(So I've been chatting with Meteor about updating the front page a little bit. We both like the idea, but I thought it might be good to see how you all feel about it as well. So here are the two things that will be changed slightly to help better keep things organized. Comment with how you feel asap so that I can possibly get started! uvu)
1. Now that people can change their screenname whenever they want, it has become a little difficult to keep track of who each character belongs to. There is a new tagging system on this site where you can use the persons @ instead to tag them in things. The best part about this feature is that it shows their screenname! I was thinking about using this system to keep track of members and their characters!
2. Some characters seem to have very long bios. I know myself that I may want to even expand on my character bios in the future, possibly adding their backstories and any other bonus information. I'm not sure how many others would like to do this, but if everyone wants to make huge profiles that might clutter up the front page a bit. This site has a very lovely spoiler warning thing that will put information under a read more basically. I was thinking about using this system to put character bios and information under to help keep the page clean. It would make it easier to scroll through the front page in my opinion!

I think both of those ideas are very good. You should definitely do those.))

OOC: Not much. I've been binge-watching Malcolm in the Middle. You?
Those are some pretty good ideas. I like them.

(I also like the changes~ Especially the one about bios; it can be a chore to navigate the front page due to how long it is.)

OOC: Oh, while you're at it, would it be possible to change the width of the text boxes to a percentage? They cut off for me on ny ipad/phone.
Other than that, let's roleplay again!

( Would you take a look at the front page and see if its any better? I only did the first post so far. Its not in percentages, but it should be better? )

OOC: Not quite, but better. I'd hate for it to be super thin on everyone's computers though.

OOC: That I did. I wanna use Vaughn again, or possibly Jay, that Registeel on the joining page.

(I have like... basically anyone open, I guess? Since I'm assuming it's been decided that the hailstorm plot got put on hold.
@ Pokemon: Shhhh, we all know you've been busy.)

OOC: Alright, then I guess it's your choice who you use!
I have everyone open too, but I've been feeling Vaughn lately, and I could always go with a new character.

OOC: It's perfect. Thank you. Is it fine on computers?
I'll be using the evil tripodhard.
BIC: Being a(self-defined) fugitive wasn't really something Jay was enjoying, to be honest. Maybe it had to do with no contact with anyone. At all. Least of all anyone that could challenge his superior intellect(or so he told himself). This self-imposed isolation was beginning to take its toll on Jay. But finally, finally, he had reached a place where he would no longer be cut off from everyone. This Shimaka was such a small and quiet town, there was absolutely no way any legendaries would be here. It was such a useless place, the most unusual species here was probably a Clefairy, if that!
And so, Jay swaggered down main street, ready to own this town. He was such a brilliant evil mastermind, he'd be able to take over this place easy. Wait.
What.
What.
What was another legendary doing here?
Jay frantically looked around, searching for a place to hide and get away from this other legendary, who for sure would see him and hate him and try to kill him. Spotting an alleyway nearby, he rushed in(completely ignoring the convenient open door not three steps from him) and lept into the dumpster with hardly a second thought. Because the first thought was ew.

(@ Zubat: Oh shoot I'm sorry I got completely sidetracked X( I realized I should probably read your character bio and then pick which of my characters that might be fun to see the interactions with... so I'm gonna do that.
Edit: Alright, here we are. I went with Sigma after all. Sorry it's kind of a short reply on my end."
Taking a stroll through the town, Sigma got to work on memorizing landmarks. Everything in this place was still so new… thankfully they didn’t force him to stay indoors the whole day. So long as he didn’t cause any trouble, and get back before curfew… He didn’t want to even be here, though. He didn’t want to be surrounded by so many strange people. Sure, there were a couple orphans that he managed to talk to, but he stuck to himself for the most part.
The corner of Sigma’s eye caught movement, and he saw someone… in a dumpster. A prime example of the people here being weird.

OOC: Ah, you're fine. Didn't even check back here until now, to be honest. And tbh mine'll prolly end up being shorter.
BIC: Jay peered shakily over the dumpster edge, head turning this way and that, until he Locked-On to Sigma. "Kid!" He hissed, gesturing wildly with his hand, "get over here!" He shifted uncomfortably on the trash, something sharp poking him in the ribs. He even flipped his visor up so the kid could see his $100% serious expression. The Registeel kept an eye out for anyone else that might see him. Since even if they didn't know who he was, it was a little suspicious seeing a grown man, in a dumpster, encouraging a little kid to come over.
Just saying.

(The forums are so laggy for me I am suffering ;A; Send help.)
The Sandshrew coughed. Did that weirdo expect him to actually listen? "No," he said, keeping his words short. Didn't want to stutter in front of a stranger; that'd be embarrassing. Even more so for some creep hiding in a dumpster! However, Sigma did wonder why someone would even do that... especially an adult. At least, the man seemed old enough to be an adult. That, and this place was said to not have anyone dangerous around... Sigma let out a sigh. "What?" he snapped. As in, what did this person want?

Yes, this weirdo expected him to listen! To listen and to grovel! Jay tried pulling himself out of the dumpster, but lost his balance and decided, y'know what? Why shouldn't he just stay there? Forever. It was cozy enough.
"Listen, I need you to tell me: is there a legendary in this town?" Jay asked, leaning as close as he could. It wasn't very close. "You know, legendaries. Ultra-powerful and stuff. I really need to know. It's important." He tried a forced smile, to make the kid feel more at ease.
OOC: I dunno. I'm probably far away. I'll try, I know a site where you can download more ram, that always seems to help me with lag.

(I have to go after this reply I'm so distracted and this lag is not helping I'm sorry.)
Legendaries? How would I know that? "I'm n-new here," he spoke, flinching over his stutter. So much for hiding it... could never hide it from anyone for that long, anyways. "I wou-wouldn't know. Why does that matter?" Seemed unusual for someone to worry about legendaries... it's not like they were common or anything. Did that guy meet one before? No, that didn't matter. Sigma wasn't keen on sticking around more than necessary. Answer some questions, and then move on with his life. Simple as that.
