Basically, my life has finally settled down to a point that I can back into roleplaying! Such as, today and tomorrow and half of Wednesday, I have nothing to do at work, so I have time to chill and get paid for nothing!
So, does anyone wanna roleplay a few plots? Or if you wish, send me some links to some roleplays. I want to get back into roleplaying, and I think I might finally be able to do so. I'm up for roleplaying just about anything!

((sure i'd roleplay a plot with you! i'm prepping for school, which starts on the 5th, but I promise i'll make it on here for you. just so you know I don't always type a full paragraph or whatever, on good days its like 2 paragraphs on not so good days its two or three lines. but I am also trying to get back into the roleplaying groove.))

((Ah, school. College starts for me right around that time, too. xP Same with the paragraph and lines nonsense. It's been so long since I've roleplayed that I feel like slapping my characters because I can't remember how to connect with them on a five paragraph level. XD
Anyway, do you have any plots in mind?))

((why do I always find college students? a lot of people on the forums I end up talking with are college students, i'm still in high school. its quite intimidating. i'm glad we're on the same page for lines, I float around otrp and people prefer longer posts and I just kind of slowly exit the thread.)) ((hmm, not any popping up immediately. what kind of genre are you into? I like almost anything except horror and romance which has to be like a subplot. for some reason I've been into doing fandom roleplays recently. what are you up for?))

((I honestly have no idea. I know that the Warriors books came out when I was in elementary, so maybe that's why? XD I do the same thing. It's so strange. The forums used to be the opposite, and now EVERYONE does crazy amounts of paragraphs!
Ooh, I do have a couple fandoms. Well... okay... not many. I'm kind of up for an adventure kind of roleplay?))

((they were still writing the last prophecy when I was in elementary school I think...)) ((yeah like i'd be starting a rp and people would be like "do I have to write two lines?")) ((what if we took one of our fandoms and let our characters go on an adventure? i'm a bit of potterhead, slight bit of a demigod. I also know this small book series called the Keeper of the Lost Cities, small small chance you know that series but I thought I'd try.))

((Man, I feel old. XD Yess. I like quick rps. I don't mind doing a paragraph, but sometimes all you can do and keep it interesting is a couple lines!))
((Oooh. Love demigods. Percy Jackson is one of my favorite series. <3 Still haven't finished the last book of, umm... I can't remember what it was called. ^.^" But still! I'm afraid I don't think I know that, but it sounds cool. I'm looking for series, so I might have to try it. I'm into Neal Shusterman books. Like Unwind and Everlost, but I doubt you've heard of those. xD))

((its okay. I've just earned the ability to feel nostalgia (oh my gosh that sounds like a video game "earned the ability," sorry I'm five) and like now I know why older people feel old all the time. Like what is this strange new feeling?)) ((Riordan now I feel like is just cranking out books for the money. I stopped after Kane Chronicles, and Heroes of Olympus, and of course the original Percy Jackson series. I tried to get into Magnus Chase *shrugs* I kinda gave up once Trials of Apollo came out. I don't know. Keepers is by Shannon Messenger, and all the books are like 400-500 pages. It's kind of great. I'll definitely check those out, they sound interesting.)) ((So maybe our two characters go out on a quest in the PJO universe? Maybe like an alternate universe where Kronos and Gaea isn't trying to take over the universe, just so I don't accidentally spoil something for you... I've done it before for others.))

((Ah. I love that achievement thing. XD And yes, it's a weird feeling. Kind of sad.))
((I never could get into the Kane Chronicles. Heroes of Olympus is the one that I read everything, except for the last book. I quite liked it, but didn't really like a lot of the new characters he created. Blech. They were overpowered and annoying. But it was nice to see Percy again because man, he's so cool. XD I just found one of the Trials of Apollo book for sale at Wal-Mart and totally got it. I was all excited, but then was a little bummed when I saw that it's about, well, Apollo. I kind of want to try Magnus Chase because I'd like to possibly learn about Norse mythology. I'll have to look for it later. And yes. Neal Shusterman is the best. ;-; ))
((That sounds good to me! And I'm good with that. We could make it an alternate universe where none of the main characters exist? XD I don't care too much about spoiling.
I might change the title to something like "Percy Jackson jump-in rp" to try and attract others.))

((yeah, I mean I don't know. I liked most of them I think. I was disappointed that it was abt Apollo too honestly. he's a bit of a jerk imo. I get my norse mythology from Thor, i'm a bit of a marvel junkie *points to avvie*)) ((that sounds good about the thread. do you want to start or shall I?))

((Having it about Apollo was just... really bothersome. Bleh. If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought it. XD But I thought it was about some demigod that was doing trials FOR Apollo. Ah, Marvel. I like watching the movies, but never really got into it. XD)) ((Eh, you can. ^.^" I'm still debating on characters.))

Leah pulled her long blonde hair into a high pony tail. Studying her appearance in the Aphrodite cabin mirror one last time she deemed her outfit good enough. She sported her classic Harry Potter shirt and jeans, with her camp necklace tied tightly around her neck with small arrow earrings and simple bracelet. Nodding to herself satisfied with her outfit she turned away from the mirror and opened the door to go outside to breakfast.
The sky was clear with the sun shining on the cabins. Around her people were pulling out their luggage to go back home. Today was the first day Chiron offered to chauffeur students back into the rest of the world. Of course, Leah Mason wouldn't be leaving, but she had helped a lot of firsties pack and move their stuff to the lot where Argus would take them back in the bus.
((tbh I remember little to nothing from pjo so we're just gonna make this up as we go, unless you have something?? also I have a son of posiedon oc?? idk if you wanted any big three kids yet though so I can just use leah for the time being.))

((No, not at all. He was pretty annoying. XD)) ((Ooh. Chris Evans is nice to look at. =3))
Zia, a daughter of Demeter, was sitting on the steps in front of her cabin. She watched the kids that were heading back home. She was torn between wanting to return home, and being happy about staying out here. At least here, she didn't have to hide who she was, or be frowned upon for not "knowing" her mother.
She stood and peeked back into the cabin. It was horribly empty. It appeared that most of the Demeter kids were returning home, although she supposed that was fine. Maybe she would get a better bed or something, but that was a thought for another day. Zia turned around and hopped down the stairs leading up to her cabin and started to walk along the length of the other cabins to see who else would be returning home.
((I also remember barely anything, so I'm totally cool with just making some things up. XD And yeah, I was planning on having a kid from the Big Three, too... or maybe brothers. So that's cool. ^.^ Also might have a Huntress of Artemis because boy did I love them... *cries quietly* I want like twenty characters.))

Spotting an acquaintance, Zia, Leah meandered over to her. Fiddling with her chain bracelet, she just kind of walked behind her awkwardly for a minute trying to figure out what to say. Leah had plenty courage she just needed to work out what to start the conversation with. Hello, or hey didn't really seem to do it, but at this point she was sneaking up behind the girl, something no demigod appreciated. Inhaling she just pulled her head up and thought, No regrets, right?
Clearing her throat speeding up to get in pace with the other girl. "You leaving?" She ended up blurting, to the other girl, her hazel eyes widening, startled by her own boldness. --- Isaiah heaved one of the campers stuff into the van, running his hands through his red hair. The bus could fit plenty people but the trunk space was limited. You'd have thought with all this magic someone would've thought of a way to make this trunk hold more, he considered as he pushed it into place. Nodding to the camper he waited for the next piece of luggage for him to fit into the car.
((okay that's good. i left you another character slot in case someone else drops by or you want to rp with Isiah as well as leah.))

((I will have to say that I do not know them all very well. XD But I do really like Chris Pratt. He just seems like a cool dude.))
Zia was a bit taken aback by Leah popping out of seemingly nowhere, but she relaxed almost instantly. "Uh, no. Not this year." She responded with a half-hearted laugh. "I'm guessing you aren't going home either?"
((Hmm... I probably will. Eventually. XD Just not quite at this moment. Considering having my brothers have a dramatic entrance. Also considering having them have the same mom, but different god dads. Does that happen?))

((its okay. i just know them from marvel. chris pratt is honestly the best. i love him. he's also on parks n rec right? i don't watch that. my friends all want me to but like i just can't get into it.))
Laughing with Zia, Leah felt for her charms on her bracelet. One charm for each year she had survived as a demigod, unlike others she had discovered she was a demigod before she came to camp, and didn't end up getting to camp until about 5 or so years after she made this discovery. Once she had arrived though she was here at CHB to stay. "No," Leah responded, closing that line of questioning. "Which cabin are you?" she asked instead. She knew of Zia, and had seen her around but she wasn't sure what cabin she was with.

((Yes he was. I liked it, but not as much as The Office. I really liked Passenger with him and Jennifer Lawrence. I love her, too. But yes, all the Chrises are nice. XD))
Zia gestured back towards the very harvest-y looking cabin. "Demeter. I can grow plants." It was a pitiful skill next to some of the others that she had seen. What could you do with growing a few flowers here and there? "You're Aphrodite, right?" It was kind of easy to tell them apart -- they always looked great and most of them were preppy, but Leah seemed nice.

((i can't get into the office either! it just because...it's missing a plot and i need my plots.)) ((i haven't seen passenger yet, it looked super interesting though. i assumed you liked it then?))
Leah took a glance at the cabin. Thinking back to all the times she'd seen Zia she'd always been with the Demeter kids. Leah herself tried to distance herself from the preppy Aphrodite kids, they were usually problem causers not problem solvers. She loved her friends but some of them were just so incredibly ditzy, that's why she tried to branch out to the Athena kids. Getting them over each other's stereotypes was difficult but Leah was persistent. She didn't talk to the Demeter kids that much but they were usually pretty laid back. Leah nodded, wasn't quite something she was proud of but alas, she was stuck with it."At least your mom gave you something," Leah answered wryly. "I didn't even get charm-speak --just a really dumb stereotype."
((harvest-y. i like it.))

((I like funny things. Plot-less things. XD Although I don't usually watch a lot of TV because I don't have time for that.)) ((I thought it was good. Unique plot, in my opinion.))
Zia couldn't help but laugh at that. "Oh now that does suck. I mean, I guess you don't need charm-speak. You could just use your good looks like a normal person." She suggested, although that kind of defeated the purpose of demigod. "Aphrodite seriously doesn't have anything else?" And she thought being a daughter of Demeter was disappointing... which it still was. Demeter kids never got to go on adventures like the other demigods.
((Thanks. XD I do try! OOH. I have an idea! A demigod idea! What if, like, we have a group that are sent on some quest or something, and like... they discover these demigods along the way? And either team up with them, or they could be, like, part of what is protecting whatever the group is trying to get?))

(((I like funny things but like... I don't know. I need an end game. I need a goal. I need a reason. Now it sounds like I'm talking about something deep. I'm only talking about my taste in tv shows wow. I don't really do tv shows either, too much dedication. XD)) ((Yeah I'll definitely check it out once it comes on like Netflix or something.))
Leah resisted in the incredibly strong urge to roll her eyes. Just bat you're eyelashes sweetie, you'll do fine. Smile more! You'd look a lot better if you didn't insist on just wearing jeans. Put on a dress! The echoes of may of her classmates and her own dad haunted her to this day. Everyday she stared at herself and said wondered why she couldn't just be like the other girls. It would be so easy, she always thought to herself. "Nope." Hitting blunt, deciding to flat out ignore the comment about her looks. "What about that flower growing, can I see it?" she asked pushing away from herself instead focusing on Zia. Everyone loved to talk about themselves, this would work for a bit, Leah knew.
(( I love that idea! Maybe Zeus still lost his lightning bolt but we don't run into the same obstacles as the trio does in the Lightning Thief. Or better yet because Zia and Leah are salty about their parents being jerks they runaway from camp. And your brothers and Isiah are sent on a quest to get them? I hate to say it but I think at this point it's just us. We've bumped this up on the OTRP board more then enough times and no one's joined us.)) ((also pls note i will be going to bed soon. i'll be on tmr tho.))

((Fair enough. XD I need a good plot for books, but not really for TV shows. But I also am typically doing other things so if it has a plot, I get confused and have no idea what happened. XD I also like the dedication of TV shows. It's also why I love book series, as opposed to single books!))
Zia hadn't meant to insult her -- in fact, she had meant it jokingly. But she chose to take it all in stride and change the topic if Leah didn't feel comfortable. She could see it getting annoying, comments about your looks... and as a child of Aphrodite, it probably not only happened all the time, but Leah probably got hit on a lot or... well, all sorts of things. Zia had never been so glad to be ordinary looking as she was now. "Well, I'm not very good at it." She admitted. Zia had seen some Demeter kids that could grow a sunflower in a matter of seconds. Vines, to wrap around people and, and... well, you get the idea. She was quite a bit jealous of those people, because what would be cooler than wrapping up your enemies in a web of vines? "But I can give it a try." Zia looked around for a moment before deciding that a nice little patch of untouched grass, basking in the sun, would be perfect. She crouched down, channeling all the inner feelings of plant growth, and touched the ground. Within a minute, a small plant was starting to grow out of the ground and unfurl, but Zia had to stop. Sweat beaded on her brow. Growing things was tough. "I figure I can spend a lot more time working on this now that the summer kids are gone."
((Yeah, I agree. It's crazy because I swear, the old forums used to always have like ten people on each topic all the time. XD Anyway, I love that idea! Let's totally do it. Need to decide if Brother #2 will also be a son of Hades, or of another god. Is that allowed in the demigod universe?))

((yeah I get ya. Books need a plot too but its harder to publish a book without a plot. Have you seen Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure? that's a pretty good semi-plotless very funny movie that I cringed my way thru but actually loved it. I just haven't found myself a good novel, I feel like. I like the idea of things being wrapped up in one book, but like I haven't found a great book that can do that enough for me. I don't know.)) ((its good Zia is so chill. this version of leah is very problematic. the other version I have with her is too proud and this person is most definitely not. whoops. ))
Secretly relieved that Zia rolled with it, Leah smiled as the flower began to grow. Tucking a loose strand of blonde hair behind her ear she admired it. Leah crouched as well to study it more. Her small delicate hand reached out to carefully touch the newly grown plant. She wasn't a super plant person but she could appreciate nature, the nymphs made sure of that. Noticing Zia was now sweating she nodded encouragingly before adding, "It looks great! I'm sure you'll get better." Standing up she began to lead Zia back to the dining pavilion for some breakfast.
((yeah I don't know. thanks! just looking at the two main characters that we chose it looked pretty probable that they'd eventually get fed up with their godly parents and the other kids in their cabin (or maybe lackthereof as another contribution to their leaving) and just decided to runaway.)) ((I would say its probably pretty unlikely, but like you could do it like Jason and Thalia did maybe? like their mom attracted both Zeus and Jupiter. I'm going to go ahead and introduce my Poseidon child griffin. if that's okay?? its like Isiah's friendo to chase after them. OR we could have Griffin and Isiah follow them bc they know they're sneaking out and after the first day or so of following them they try to convince them to come back *shrugs* what do you think??))

((Fair enough. Although I have read some books with pretty atrocious plots. I'm very picky about my book plots. I want a focus on the PLOT, not on who likes who and "OMG HE KISSED ME." Because seriously, who is thinking about that when the end of the world is right there. I saw that movie like once a while back. It was so cringey but kind of good at the same time? Like so bad you couldn't look away, kind of? XD But that Unwind book by Neal Shusterman, that was a single book without any sequels. It can stand alone, because it was supposed to be a single book. But then he was like "I CAN'T LEAVE THE UNIVERSE HERE" and turned into it a trilogy, which then turned into a four-book series, like five years later. XD He's my favorite writer of all time.))
((Zia is usually not chill. Well, she's chill, but also sassy. XD They get along well, though. I like this friendship already!))
Zia nodded her head, still a little breathless. This was pitiful. Shouldn't these powers come easier to her? Pushing that thought (and a little bit of worry) to the back of her mind, she stood up and followed after Leah. Her stomach was growling and she felt way hungrier than she had before, or usually did. Zia wasn't much of a breakfast eater. "Yeah, my goal is to one day be able to grow vines and tie people up in them!" She said cheerfully, perhaps too cheerfully given the dark things she had planned when her vine powers got better. "It'll be great. No one will think Demeter kids are weak after that."
((Editing because I forgot to reply to that last part. XD I agree. It kinda worked out perfectly, how we chose them. Good job, us! Woo! Hmm... good point... I think I'll just have them both chill as Hades kids. XD And yeah, go ahead. I can bring in my brothers, too. And yes, I kinda like that idea about having them chase after the girls. So maybe they should strike up some kind of friendship or at least know each other before Zia and Leah decide to leave? I feel like we need code names for these groups.))

((I hate the books advertised like that. I mean come ON man, I picked up this book bc of the setting not the crappy romance. I'll definitely have to look into Neal Shusterman.)) ((oh well. leah's too nice to be sassy I think. now that I've put this plot twist on her though i'm not sure how she's gonna be like now.. hmm...))
Leah's thought process about the plant growing was much different then that of Zia's but she nodded along. I wouldn't have said tying people up with them but I mean, why not? she concluded mentally. While she herself had dark thoughts most of them were projected onto herself, but she supposed others had different ideas. "You know, Zia," she said starting out. "I wouldn't have thought of that. But if that's your little heart's desire. I won't be the one stopping you!" The way that she said this vaguely reminded her of Flynn Rider from Tangled and she couldn't help but grin a bit. --- Already at the dining pavilion Griffin's dark brown hair stuck up each and every way. Swishing his eggs around his plate, he waited for Leah to offer part of their food to their respective parents. The boy's greenish blue eyes mindlessy searching the tables. The best part about having the summer campers leave was that Chiron let everyone sit where ever they wanted because there were only 20 or so kids versus the influx of 70 or so in the summer. As the oldest Poseidon kid, at age 21, was the cabin leader and most of the Poseidon kids were year rounders because it was so dangerous. Of course most of them at this point were still sleeping, since Chiron let people sleep in while the other students were leaving. Today would just be a chill day, as Argus would be taking most of the campers back home, which was very welcome in Griffin's opinion.
((*internet high fives* yeah!)) ((true true. so here's my smol bean boi Griffin. and as for codenames we could do the runaways and the retrievers. its lame as ever but eh. also i'm going to poof for a bit be back around 4ish EST))

((Exactly. I want to see some good fights. I also hate it when the main character is very mary-sue/gary-stu. Like, "Oh, I just picked up fighting, but look, no one can beat me!" And I'm like STOP. Shusterman focuses on his plot, and has romance as an afterthought. XD Like, it's not FOCUSED on that solely.)) ((Yes! I love plot twists. =3 I'll be waiting for it, if you decide to go through with it. And they can sass the others, together!))
Zia decided that she quite liked this Leah. Most people would have backed away slowly from her if she had told them her dreams, but Leah took it all in stride. "You know what, thanks." She replied with a laugh. "Don't worry, I'll keep you off of my list." Although, she didn't exactly have a list to begin with, but perhaps she should start one? Once they arrived onto the pavilion, Zia's mind took on the thought of food. "I don't think I've ever been this hungry." She said, half to herself.
Mason awoke in his bed, sweating profusely and feeling like he could barely breathe. For a moment, the son of Hades started panicking, until he realized that it was only his little brother thrown dramatically across his chest, snoring loudly. "Drake!" He yelled and, when all his brother did was twitch, Mason grumbled and shoved him off onto the ground. That woke him up. "Ow!" Drake whined as he sat up, stretching and then glaring up at Mason. "Why couldn't you be nice?" "Because we've been through this. You are too old to sleep with me." "But I have nightmares!" "But you're sixteen!" Mason snapped back, which shut Drake up... for the moment, anyway. He was eighteen, creeping up on nineteen, and hadn't had a bed to himself since Drake was born. He always seemed to have horrible nightmares, and he always seemed to crawl onto Mason. Maybe they could talk to the Hypnos kids since they specialized in sleep, but most people tended to stick away from the two brothers and Mason didn't exactly want to admit his brother's flaw. "Get up," Mason said as he stood up, stretching. "Let's get ready and go get breakfast." Drake, forgetting what he was pouting about, jumped up and started to pull his clothes out of his backpack. Neither brother would be returning this year, which would be a first for Drake. Mason was a little worried about how his brother would end up handling it, but if all else failed, he could always go home mid year... right? After a few minutes, Mason and Drake were ready and headed up to the pavilion where they could already see the gang of other kids that stayed all year gathering. Mason tried listing them in his head... Zia, the Demeter girl... Griffin, a Poseidon kid... and Leah Mason, whose last name he only remembered because of the first name/last name thing.
((Aww. He's so cute. XD Those codenames work. I've got no better ideas. And alright! I might not be on when you get back!))

((I haven't really run into any gary/mary stus I don't think.))
Even more internal panicking took place in Leah's brain as she heard there's a list. A hit list? Wow this girl's got some deep grudges, she couldn't help but think. Now at the pavilion Leah brushed these thoughts from her head, instead wandering over to her older brother figure Griffin's table. "I'm going to sit over here if you want to join me and Griff?" she invited as she slid into the bench next to Griffin.
"You finally showed up," Griffin joked, sitting up from his slouched position. Still in his morning daze and his cheesy fish pyjamas and his navy blue narwhal shirt, he failed to notice the other girl that Leah had walked in with. He flicked Leah's blonde ponytail with a teasing grin, only to be interrupted by a obnoxiously loud yawn. This was received by an annoyed eye roll and light slap on his bicep, from Leah. "It's already 8:30 you should be awake by now," she laughed.
((thanks! he's one of my personal favorite ocs. ambrosia: well I was your first oc me: okay but you were so op its insane, now go back to wherever you came from griffin: did you hear that leah? i'm her favorite me: okay I give up. I hate all of you)) ((rip drake. and yeah its all that I could come up with. retrievers and runaways. XD I plan on probably being poofy for the rest of the evening.))

((I may just be extremely picky. XD))
Zia didn't really have anywhere else to sit (well, she did, but she didn't particularly want to sit next to the other Demeter kids), so she shrugged and follow over after Leah, sliding into the picnic table across from them. It was a little weird to be here, and she felt kind of like she was intruding, but there wasn't exactly anywhere else for her to go, so she just kept watching their exchange with her blue eyes. Griffin... Poseidon kid, right? Zia didn't really know most of the other kids, but she did know all of the Big Three's kids. Didn't everyone? They were practically celebrities! "I like your shirt." She finally spoke up, somewhat bluntly, but she did love narwhals. They were the closest thing that the mortal world would get to unicorns.

((tis very possible, but aren't we all?))
Finally noticing someone else was there Griffin pulled his back out of a slouch instead looking as a son of a Big Three kid should. Grinning at the girl said he just realized he was still in his pyjamas. Luckily last night was one of the nights he was actually wearing pants versus his boxers. Stretching his shirt out to fully admire the narwhal even more he looked up at the girl. "I do too," he answered, studying the girl a bit more closely he tried to figure out how old she was and what cabin. "Let me guess..." he said, as one of the most senior campers he'd gotten pretty good at guessing cabins and ages. "Probably a minor god, based on the fact I don't see much of you.., he noticed her posture and her facial features. "Maybe Persephone? And I'm gonna say maybe...
Leah rolled her eyes. Griffin did this to anyone she brought to "their table." It was a bit ridiculous after you'd seen this trick several times. Of course most of the time he was right but still infuriating. --- Isiah sighed, the van now packed he was ready for some breakfast. As he headed over he saw some other campers, deciding that he wasn't quite in the mood to talk he tried to steer clear, but he knew someone would eventually try to talk to him. Rubbing his hands on his jeans he told himself to at least try to be friendly when someone did stop him.

((Whoa... that was deep, and also true. XD))
Zia listened to him. Persephone. Close, considering the fact that technically speaking, they were sisters since Persephone was Demeter's daughter, and blah, blah, blah. "Very close. Although I would have to say if I was the child of a major god, I would probably spend the same amount of time staying hidden and quietly plotting." It was supposed to come out as a joke, although it was partially true. Zia did spend a lot of time plotting, hence her whole "I need to grow vines to tie people up" nonsense. Even though she was now seventeen and had been coming since she was twelve (well, mostly for only the summers up until now, but still), it seemed that no one could remember her. She leaned forward against the table and tucked a lock of her black hair behind her ear while she waited for Griffin to finish, all the while still suspicious.
----
Mason and Drake now hiked up towards the breakfast area. Mason tried his hardest to seem inconspicuous and to be overlooked, but when you were a child of the Big Three, it seemed to be more difficult. And... when you had a brother as eccentric as Drake, it was even more difficult. "Mason! Can we, like, make friends or something? I want to make friends. There's some cool people. And maybe they'll like us. I hope they will." Drake was chattering away a mile a minute. Mason didn't even want to go to breakfast now. "Yeah, Drake. Go make friends with... anyone." Within seconds, Drake was hurrying up to the pavilion. Mason gathered his own food and went to sit down alone at a picnic table where he could watch everyone else.
Drake wasn't entirely sure who to sit with or where to go, so he found himself kind of standing there nervously. Part of him wanted to return to the safety of Mason, but another part of him wanted to go and make a friend. Finally, he chose to sit across from a kid that he had never truly met -- mostly because Mason overly sheltered him and... well, Drake was kind of bad at the whole "friend" thing, but he thought this kid was... Isiah, maybe? Sliding in across from him, Drake offered a polite smile and held out a hand to shake. "Hi! I'm Drake!"

((hey sorry for poofing completely yesterday! are you still up for this? if so i'll leave my responses just tell me and all will be good.))
"Demeter, then, and the tail end of 17?" Griffin concluded with a smirk. The sleep was now washed from his face, the act of entertaining people changing his person completely. "Demeter kids were always plotters." He knew a few kids from Demeter and picked up a few planting knacks from them. What? His mom liked plants. Plus they were super cool. Besides the point, he waited for the affirmations of his haunch. Of course he knew he was right but confirmation and the awe on the kid's faces never ceased to make him grin. --- Having plopped himself down at the edge of the pavilion he had hoped to deter anyone from sitting with him but alas. Here came a kid, offering his hand out. He seemed pretty energetic, maybe a Hermes kid? In all honesty Isiah didn't pay attention to squat. The only reason he knew about anything was Griffin's astute observations. He looked pretty wrapped in Leah and her new friend. She seemed to pick up new friends like a little kid picking a bouquet. Forcing a smile on his freckly face he shook the kids hand. "Isiah," he replied, noticing the boy just slid in across from him... without invitation. Seeing that he wouldn't be getting rid of him for a while he asked him about the big event today at camp. "You staying?"
