off again..."

"Oh, I see her," Ari said with a sigh. "Pardon me." He stretched out an arm and suddenly it dissipated into a stream of sand headed in the girl's direction. He wrapped it around her and pulled her back before the arm returned to normal.
"What the - I was just about to get something to eat!" Kura yelled, glaring at her brother.
"And I was just about to introduce you," Ari replied.
"And I'm glad I don't have siblings," Maki murmured.

Ari nodded. "Yes, I can turn my body into sand and control it," he answered. "And the two of you?"
