Emberpaw surveyed her clanmates from an empty space in the cave. She almost wanted to interact with them, be like the other apprentices who seemed so carefree. With a sigh she closed her eyes, listening to the sounds. The chatter of the cats, the roaring of the waterfall, and beyond that the whisper of rain she could just make out over the falls. A walk to clear her mind was probably out of the question then. She sighed again.

If you would spotted that's be awesome! I had a few ideas but they were so giant and extensive without a 100% outcome planned lol I did want there to be something to do with how together the clan is though? On top of being perhaps very big believers of starclan. Since I do think there would be interesting to contrast to modern day aetherclan?

{ Yeah I’d love to! Quarantine is making me feel super productive but I’m lacking ways to make use of that lol so this should help me feel like I’m actually accomplishing something.
Hm, that’s a good point. I wonder what previous generations of the clan would think about there being such a large population of outsiders too. 🤔
Tbh I genuinely believe “normal” is an illusion. We’re always changing and growing moment to moment anyway. Each minute we spend alive is different than the last minute so how can anything truly be “normal”? As long as you’re as happy and healthy as you can be, normal doesn’t matter imo. ^.^ }

{ Ikr? My poor dog was so anxious we had to stay up with her and wait it out. But she got over it pretty quickly after it ended and probably got better sleep than either me or my mom lol. I believe there were no fires in my direct area but there were some a little ways away and the sky today was orange from the smoke :/

{ Wow it’s crazy right now. Some of my friends and family have had to evacuate and luckily all have good places to stay in the mean time. I’m still a ways out and we don’t have any concerns about my house but several of the towns outside of the main town are not faring well. My old high school is right outside of an evac zone. Weird scary time. :/ }
