Vicky says that Cinderpelt was much older that littlecloud. But isn't Littlecloud and Cinderpelt about the same age?
In ''into the wild'' Littlecloud was forced into being an apprentice. And Cinderpelt was a kit.

Yeah at most they're like 2 moons apart??
Plus there are couples in the series with much bigger age gaps. Like BramblexSquirrel or SorrelxBracken or IvyxFern (if they do end up being mates)...

The people who write this series have a pretty consistent pattern of not remembering much about books that they wrote more than a year before.

Yeah he was older than her...at most he was maybe two or three moons older.

I mean it doesn't really matter w/ age. Like, you can see someone younger than you as an older sister. I have a friend and she's like a year younger than everybody in my friend group but she's kind of our "mom friend."

i would say they are about the same age, but i also agree with tinkerzb; an "older sister" figure could come from anyone slightly older than you, or even the same age, especially since Littlecloud was small, sick, and frightened when he met Cinderpelt. Cinderpelt quite literally took care of him for a long time, much like kin, and showed great compassion, inspiring him to become a medicine cat as well.
i do not ship Littlecloud and Cinderpelt at all (mainly because i'm tired of medicine cat romances)... i think the relationship they have is very cute and endearing as it is.
